why is my mouse doing this

작년에 마우스를 사서 사용하는데 동글이 갑자기 연결이 안되서 무선으로 연결을 못하고 있어요.. 시냅스도 다시 깔아보고 페어링도 해볼려니깐 연결이 안되서 못했어요 따로 떨어트리고 한 적은 없는데 갑자기 연결이 안되서 어떻게 해야할지 모르겠어요,, 

Long story short the shelf I have above my pc fell under the weight of new textbooks and hit the dongle sticking out of the front of my PC. What do I do? The warranty expired over a year ago and Razer does not sell replacement dongles for my Orochi V2. Do they expect me to just buy a new mouse?  Thank You.

My razer basilisk v3 mouse is stuck on free spin mode for the scroll wheel and i can’t change it to tactical mode through the button on the mouse or through the app. I switch to tactical through the app, but it stays in free spin. please help.

my mouse suddenly starting to go to the top left corner of the screen, even when I try it in a different computer I have followed the guide for resolving mouse tracking issues an nothing worked , after two days I tried the same mouse and it suddenly worked but it started to go to the top left of the screen again , and when I try to update my firmware a massage keeps popping up and says I need to close synapse even thought I deleted it and reinstalled it.

My friend just bought Razer Pro Click, compared to mine (Razer Naga Trinity) the horizontal scroll could not be tilted continuously. So when he has to scroll he needs to tilt repeatedly. I did look on synapse setting, but there may not be continuosly tilting scroll setting available. Am I missing something here or just Pro Click does not have this simple feature? Thanks

Hello there,I have a brand new Basilisk V3 mouse, when i plug it to my computer it everything in the mouse work except the optical sensor, i can not move the pointer, all other 10 buttons are working very good.I have win11, and already have the razer synapse program. I tried to search for the same problem but found nothing.Anyone had this problem before or know how to solve it?

Hello so I bought Razer deathadder essential white and razer strider gaming mate and wanted to use calibration but I do not have that option on my razer synapse on PC. Need help how to do it.

I connect my Naga Pro to my computer using a dongle but every so of often it will disconnect for a around 2-8 seconds before it reconnects. My games are hugely affected by this and the disconnecting has made me die many times. I’ve already updated the firmware of my mouse and the same thing happens even after I plug the dongle into a different port. If i don’t find a fix I’ll have to have to spend tons of money for another mouse so I am willing to do anything necessary to fix it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hi Since my Razer mouse is eating batteries like crazy (normal Energizer/Duracell battery lasts for 2-3 days, 8-10h daily use of mouse) I decided to buy NiMH batteries (Panasonic Eneloop PRO R6/AA 2500mAh 1.2v).So I have charged them to 100% with Panasonic enelooop charger. And my mouse shows LOW BATTERY status in Razer Central.Like how? It doesn’t even last for 1 day. I have 2 DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed mice, with such problem.I saw similar topic with AAA batteries problem: What should I do? Any ideas?

I don’t know what to do anymore. I have had the deathadder v3 pro for about 6 months I bought it brand new from a ebay seller. I never had a problem with the mouse ever before but out of no where the dongle was not detectable. I can use the mouse the with cable but then why did I spend all that money on the mouse. I have tried everything on the internet so far. I have tried 3 different computer, I have asked people I know should know everything about mice but doesn't know how to solve this issue. I then emailed Razer and they said they can’t do anything about it good luck. What a great company. Please help🙏

should i get a razer mousepad? I already ordered a razer mouse and headset. don’t know if there are better ones

I get extreme fps drops even in the title screen from a dpi higher than 400 the higher the worse. I have the razor viper 8k. Does anyone know how to fix it? Note i have a ryzen 7 5800x polling rates don't effect said drop

I think it started 2 or 3 days ago. The mouse keeps restarting every minute or so, and I hear the Windows sound as if someone unplugged the mouse and then plugged it in again. I was using the older version of Synapse, so I tried to download the Synapse beta, but nothing changed. I also tried a different USB port, but it keeps cutting out for a couple of seconds, and then the light comes back on.

Hi,Does Razer also involve Mouse Rotation and Dynamic Sensitivity on the Razer viper mini signature edition?Because it would be a shame not to include it in their top-of-the-range mice.Best regards,  

All mouse buttons work fine, but when I assign a macro to it, it does not activate the macro.I’ve tried resetting the mouse. When I connect it to a different PC, the macro also doesn’t get registered. My other’s mouse macro will stop working too until I restart that PC.

Is palm grip good fr this I got small hands kind of thin fingers I also would like to know if I can use it wired and also I play console so can it be used there without issues?

i got stuttering when using Dav3 pro with the dongle. raw in put buffer off make it nearly un playable.do anyone have solution? ps raw input buffer feel like mouse acceleration so i rather play at 2khx than turn it on

so my death adder V3 was working Fine with & without the dongle (wired & wireless)so when ever it’s run low on battery i would just disconnect the dongle and connect it to the mice easy peasy, no heck ups, no nothing, all set and ready to game.how ever this time while i am in the middle of a league of legends game the mice stopped moving, so i thought oh out of battery cool cool, let me hock it to the charger and continue, little that i know it wasn’t connecting, i wasn’t getting the sound from windows when a device connects to it via USB.oddly the dangle was connecting to the pc and was getting recognized by the pc, but not synapse 3 and the mice wasn’t showing.i tried to connect it to the other PC’s & laptops with no luck the light indicator on the mice wasn’t working but the laser sensor was working when ever i connect it to any source of power.i tried installing and running the following:“Applicable Products:

Hi,I recently bought a VIPER V3 HYPERSPEED mouse and the USB dongle has a rattle inside when I move it. I want to know if it is normal or if this means that something is detached inside. The mouse works properly at the moment. Should I be worried about this resulting in a problem in the future?Thanks in advance!

I think i have figured out the issue but, my mouse has been moving by itself, sometimes doesn't click when i want it to, and scrolling when it wants to. i have found a fix by connecting the mouse via Bluetooth, it stopped all the issues but before that i connected my old mouse because i thought it was the mouse that was broken but turns out it was the dongle. Which i will be buying a new dongle for the mouse when its back in stock.

I need recommendations need a mouse that I can use for editing my videos ?

Anybody aware of a replacement battery that will fit the basilisk  V3 pro.  I’ve seen a few on eBay and even Amazon that claim to, but I don’t think they look correct.
