I bought the BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed, but I feel that the mic quality and sound volume are lower over the dongle connection than when using it via the USB cable. Also, I hear crackling sounds from the mic when listening to recordings in wireless mode!? What should I do? Has anyone faced the same issue?
Hello all, my wife got me a Razer Basilisk Ultimate as a gift, but I can’t seem to get it to connect via the wireless dongle. It works just fine with the usb cable. I looked it up and downloaded Razer’s re-pairing software, but it keeps saying it can’t reconnect the dongle to the mouse. Is there a way to buy a new dongle that’s compatible with the Basilisk Ultimate or am I just stuck hardlined? Model number is: RC30-031701
Razer Cobra Pro cannot be found in the Bluetooth settings. When I turn on Bluetooth mode on the mouse, Windows prompts me to connect the Razer Cobra Pro.However, it still does not connect to my PC or laptop (both running Windows).

The 7 Ring button plate,(From Naga trinity) is the best thing I've ever experienced on any mice. The way your thumb can grip it without touching any buttons, but u still having easy access to 7 other buttons that's very easy to map in your head due to the clear difference in direction, compared to other layouts where buttons just feels mushed together, is just fantastic. Not just that, but the way I have access to two of them very fast by just pressing in my thumb to a direction adds 2 buttons that's even more natural then common right and left click for me.I’ve owned 4.5 of these mouse in total. The first two mice broke on me, then I frankesteined them together(hence the half), now I own a third and have a backup since it’s being replaced by newer mice.I bought a Naga pro, because I thought I would get used to it, and I can. But it feels like a massive downgrade honestly. And the punch in the face is that my naga trinity plate DOES fit on the naga pro, but it does recognice it as the 6 bu
During my trip to London, I purchased a Razer Naga V2 Pro mouse with 12 side buttons and a replaceable side panel. I am attaching the purchase receipt. After setting up the mouse, I configured all my settings through Razer Synapse. Initially, the device worked flawlessly. The scroll wheel's stiffness/sensitivity settings also applied correctly at the beginning. However, after some use, only the scroll wheel settings become disabled. The scroll wheel becomes loose, as if it's spinning freely, and the stiffness/sensitivity settings I made through Synapse are no longer applied. Despite this, all other functions of the mouse work normally. The side buttons, main buttons, and macros are fine. The problem only occurs with the scroll wheel settings. To resolve this problem, I have tried the following:- Uninstalling the Razer Synapse application.- Uninstalling the relevant drivers.- Reinstalling Razer Synapse.- Reconfiguring the mouse settings.- I tested the device in both wired and 2.4 GHz wirel
I turned off my pc last night and when I boot it back up this morning the dongle is not working. Every application to sync my mouse and dongle constantly sais failed but my pc is detecting the dongle. when attempting to update it keeps going back to update like nothing happend.
My Raz V2 Works fine on Button customization my problem is I only see the Logo light up . When I bring up the Chroma I see the locations for color, but it is grayed out , not sure how to light up buttons and roller
Has anyone else experienced problems when trying to adjust LOD on the new Viper V4 Pro? There seems to be no difference between different LOD settings, as if the mouse doesnt apply them. This becomes a problem for certain mousepads. All other settings such as DPI, polling rate etc. change and save as expected.
Hello! My mouse has had zero issues up to about 2 months ago when it suddenly stopped holding a charge.Everything I’ve tried thus far:Plugging in with a different USB-C cable in a different computer, stays at 0% Have it plugged in and it can work as a wired mouse, but as soon as it’s unplugged it immediately dies Cleaning the contact points for the input mouse port Updated firmware for both dongle and mouse itselfNothing has worked and I’m extremely concerned.I have had this mouse for not even 2 years [July 14th 2024] and this is the first consistent incident of fault that I’ve had for the past 2 months. And would really like some assistance. Thank you!
Just got this mouse on my birthday, and right out of the box the auto drifts like crazy to the left, tried wireless and with wire, updated the drivers, used synapse etc and nothing works she stills drifts
Does anybody else have the issue of when holding down the Naga V2 Pro right mouse button whilst on a created profile in Synapse 4, it auto shifts to the default profile until the right mouse button is released? Is there any way to stop this from happening when holding down the button?
There are downward lines on both sides of the Razer Viper V3 Pro mouse. Are these normal? https://imgur.com/a/AOFLB7O https://imgur.com/a/Epi0AcA
Is this normal? Should I return it and get another? It’s causing some ring finger fatigue.
Viper V3 Hyperspeed sensor not turning on and when i updated the firmware it inverted the directions.
Hello,I have a Razer DeathAdder V2, model RZ01-03210.After pressing the profile button under the mouse, it started disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly. The same issue happens on another PC, so it does not seem to be a Windows-specific problem. When I connect the mouse, Windows sometimes shows a drive/device named “CRP DISABLD”, which makes me believe the mouse may be stuck in bootloader/firmware recovery mode.I downloaded the official DeathAdder V2 Firmware Updater v1.04.01_r1, but the UPDATE button stays disabled and the updater does not detect the device properly.Could you please provide the correct recovery firmware file or instructions to manually restore the mouse firmware?I no longer have the purchase receipt, as the mouse was bought a long time ago. I understand the product may be out of warranty, and I am not requesting a replacement. I only need help with the firmware recovery procedure, since the device itself appears to be physically working.Device: Razer DeathAdder V2M
Hello. My Razer Naga Trinity stopped working after a power interruption on my laptop. The mouse is not detected at all in normal mode: no USB connection sound no device appears in USB Device Tree Viewer no lighting However, it consistently enters bootloader mode when holding left button + right button + scroll wheel during connection.USB Device Tree Viewer shows:VID_1532PID_110EProduct: Razer BootloaderbcdDevice: 0x0067The mouse uses STM32L151RCT6 MCU.Razer Synapse does not detect the device.Firmware Updater does not detect the device either. Is there any recovery firmware, service firmware updater, or recovery procedure available for Razer Naga Trinity (RZ01-0241) stuck in bootloader mode?Thank you.
I have the Razer Basilisk Ultimate, and I have recently been unable to connect it to my laptop, either wirelessly or directly. As well, when placed on the charging dongle, it does not go above 96%. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all Razer software, but it still does not work. I plugged it into my old laptop, and it works without issue. Before that issue had started, I was having issues with the mouse, just stopping and having to wait a few seconds before it would move again, and then it would stop again. I am not sure what to do since I really like the mouse.
My friend bought me a Razer Strider Chroma. It's recognized on the device and in the Razer app, but the colors aren't working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, and also turning off Windows backlighting.
I know what most people will say just to adapt to the new / current versions of the Naga. I believe the circular pattern is best due to how they positioned the side buttons so that when gripping the mouse it prevents your thumb from accidentally clicking any of the buttons. The original Razer Naga to the Naga Hex & Trinity all had this button layout. If anything at least make an additional side plate that will be compatible with your new Razer Naga Pro V2.
Apologies, as I’m a novice on the matter, but I’ve read different and sometimes conflicting responses online via search, so I’m hoping for an education from those in the know.I am considering purchasing the Naga Pro; however, the decision is heavily influenced by the ability to perform certain desired tasks based on the onboard memory, as I cannot run Synapse on my work computer. For example, in one program, I need to hit “alt” then “f” then “i” in succession to refresh the record. I presume this would require creating a macro in Synapse? If so, can it be saved to the onboard memory and used when I switch over to my work computer? I’ve read simple macros are possible with the Naga Pro, but am honestly confused by the rabbit hole I’ve gone down. I’m not looking to do anything more complicated than the above. If I CAN do the above with the Naga Pro, I presume I CANNOT do it with the single profile Naga V2 Hyperspeed from what I’ve read. Is that correct? Since I am mainly looking to utilize
My mouse DA V2 X Hyperspeed Wireless is suddenly stopped responding and the synapse is detecting the mouse and the dongle but it shows a power off logo next to my mouse and it says needs to be turned on by 2.4 GHZ but it doesnt detects. It was working fine a day before this happened and the power off logo says - Device is in sleep mode, switched off, or needs to be connected by 2.4 GHZ. and the same for when try to connect it through BT. the mouse is not waking up neither there is any light blinking or showing up on the mouse.I tried reinstalling synapse, removing all the mouse drivers from the Device Manager, tried restarting, new batteries. Please help.
How you all doing? So, I'm looking to buy a new Razer mouse, but I'm undecided on which one to get.I'm torn between two: the Naga V2 HyperSpeed and the Basilisk V3 Pro.Ever since I was younger, I've always liked the Naga line. But the thing is tha besides playing story-driven games, MOBAs and working with editing, I also play FPS games, so my question is whether the Naga would be good for that too (FPS), or if it's better not to and go with the Basilisk. What would you do?
