My Razer keyboard is the Huntsman V3 Pro TKL. On the first day of using it, everything seemed normal except for the W key when playing Valorant. My actuation setting was 0.1mm, and I had Rapid Trigger set to 0.1mm for the W, A, S, D keys.However, in the following days while playing, I noticed that when pressing other keys, the W and D keys would sometimes activate on their own. When I tested it by simply typing, I also experienced key drifting with W and D, even when I wasn’t pressing them.Is this a defect or an issue with the keyboard?Video My Keyboard Error

Hello, I lubricated the switches on my Huntsman Mini with optical switches.After the modification, I assembled the keyboard, and the “e” key does not work. I have a multimeter, and I tried to test the photodiode, but the diodes are working (?).I think the problem is with the board.I tried replacing the mechanical switches, but that didn't help.I also wiped the diodes themselves with alcohol.Perhaps when removing the switches, I bent the board too much.

My W key started acting up and I was thinking of changing the switches for the classic asdw keys, but when I wanted to see how to change them before buying the replacements I can’t find a guide or if it’s even possible for an amateur to change them. I would appreciate it very much if someone can help me

I have an ornata v2 and it came with a very comfortable wrist rest. I am struggling to find the wrist rest anywhere online, on amazon, or on the razor store, i was wondering if there was any similar product that was also magnetic and as comfortable, or any way to get this wrist rest.

I am using a newly bought DeathStalker V2 (wired keyboard) and a KVM switch to operate my home, Windows 10 PC, and a Windows 11 work PC. Both PCs run the newest version of Razer Synapse 4.When switching from one PC to the other, the keyboard seemingly loses power, does not register keypresses, no lighting. When I switch back to the original PC, it again works. If, however, I reconnect the USB cable on the second PC, it now works there (popping up as a device in Razer Synapse), but ceases working on the original PC in the above fashion (and is not anymore listed as a device in Razer Synapse there).When I switch from one PC to the other, but that one is off, the keyboard loses power, but when switching back, it again works.Please note, that with this KVM switch, other keyboards, such as a Logitech G815, a Cherry Stream, and a big number of other USB devices, such as mice (including two different Razer models), webcams, USB sticks all work as expected.I as assuming a general flaw in Razer

razer cynosa v2 is bad because of the switches that is used in it i used it for less than 5 months and the switches suck don't buy it I'm in Iran ok the price is 5,000,000 tomans till 10,000,000 or sometimes 12,000,000 tomans! its crazy yeah?! but instead of paying 12,000,000 toamans and using your keyboard for 3 months u can pay 23,000,000 tomans and have a Logitech and use it for 20 years 

Hi, I’m a new Razer user and I own a Razer Joro and a Basilisk V3 Pro.I’d like to ask if in the future it will be possible to add an Fn Lock option and allow full remapping of all function keys (F1–F12), including the Bluetooth ones.The Joro is a fantastic keyboard, but this limitation slightly reduces flexibility for gaming.

My Keyboard shows me different stuff then what it actually is when I type it.What do I need to do?

Trying to find a replacement cord for this Blackwidow V3. dosent have to be pink, just not sure exactly what to use since it is shielded and grounded aswell. pics attached

Couldnt find any information on this. Does the keyboard work wired without the battery? I intend to use the keyboard without the battery as my previous asus keyboard battery started swelling and just want to avoid all that.

Hello everyone! If you're like me and use Razer keypads from Nostromo to last Tartarus and are used to the tactile feedback of the keys, but want something more modern than the meсhmembran on the Tartarus v2, you might be considering a swap. I've conducted an experiment, and it works. The purple switches work perfectly on the Tartarus PRO. Yes, you'll lose the analog input and Rapid Trigger. However, if you prioritize the tactile feedback and the feeling of pressing the keys, you can rest assured that it will function properly. One way or another, you can take it back. 

Is the new zzz collab limited or it will stay on shops?

So I had recently downloaded the Razer Synapse thingy to change the colour on my keyboard. I’ve had the Razor Huntsman Mini for over a  year now and I’ve never had a problem, until I downloaded the razer synapse software.  After a while the keyboard started not being recognized by my USB port and it wasn’t allowing it to connect, so it wouldn’t turn on. But after a while I tried a hard reset and I thought that worked since the lights started working on it. But I was deceived. The keyboard won’t even type and when I press the keys it just shows a different effect and goes back to the rainbow wave effect. Please help me fix this issue, I really don’t want to get rid of it, I fell in love with this beautiful piece of art and it would break my heart to get rid of it. 

I received this keyboard yesterday (purchased used from eBay), and everything worked fine. I set it up in the Synapse app, played games for a while, and left my computer on overnight to download a game.This morning, the keyboard was seemingly dead: unresponsive, no lights, and not recognized in Windows. I plugged a different keyboard into the same USB port, and it worked fine. I tried the Razer keyboard on several, working USB ports in my gaming PC, and it still did not work. I then plugged the Razer Huntsman into three other other computers, and it did not work on any of them, meaning it has failed to work on four different computers. I tried to factory reset the keyboard several times by unplugging the keyboard, pressing ESC + CAPS LOCK + SPACE BAR, then plugging it back in and releasing the keys. But that does not do anything.I have never had a keyboard randomly die like this. Any thoughts or suggestions, or does it appear the keyboard is simply gone? 

I turned my keyboard lights off using the keys fn+F10. I want to turn them back on but I’m not sure how to do it.

Does anyone know if/when Razer will be releasing the Blackwidow V4 Pro with Yellow Switch in the UK layout? They only have it available in the US layout as of currently. The only UK layout of that keyboard is available with greens.

I used to download pre-made profiles because I didn't know how to make them, but once Razer Synapse updated to version 4, the ones for version 3 no longer worked. So now I'm remaking them myself with help from videos from UnrealHero, which has been helpful. I'm trying to remake a profile that he made called Super Volcano. I've followed his instructions exactly. There's a part where he says to copy the effects to another wave layer. The problem is that every single time that I attempt this, the paste option is greyed out. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and feel stupid. Yes, I'm certain that I've hit "copy." 

I have gone through multiple support cases with this issue and have not gotten a resolution so I figured I’d come here and see if anyone has seen this or experienced this yet. Hello, dear users,When I checked Synapse and went to the Devices section, I could see my mouse (with its picture showing) and my keyboard (although the picture is still loading). However, when I click on the keyboard, it just takes me to a loading screen.So, I can’t change any of my lighting settings or anything like that, I guess.I’ve tried repairing it, uninstalling it, running that frustrating System File Checker tool to fix missing or corrupted files—I even tried restarting my whole life—but nothing seems to work. I need an expert here.Thanks. 

I'm from Spain. I've been buying Razer products for over 15 years. Keyboards, mice, headsets... I love the brand, and even though there are sometimes problems, they always manage to fix them with an update.I'm currently looking for a keyboard.I would love the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro, but with full size and interchangeable keys.I don't like wireless keyboards; I prefer wired ones.I have seen the Razer BlackWidow V4 keyboards, but I have only seen them with yellow switches.My questions are: Why do the new Razer products only seem to be available in other distributions and not in Spanish?   Are you going to release high-end keyboards for Spain as well, or are you only going to make them in American English, British English, etc.? Depending on your answers, I will honestly have to change my mind.It would be very uncomfortable to type with the letters changed and some missing, having paid €100-300 for the keyboard.

Hi everyone, I am hoping that someone has already run into this issue. I have a Blackwidow V3 Pro keyboard connected via cable to a Windows 11 Pro laptop. When I try to use the wheel to adjust volume up or down, I can rotate the wheel several times without any affect. When I push down to mute audio it works fine. I am on the latest version of the firmware, so I am kind of stuck on what to try next...
