AS the title says. Watched its percentage drop while it was plugged in, and now that its dead, it refuses to charge from the PC and will only charge via a USB-C connected to a brick in the wall. -Yes, I am using the original cable, and tried with others.-Yes, the firmware is updated.-No, I am not the only one having this issue.

i buy basilisk ultimate from amazon & its clicking on its own issue every few seconds. please resolve issue it is also freezing 

Hello. I`ve been using Razer Cobra mouse for around a month now. I have noticed a strange issue with it. When I`m watching youtube (for example) and go fullscreen, after a few seconds the video timeline line appears again because of mouse movement sometimes, even though i didn`t touch it at all. To fix this issue i reffered to the Razer`s official software and firmware website page, but realized absence of my mouse in the list of all products.Is there any other way i can fix this issue? Thanks.

It’d be cool if they added a randomness factor to Turbo mode so that the Clicks per Second feels more human. Just a quality of life improvement we could use :)I’d much rather use the mouse’s software than something external like AHK.

Hi, I have a problem that when I hold down the right click, it’s too sensitive. It is a huge problem for Minecraft and FPS games. For Minecraft it can act as an autoclicker, in Valorant I have to press it really hard for the ADS and for FPS Games I have to find a sweet spot so it can be held.The other problem is that when I try to flick, my mouse just randomly stops and disconnects like it’s nothing. The USB Cable is put-on correctly and is an other disadvantage for all games. For CS2 and Valorant it’s really problematic as I can’t move my mouse for a moment which is an disadvantage because it gives the enemy a free kill and can result into a clutch or ace failure.

I have had the razer basilisk v3 for 3 weeks and have treated it well but suddenly the scroll wheel became crooked and loose and refuses to scroll at times I’m wondering if there’s a way to fix this or if I can get compensated 

HI ,A few days ago I bought a Razer viper v3 pro and every time the mouse comes out of sleep mode or I unplug the Razer dongle and plug it in again it lights up white on the mouse for 3 sec and then red for 3 sec and the mouse is charged to 90%. I made a video of the whole situation here is the

Bought with the hyper polling  dongle and it wont work watched every video there is tried each different cord updated the mouse and the software without any luck the black box wont show up in the synapse app to connect to dont know if its a faulty product?

So i have this problem where Synapse software reboots my pc after gaming for a while,after uninstalling the software i don’t have that problem anymore.Anyone else have this problem with the software and how did you solved it.My mouse is Razer DeathAdder Essential.Thanks

Hi, I am facing problem when setting my polling rate above 1000 HZ, mouse speed moves sometimes fast and sometimes slow.I tried all troubleshooting suggested in the link How to resolve Razer mouse tracking issues and still the same,Firmware updated or both Razer Viper V2 pro and Razer hyper polling wireless dongle.This issue I faced while playing Call of Duty MW3.

Hello my Mamba Elite was working all the times fine. I was for few minutes away from the pc and when i come back the leds are off. First i was thinking somethings happens with synapse but also the mouse cursor disappears and now its not working anymore. Hope someone could help me. Also trying other usb ports.

Whenever I move my mouse slightly fast it disconnects for about a secondI have tried almost everything to stop this, I have updated the Firmware, uninstalled synapse, removed it from device manager. Its a Deathadder v2 mini

Hi, I have a Razer Basilisk V3 mouse and tried to run a simple macro and it keeps looping. I uninstalled Razer synapse software and reinstalled a fresh version. Also downloaded the latest firmware (v1.02.00).The macro was 7,left mouse,2 (set up for play once only)But when it runs the 2 keeps repeating (eg 722222222222222222222222222222222222)How do you stop the macro from looping?

My razar balasik x hyper speed doesn't work in dongle mode or Bluetooth mode none seem to work I have tried literally everything there is to do nothing works I am very sad because I payed the money for this mouse and it die.

Hi I bought a brand new Razer naga trinity mice and first time i connected it to my laptop it worked perfectly, lights were on and all buttons worked. But next day I turned on my laptop and nothing, I tried changing the port it was pluged in but no lights and even the cursor was not moving. When I look into the optical sensor I can see a red light but thats all. Can anyone please help me get it back to work.

I have a wired basilisk v3 that I’ve had for about a year or two and all of the sudden in the past few weeks it will stop working when I either:Unplug it and plug it back in Open razer synapseWhen the mouse isn’t working, the lights are completely off and, about once every second, it makes a clicking noise, the lights flick on and the cursor can move for about a tenth of a second. I’ve tried moving it to different usb ports and trying it on different computers but they all exhibit the same behavior. Sometimes if I leave it plugged in for long enough it will spontaneously start working again if synapse isn’t open, but it’s so inconsistent I haven’t found any pattern yet. Example of current undesirable behavior: https://imgur.com/62HILMT I haven’t been able to find any answers anywhere else so far so I hope someone here can help me. I just bought a basilisk x hyperspeed off amazon.It works perfect, apart for when the mouse is lifted a slight bit off the table surface and the mouse pointer goes stupid. it seems to fly around the entire screen for no reason. i have even tried on the vespula hard mat and still the same outcome.i have reset the mouse. any help will be great

With a polling rate of 8kHz in CSGO I had extreme stuttering. The game was lagging moving the mouse. The issue was even more extreme using a VOIP application (Teamspeak or Discord). As example with Teamspeak in background, moving the mouse quickly in the CSGO menu I already noticed FPS drop: 50fps moving quickly the mouse in the menu (fps_max_menu = 120) I investigated using https://rzr.to/pollingrate from Razer. The results confirmed my first impression: Polling rate drop with Teamspeak opened For my first attempt I changed some BIOS configuration. I set the RAM settings to use the XMP profile. Small improvements but still not perfect... Then I used a polling rate of 4kHz for some days. CSGO was stable and my FPS were good. Same symptoms as this post: Deathadder V2 Pro mouse - bluetooth stopped working | Razer Insider Bluetooth mode on my mouse suddenly stopped working! I use 2.4 for my PC and bluetooth for my Mac. 2.4 mode is working just fine. When I switch the mouse to bluetooth mode, the Razer logo light never turns on. Triggering the pairing mode (how-to here) does not work. The Razer logo does not blink, and never turns on at all when in bluetooth mode or trying to pair. Attempts to fix: On my Mac I have removed the razer mouse device.  Charging the mouse to full battery Updating the firmware  licking the razer logo (not bad, but recommend cleaning before and after). Thanks

It was working recently but now the Hypershift button doesn’t do anything. The Standard custom button mappings work, but the Hypershift mappings don’t. Done the usual reinstalling and updating to fix it, didn’t work. Please help.

It's currently at 4% battery and even if I plug in the cable and turn the mouse off if will just flash red. But as you can probably tell the mouse is receiving electricity because otherwise it wouldn't light up red if I have turned it off.

My old deatheradder v2 that i had owned for 5 years gave up two days ago so i went to the local PC-Hardware store and picked up an replacement (Deathadder v3). I plugged it in and noticed that my right mouse button does not register when pressing it. The issue ain’t the button since it seems to work but the press are just not registrered. The left one works fine. I tried to update my Synpase and both the drivers and the firmware of the mouse to no avail. I also noticed that the “newst” firmware that Razer got for the mouse are from 2013. Anyone got a fix for this problem? 

I lost the USB receiver for my Razer Basilisk Ultimate and would like to know if I can connect my mouse with the "Razer Mice and Keyboards USB HyperSpeed Dongle" (I only want to connect one device to the dongle). Additionally, I would like to know if I can also connect my mouse with another dongle, such as the one from the Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed.
