I mistakenly scratched 3numbers off my card
i tried restarting multiple times and reinstalling razer synapse. In bluetooth & devices it does say razer kraken bt kitty edition but i can’t connect with it
The number 1 key above “tab” and “q” is not working at all. There has been nothing spilled on the keyboard and I have not remapped any keys. Does anyone have a fix for this issue?
My viper v2 pro has been having non stop connection issues over the past 2 months. I have tried all methods of getting it to reconnect, including completely resetting my pc and all settings. Last night (May 1st 2024) it completely stopped connecting after the last synapse update. All my drivers are up to date. The mouse is charged. And still my pc will not pick up the dongle, the only way i can use the mouse is via the USB-C. I looked and noticed hundreds of people are having the same issue as me as of the last synapse update. Please fix the issue.
Hi, I’ve ordered yesterday a brand new Blade 18 2024. I’ve received today the tracking number from DHL, but very soon after, shipment was showing a Exception status on Razer’s tracking page and a “Shipment is on hold” with a red warning mark. I’m very worried because I’ve read bad things about this status regarding orders (on another post in Razer Insider it’s said that “The shipment is on hold because it did not go through security inspection. I (DHL operator) can not see the details. The shipper should contact with his local DHL department for more information.”)). I’ve opened a ticket with Razer Support for orders and waiting for answer right now. Should I or can I cancel my order when that kind of problem happens ?Is this something common with Blade orders ?many thanks for your advices and help ?
I’m so tired of starting up my laptop just to have to wait 15 mins for Razer to update all the time!updates need to be better planned and not so frequent! I’m Frustrated with Razer!
So I'm trying to connect my videogames to my Govee LED light using Razer Synapse. However when I look at the tutorials on how to do so they say go to the “profile” tab but I don't see it. Help would be greatly appreciated.
Recently just bought the blackwidow v4 75%. The manual says fn ctrl and num changes the lighting pattern, but mine doesn't do anything at all. Also, I have noticed that when holding down fn, my ctrl does not glow white.Please help.
As the title says, I’m looking for information as to what specific fans I need to buy to replace my old ones for my RZ09-03286E22-R3U1, or Razer Blade 15 Base bought in 2020. The other post here with the same topic never had a resolution, just an unhelpful link to a troubleshooting page that equated to lowering your fan speed at the expense of temperature control. My product is outside of warranty or any purchasable care plan, so please, I only need information about what parts specifically can be purchased as replacements. Thanks in advance.
Hi guys, as many of You i have read on this forum and reddit, I cant update the firmware on my almost brand-new Razer Kiyo Pro. It came with a software version 1.0.1.8 and i cant update it to newest or any that i found online. Im so disappointed, great camera but it is not working properly in windows 11, read online that FW update solves issues. Tried with few PCs and different OSes - Vista, 7 both 32bit and 64bit, 8, 10, 11. I tried eveything that i could. Please help me, this is brand new camera (has like 2-3 weeks) and razer site tells me that warranty on this cam is over(!). Thanks for help. have a great day!

Is there ANY real reason a Razer insider would need to ask for my password?
I received my razer kraken headset and i dammaged the activation so i can’t fully see the code, how can i get a new one ?
