Mice and Surfaces

as title reads this issue is happening to me for about a week already … when I try to move with the mouse it just starts to drift across the screen slowly and doesnt react to any imputs I do. I have already tried to restart my pc , factory reset the mouse , update drivers , update synapse , tried different places for the dongle and I ran out of ideas how to repair this issue Any help would be appreciated

Hello, I have been using what I thought was a Mamba TE for years, wired that does not use double A batteries so maybe it was a different version? This Razer mouse had modes for the scroll wheel so I can take off the stick wheel and just let it spin. I have recently bought what I thought was the same mouse, but this one is a Mamba Elite. My issue is that I am unsure how to adjust the scroll wheel stickiness/speed. And I definitely cannot get it into a free scroll mode where I can easily use the wheel to jump in fps games.I have looked in the settings in Synapse and cannot find any such modes.

Hello, I would like to get a RAZER DeathAdder Essential. is this mouse compatible with the PS5 or not? I have no real idea about this so I'm asking for help before I buy a Razer DeathAdder essential.

After establishing a connection between the mouse and the docking station, the chrome backlight stops working after a few minutes. At times the mouse disconnects from the docking station altogether. There are no such problems when connecting via Bluetooth or dongle. Updating the firmware and reinstalling the synapse did not help.

I’m still using a Viper 8Khz and was looking to pickup another one for another computer of mine, however it appears that its been discontinued for a while now. Looked at the new models and for some reason the viper line isn’t ambidextrous anymore, what’s that about, wasn’t it the whole point?I need whatever mouse I get to have M4/5 on BOTH sides of it but it doesn’t look like razer offers that anymore so I’m going to have to shop elsewhere. Is this a permanent thing, or will a we get buttons on both sides back eventually? I have enjoyed my razer mice quite a bit over the past decade and it would be a shame to have to drop them permanently.

Does 8000 hz on a mouse work the same as it would on pc? And how can you change it

Hello, please tell me I bought a new mouse in a very famous store in Ukraine. The mouse worked for about 3 months without problems and then it stopped turning on. I tried everything, updated the mouse firmware, windows razer synapse. I reset the mouse in the device manager, nothing helps. Please tell me how I can solve this problem with you because I lost the receipt for this product and I can contact the store. I saw that I need my mouse so that they send me a working one. How long will I have to wait, I'm a schoolchild and I don't have money for a new mouse, and if I send you a mouse I won't have a mouse to use. Help

I have a problem with my razer viper 8k scroll wheel. When i scroll down or upp it goes in the other direction in one stage of the scroll wheel and then it goes the right direction again. It happens everytime i scroll. I already try switching computer, reinstall the device in device manager and try updating the firmware but nothing worked.If someone know how to fix this pls comment because it's really annoying when it does that everytime.

Hello everyone,I would like to explain my problem to you and that is actually, if you look at it from the point of view of time, extreme or actually not justifiable on the part of Razer. Here's the thing: 10 years ago I tested Razer mice and kept sending them back for the reason I'll tell you in a moment. 10 years later, the same problem still exists and the mouse costs 160€. That can not be …So. I hold my mouse in the palm grip, but with Razer mice due to the shape, my index finger, which I use to press the left mouse button, protrudes 2cm beyond the button. Means if I press the left mouse button, then I press it at the very front on the edge. Since Razer mice have relatively long mouse buttons and the switch sits in the middle, it doesn't recognize every keystroke I make. When I play CSGO and give 20 mouse clicks with the Glock, the mouse stops shooting at least once for 1-2 seconds. The switch doesn't register my mouse click on the front edge of the mouse button. Hi all, Would like to ask for suggestion on gaming mice.I had been using Abyssus 2014 for 10 years (best quality mouse !) and finally the right click button (top cover) has cracked :-(Planning to get a new mice, but I am not sure how to choose between the different product line.Wonder if anyone can give an explanation on the difference between Deathadder and Viper ? I am looking into Cobra and Basillik too, and it seems cobra is way too expensive ><

My viper v2 pro wont connect to my new pc. Tried downloading synapse and firmware updates but it wont recognize the wireless usb dongler. My mouse still works on my old pc and the usb ports on new pc work with other devices. It works with usb cable tho.

I was just wondering, as personally I prefer wired mice and connections, if using the wire with the mouse is just a charging cable or if it actually ensures more reliable connection on the cobra pro, and if that's the case does the Bluetooth connection reduce the performance of this mouse? 

I use the Razer Viper v3 Pro, white version. I seem to have this reoccuring issue where my sensor has microstutters. I have the firmware  v1.12.01_r1. This doesn’t happen on other mice, I have tried cleaning the mouse sensor, and I have tried other mousepads. This is also my second copy of the mouse, I previously ordered one on amazon and had the same issue. 

Hi, yesterday I turned on my PC and it stopped for a couple of minutes on mobo logo - it showed me that something is not right. When Windows started up (Win 10 Pro) I heared sound of connecting and disconneting usb device. After quick search it appeared to be usb cable to docking station to my Razer Mamba 2012 mouse. I chcecked pluging to any other USB port (2.0, 3.0, 3.1 - 6 ports) - it was the same at every port. So I checked my other PC-just the same. I removed dock from manager devices, no difference. Any suggestions?

Need Help!My razer orochi v2's bluetooth and 2.4 dongal not working. Earlier a couple of months ago it was working fine and I enjoyed playing games with it. But now even bluetooth is not getting connected and Dongal seems not getting connected with mice.My laptop is able to detect the dongal but somehow the dongal to mice signals are not working.For bluetooth its getting discovered but while connecting it fails.

Anytime my Naga v2 Pro starts to misbehave, like the dreaded Windows chime when the mouse decides to lose the Mouse4/5 assigned buttons, generally daily—why is the best solution completely exiting Synapse and making sure it stays off, lest it comes back on and screws everything up? Is there a 3rd party app that is actually written by competent people for the mouse? I found OpenRGB to replace both Razer’s and Asus’ incompetence with controlling RGB, but I feel like I have to deal with it to handle a lot of the mouse stuff. Or is there just better brand that can make a decent mouse and actual useful supporting software? Thanks!

Therefore, I've decided to wait for the Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro, but I want to purchase it as soon as possible. Could you provide information on the release dates? If you could specify a time frame, such as a three-month period in the winter, I could plan accordingly. Also, will there be significant changes in the sensor features of the Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro? Forget about increasing DPI; it's meaningless—no one uses 30,000 DPI. For us professional gamers, 800 DPI is sufficient. You're just making unnecessary show-offs; what's important to us is sensor accuracy and low latency. We need compatibility, like having 8000 Hz work at full performance on Windows. 

Razer Basilisk V3 is ~ 2 years old One night after pushing the scroll-wheel toggle button, the mouse continuously connects/disconnects - unusable.Re-installing synapse worked but the problem repeated several times after toggling the scroll-mode again.Mouse is functioning after 4th or 5th Synapse reinstall, but obviously I would not like this loop to be the new normal.

I am having an issue where i put the MMO panel on the mouse and now my layout is going something like this:9=368-251470In synapse it says it should be going:369=258-1470 I dont know why all of a sudden the top two rows are all mixed up but no matter what i do i cant seem to get it back to how its supposed to be. Can anyone help?

Hello, im looking to buy A new mouse deathadder v3 and cant understand when 8khz polling rate will work, do i need to buy hyperpolling dongle or i just can insert charger and use it like that to get 8khz? With other of Razer mouse has 8khz?

I am looking for my first wireless mouse.  I like the feel of the deathadder v3 pro, but when I go to buy one, I see most stores with a $149 version and a $159 version.  Can anyone help me with a side by side so that I can see what the different is? Thanks.

I lost my death adder v3 pro, but i have the wireless 8000 hz receiver. is it okay just to but a death adder v4 pro with 1000hz or I have to buy the one is 8000hz and come with the receiver?

Hi! i just sent in my viper ultimate to RMA and have gone through the whole cable cutting process and more, I’m now waiting for a replacement but don’t get any answers on my one question both from the support agents or the RMA team. I asked if I would get a Viper ultimate like the one I had as a replacement or any other mouse, I also asked if I could choose colors or not and also if the replacement product would be the same amount of money as I paid for my viper ultimate + charging stand. Around 170$ or if I would just get something random. I didn’t get an answer on any of these questions… has anyone else had these questions unanswered or have got a replacement for their viper ultimate?? Please share!
