Mice and Surfaces

My basilisk v3 was working normally all day but suddenly just shut off and hasn’t worked at all. Not on the Bluetooth or 2.4 mode. No response as well when connecting manually with usb c to usb c and usb a to usb c on any device. I’ve tried the factory reset and see no way to update the firmware without the mouse actually working. I’ve also made sure windows is updated fully. Is this simply just mechanical failure and is it done for good? I received this mouse as a replacement 7 months ago and since then it has failed to charge wirelessly to my charger and occasionally freezes up in game which can be fixed by pressing the scroll wheel. Any help would be appreciated.

I just bought this 6 months ago, and it stopped working suddenly. There is a little light at the sensor though but the pc doesn't detect it, and yes I already tried different usb ports and even tried to use it on a different pc. Any help? 

Dont let the Circular positioning of the thumb buttons slowly fade away!!I have played with the Hex formation on Razer Naga Hex and Razer Naga Trinity for ages now and i fear the day that I have to change to a different thumb pattern….!! Because there are no other mice on the market that provides this.It’s PERFECT for my MMO and Moba gaming. #SaveHex

Hello,I have a Razer DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed mouse and I lost its dongle. I was wondering if I could use a dongle from another DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed and pair it with my mouse? Would this work?

I saw videos that you can cut razer wires so I wanna cut it is it possible 

I got this mouse 2 days ago and have tried multiple ways of getting this mouse to charge to even 1%. I have updated all software, restarted my computer, used it on a different computer, charged the mouse with a wall socket and the pc I use and all give the indication that its charging with the little red light on the top pulsing on and off but it has yet to turn on without a cable connected to it. The dongle works and I’ve been able to get the dongle connected to the pc with the provided cable and plugged the V3 into my wall socket to give it power and it connects to the pc fine, but it cannot hold a charge at all and is completely unusable without being connected to power. This is a $160 mouse that is worse than my old deathadder I’ve been using for years. 

Recently purchased basilisk V3 Pro 35K. This will be first time using Synapse. General question, After the mouse is detected by Synapse and I make any changes to the settings, am I correct that those will be automatically saved to the mouse so that if I take the mouse to another computer not running Synapse the mouse will remember those settings? Example, change the time that the mouse goes to sleep from inactivity from default to 15 minuters. Will that setting be saved if I take the mouse to another computer not running Synapse. Why am I not able to buy the razer mouse dock pro separately without also buying the transceiver. I had already bought the ballistic v3 pro bundle which came with the transceiver, now I just need the dock pro, but every where I look I am always forced to buy the dock AND the transceiver. I only want to buy the dock pro without the transceiver. If I am able to do so please let me know how but if I’m not. Please explain why. Thank you.

Hey everyone,ive been looking everywhere, but no one has had the answer so i am asking here. My Razer Basilisk Ultimate fell off my Table (table is maybe like 40 cm tall) onto a soft carpet, and now it doesnt even want to turn on nor connect. But when i plug it in to charge (i use the docking charger) it glows signaling that it isnt broken. Should i open the mouse up? The only explanation i got for this is that when it fell, something under the plastic fell out of place. I hope that this mouse isnt broken now. Thanks to everyone who wants to help

I have basilik v3 pro mouse and I recently bought dock pro. They work very well and there is no problem in charging. What I wonder is that I want to buy cobra pro as a 2nd mouse. Can I connect the dock pro with this second mouse? Will both mice work at 8K pollirate speed or will it only be connected for 1 mouse? If it doesn't work, at least if I charge the cobra pro while using the basilik v3 pro, can I use my main mouse? I mean, can I use another mouse while charging or does the use of the dock pro stop while charging? If anyone knows this, it would help me a lot, thanks.

Naga trinity wired mouse has 3 side panel patterns to choose from, and one of those is a perfect 7 button circle panel unique to that mouse I love using does anyone know if this 7 button circle panel would 1) fit on a wireless naga pro and 2) work with a naga pro when it comes to the synapse app Any confirm or deny would be appreciated. Would love to move to a wireless and keep this 7 button panel

I’m planning to buy a mouse for both work and gaming purposes. However, I can’t install Synapse on my company computer. I’d like to assign certain frequently used words to macros for work. My goal is to configure the macros on my personal PC using Synapse and then have those macros work directly on the office PC without needing any software.Example Scenario:On my personal PC -> Use Synapse software to assign "see you later" to button 5. On my office PC -> Plug in the mouse, press button 5, and it types "see you later."I've done some research, but I haven’t found a clear answer about whether macros can work this way. 

I took my Trinity out from storage (been a year or so and it's still new), I downloaded the software but when I bind F7 to key 4 (circle) within game nothing happens it doesn’t seem to register. I can’t seem to find other easy tips on this what seems to be basic function and otherwise I need to pay for support.

I have the mice Razer Viper V3 Pro with the Macbook Pro 13” early and Mac OS 12.7.4 version. I installed the "Razer Mac OS" app 0.4.10 version.This app could do something for this mice?Or this serves just for use change light colors which this mice don't have?I  also installed the Razer Synapse and it was updated to the version 1.88 (1.88.20) .When it was updating I quit the dongle device and plugged the mouse on the usb-c cable on the computer and updated.I don't know if it is the correct way to do that.The correct way is with the dongle and with the mouse using the wireless?If I install the Razer Synapse 2.0 it will be ok with the mac os 12.7.4 version?I ask this because before I installed the Monterey Mac OS I installed with the updates the others Mac OS versions(10.10  until 12.7.4).It is like Mac OS Yosemite until Monterey.When I run the Razer Synapse it show me a message "PLEASE CONNECT A RAZER SYNAPSE ENABLED DEVICE".I don’t know what is the correct way to do those things.My mic

Now that you had the give away of WoW mounts with purchase it would be really nice if you had some pre made layouts for Naga and WoW interfaces. I recall back when the Naga was first introduces a similar thing was offered.Just a suggestionThanks

Hello there, Unfortunatelly my puppy (dog) destroyed my 2,4GHz Receptor for my viper v2 pro (it didn't last 24h since I bougth it). Hi, Ive had some double clicking issues for a while and it seems to be a cleaning issue, i’d like to properly open it up and give it a thorough clean. Ive seen with other models the pad glides/gliders can be pulled off to access the screws. I cant find any replacement glides for this mouse tho, just what seems the 2014 model which i dont have. I prefer not to start fidgeting with it untill i am absolutely sure i can replace the parts that need replacing. Can anyone help me or shed some light on this subject? I'd rather not buy a new one for such a simple issue (even if the clickers need replacing, seems easy enough.) Kind regards,Mittchel
