Hello. Do you know how to solve the problem with the smooth transition of the “wave” effect on the keyboard? My software is up to date, dynamic lighting in Windows is turned off, but during the “wave” effect, the colors still stop at random moments for about 1 second. 

Hello, I have a Blackwidow V4 Pro Full sized keyboardModel #: RZ03-0468S/N (date): IO2528FI was setting it all up and everything seemed to work great. I left the Lights for the Media Keys for last. Well…. If you number them from left to right 1, 2, 3, 4 to identify them for clarity. In chroma studio if you put the color blue in the studio key #1, it turns Keyboard key #4 blue. In chroma studio if you put the color Green in the studio key #2, it turns the keyboard media key #3 green. The same happens for studio Key #3 changes the color for keyboard media key #2, and of course studio key #4 changes keyboard key #1.I then put a slow wave on those 4 keys. In the studio if the wave goes from left to right, the keyboard media keys go right to left. If the studio wave goes from right to left, the keyboard keys go left to right. Hello,Sorry, I don't speak English.I bought an Ornata V3 for Christmas, but I'm having a problem.I'm left-handed, so I use the arrow keys on the keyboard (with my right hand) and the keys around them to play (FPS).However, if I press three keys at the same time, it doesn't work.For example:Forward (top key) + Left (left key) + Jump key (0 key on the numeric keypad) isn't recognized.It seems to only understand two simultaneous key presses.Is this normal?(I have the latest firmware version)

I would really like to upgrade my keyboard, but the Razer PBT keycap upgrade set only comes in US/UK layout.I have waited years and years for the set to come out in Nordic layout, but they just don’t 😕

Hi All, I had recently dusted off my blackwidow chroma and started playing games with it. Synapse updates the software and my device starts receiving the wrong inputs on keystrokes and repeats keys. I unplug and plug it back in not thinking anything of it, then the devices is non responsive and shows up as Razer Bootloader in device manager. The device will not function and is not recognized by synapse. Is there a simple driver fix for this issue? any help is appreciated, thank you!

  I have a razer blakwidow v4 pro not 75%, does anyone know why the keyboard sometimes runs rgb? Doesn't know what's going on or is it someone? Is it a software issue? 

When can we expect nordic versions of the Black Widow V4 Low profile or Huntsman V3 Pro 8Khz? I need to replace my old Corsair keyboard and mouse with a Razer setup. I already decided to go for the Basilisk V3 Pro 35k mouse but I need keyboard at the same time and I want either the Black Widow V4 Low profile or Huntsman V3 Pro 8Khz. They have to be with nordic layout.I want to avoid having to run both Corsair iCue and Razer Synapse.

So I was going through the razer software today and I found a feature on my razer huntsman tournament edition called “snap tap” and when I went into some games to try it it didnt work, any fixes?   

The Razor Huntsman mini still works in demo mode but is unresponsive outside of it. I do not currently have a backup keyboard. I can’t access my computer because of this, tried looking it up but only found how to get out of demo and not how to make it responsive.

Hey guys! Half a year ago i bought the Huntsman V3 Pro (not TKL) Keyboard on amazon. Pretty much since i have the keyboard im experiencing this one, and only this one error: So the Keyboard got the USB C cable plugged in, and the USB 3.0 plugged into the PC itsself (no hub). 90% of the cases where i start my PC, my keyboard remains black, except for the white LED on the Profile Display. So it does have power, it just doesnt wake up basically. So then i plug off the USB C cable on the keyboard side and plug it in again. It instantly turns on and works 100% correct. How can i fix it? Ive already tried things like ALWAYS enabling my USB Ports in my BIOS but that also didnt work. Not even resetting BIOS to default settings had any effect on my keyboard. Ive also tried using a USB hub, or using the other USB Ports on my PC: even 2.0 instead of usb 3.0 . But now i’m literally clueless about it.As i said, 90% of the time it doesnt wake up. ive also experienced it not working, then i gave it s

I got my Huntsman V2 yesterday and I noticed a very annoying high pitched noise from my keyboard when the brightness is up. When I change the color to white, you can‘t hear it. Is there anything I can possibly do to make it disappear?

I just bought a Cynosa Lite keyboard to use with my Acer Nitro 5, which has a standard American keyboard, but I use the notebook with the ABNT standard. Because of this, I'm unable to configure the keyboard's RGB lighting, nor can I use the F1 to F12 keys. How can I fix this?(I'm Brazilian, hence the keyboard layout information) Acabei de comprar um Cynosa Lite para usar no meu Acer Nitro 5 que tem o teclado padrão americano, mas eu uso o notebook com o padrão ABNT. I can’t think of any reason other than stupidity that on-board memory doesn’t save Chroma settings as well as synapse. There are threads going back years on this same issue. Why do I need on board memory for synapse, when I HAVE to open synapse for the chroma effects to take place? When your room is dark, and you can hardly see your desk I bet the last thing you want to do is have to turn on a light to see your RGB keyboard… well have fear and maintain caution because Razor will keep you guessing as to why an RGB keyboard with onboard memory needs software (or to be accurate malware) to keep the lights, yes the lights… on. If I could nominate one reason no one should purchase their keyboards, it would be that the only thing they do on their own is type. Is this all an opinion? Yes. Do I intend to purchase Razor products in the future? No, the price in no way justifies itself, not with their product and especially not with their software. Hello, I have a Huntsman v2, but the backspace key isn't working. If I type something incorrectly, I can't delete the letter unless I select it and use the delete key. Can someone help me figure out how to fix this?

hello i realzied my play skip button left of mute button below the volume button is not working. not sure what to do . i can’t even change the butoon on synapse and i have taken the keyboard out of demo mode. thank you 

Dear Razer,PLEASE release an updated Tartarus with a full analog stick. The keys should be either mecha-membrane like the v2 or fully mechanical. I, like the majority of us, did not like the keys on the Pro. Seriously, the Tartarus v2 was almost perfect, but the d-pad on all THREE of the ones I purchased have issues. Please don’t allow me to buy an azeron, I want to stick with you guys!sincerely, a gamer dad

Hallo zusammen . Ich hab hier ein Problem  mit meiner Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro Tastatur und Synapse bzw. Chroma. Ich habe mir mit Chroma Studio zwei Profile erstellt eines für Desktop und eines für World of Warships. Wenn ich meinen Pc starte sollte eigendlich das Desktop Profil geladen werden. Es passiert aber nichts. Erst wenn ich Chroma öffne passiert etwas. Aber es wird dann das Profil geladen was zuletzt benutzt wurde. Heist, wenn ich zu letzt World of Warships gespielt habe wird das Profil geladen. Wie kann ich erreichen das beim Systemstart das Desktopprofil geladen wird?
