Hey, I have been using the Naga line now for years, and I have a few suggestions and improvements for Razer. So I started years ago with the Naga with the fixed 6 button panel. I then moved to the Naga Trinity Wired, then the Trinity Pro Wireless (current mouse). Out of all these mice, I have only had one problem, the circular 7 button panel's #4 button stopped working in about 8 months, since there was no way to replace it, I bought another mouse just for the panel...which was cringe !! I now use the circular panel from the wired trinity on the Pro wireless, as I do not like the inline 6 button panel that comes with the Pro...so this is where I have most of my advice for Razer. The original Naga was actually my favourite. This is because the buttons where bigger, still not optimally placed, but they were big, very responsive and they lasted for YEARS. ok so i wanna buy a razer viper mini but i wanna know something. can i put the rgb to a color on a pc and then plug it in to a xbox, will the rgb color save?

Does anyone know what the difference is between these two RZ01-03050100-R3G1 and RZ01-03050100-R3U1? I have the basilisk ultimate with charging Dock and just want to try something different Thanks!

Hello, I have been having using my Mamba Wireless mouse for about 5 months and it has worked great, but lately it is having some issues. When I try connecting wirelessly via the dongle, my laptop, a Razer Blade 15, registers that the Mamba is connected in the blue tooth settings, but the mouse itself is not registering. When I use the provided wire for a wired connection, it again does not register that the mouse is connected, but the mouse appears to have power and is charging. I have connected other things via the cord and they also charge. Not sure if there is a way to reset the mouse itself if that's the issue. I have downloaded the latest firmware, which updates for the dongle, but when it comes to the second step of updating via the wire, it will not work because it does not register that the mouse is connected. I have also tried repairing Synapse 3, which had no effect, and I also tried the Mamba Wireless Pairing Utility Guide, but the links for the download will not open, even

Do I buy from Razer direct or through Amazon to secure the latest Gen2 Viper Ultimate versus the gen1?

Dear Razer, I just ordered the custom mouse with the palm tree and sun and absolutely love the design. I wanted to post this in hopes you would notice and potentially offer a mousemat with the same sort of design/theme. I would love to have one if possible.

Bought by Basilisk V2 Wired from BestBuy in Aug 6, 2020 Scrolling on any application, browser, games, text-editors on multiple machines: scrolling experience is shuddering, very unstable Text editor or browser example: If I am scrolling at a consistent speed in one direction, page will scroll at the same direction for a bit, stop, scroll opposite direction, then stop. repeat multiple times, does not behave the same but either ignores scrolling action, jumpy, or shudders.

My mouse dropped to the floor from my desk, and now the right mouse button feels so sensitive. It works fine but it's not making clicking noises and like I said, it's too sensitive that if you tap it lightly it would register the "click" unlike the left mouse button which is working normally.

After log in, the system requires to connect the mouse to the Mac, but after connecting the cable, the screen is still blank with the statement, 'PLEASE CONNECT A RAZER SYNAPSE ENABLED DEVICE'. Have anyone experienced the same thing? Can anyone help? Thank you so much.

I bought "Razer Deathadder V2 Pro" specifically, because on the official doc it says Bluetooth 5.0, since PS5 has Bluetooth 5.1, thought would be a great companion. (Low latency through BT5) But ends up somehow when I trying to connect it with BT, PS5 showed an error message of “This PS5 doesn’t support this Bluetooth accessory”, how frustrating and confusing! BT5! Also, I'm aware of Bluetooth has backward compatibility, so in this case, might I just assume it's backward only to BT4,3,2 but some bug with BT5. So will DA V2 Pro update its Bluetooth version happen eventually? Or Razer has never updated the Bluetooth version of any product?

Are there any Razer mice nowadays that are made outside mainland China?

Bought another Viper mini, my second one *to date. TL;DR The first one had scroll problems. Common. The second one was purchased after a 4-month wait. Hoping to NOT have another bad experience. 'TL; I care to read' version Been using a Havit MS-300 as a backup. 0 scroll wheen issues till date over 2 years of use and 12 times more scrolls than the RVM as per mousotron data. And it costs less than half of the RVM and still contains a better encoder :| Coming to my RVM history: The first one had a scroll wheel and click issue. Both. That unit was made by a manufacturer of Razer with the 'FRML Packaging'. Details on it are found on the web. If yer too lazy, let me know, I'll Ctrl+C; Ctrl+V for you :P So, I returned that unit and after waiting 3 months minus 3 days for a replacement, the retailer (local) refunded me the full amount. Then I bought this new unit (the second one) from another local retailer, HOPING that the newer batches will address these issues..... HOPING.... on sth

Hello, in my country there are 2 box versions of Viper mini. I want to buy this mouse very soon. TL;DR One box English + Chinese. Serial Number has V2 at the end. Another box only English. Serial number don't include V2 at the end. Both latest productions of 2021. Inconsistency? Different outsourced manufacturers? Details: One has English writing and Chinese. And its S/N includes the normal PM-YY-MM-??-??-?? numbers. But at the end of the Serial Number, it's written V2. They are Production of 2021 and month April. Is this legit? My country also has Razer Viper mini available with English ONLY written only on the box. But the Serial Number don't include a V2 at the end. These products also have 2021 year production date and near April month. As much as I have heard, both the boxes come from China. Not Taiwan. Both latest production, one has V2, the other doesn't. Is this inconsistency in quality? I know this much that, the Serial Number can be registered on Razer official webs

Hi, I got this Razer Blade 15' Base model since about 2,5 years now, all of the Sudden it makes loud grinding noises from time to time (not consistently). I'm worried that this might be the Hard Drive (which I have un-backupped data on). How would you proceed to check what parts might be damaged if you wanna do it yourself (im out of warranty)? Or is this issue known already?

Hi I lost my razer mamba wireless dongle and I was wondering if there is a way for me to order a new one

Just purchased a deathadder earlier today I’m use to plug and play never had issues with a mouse before. When I plug it in I get no cursor on monitor. No mouse section in device manager it. The mouse lights up, I found the mouse under HID in device manager. I’ve tried troubleshooting with no luck. Also plugged it into another PC and cursor popped up right away with no issues. Any help would be much appreciated

I bought razer viper back when they announce. After long use about 1 year and half feet looks doesn't work anymore so I need replacement . Can you contact me how to get new feet ? Thanks for your support .

Hi, I am a long time Apple user and always just used what they offered. I have decided I want more control so sourcing my own accessories. I am keen on a Razer mouse based on recommendations. Ideally I would like option for wired and wireless with wired not just for charging but to use as a USB mouse. Also would like to have a mouse without a trapped cable so I can use a short cable. Other accessories I am using at present - Leopold 66 key keyboard as I like tactile, Acer Predator X34p as first venture into curved and gaming monitor. Looking also at Razer keyboards, mats, monitors and others but taking it one step at a time. Can anyone make any recommendations? My primary use is coding though the odd game creeping in! Somit kann ich die Maus nicht aufladen geschweige den USB stecker in die Dockstation um es aufzuladen. Leider habe ich so wie es aussieht das falsche Ladekabel neu gekauft. Ich habe das Kabel für die Mamba, nun ist aber meine frage kann ich für meine Maus bzw. für die Dockstation ein neues Kabel kaufen und wenn ja welcher, da ich nichts finde. Oder gibt es kein Kabel dafür? Lg

I'm having issues with the thumb grip on my Basilisk coming off. I've had my mouse about a year at this point, and if I spend longer than a few hours the grip starts pushing in and up, and unless I fix it, my thumb is inevitably on the "stick" (which for some reason isn't all that sticky anymore... probably the reason it's moving.) I submitted a case to support and was denied for "user error" which... I'm not sure how I possibly could have caused this to happen when all I do is use my PC for gaming and a half-days worth of office work. Is anyone else noticing issues with the grips peeling off?

Hello. I have the option to upgrade to Razer Viper Ambidextrous (wired) instead of waiting for a warranty replacement for my Viper mini. I'd like to know if any of you have used the Razer Viper with the white PTFE feet and faced any problems on the mouse? Doesn't have to be mouse feet problems, but problems in general? Scroll wheel button issues? Could you please share?

Just a quick post that Razer should design, manufacture, and sell a left handed Naga Pro. They already have a right handed Naga pro and a left handed Naga. They should make a left handed Naga Pro so ambidextrous players like myself can use both Nagas, left and right, wirelessly. Or just left with a keypad or right with a keypad. Options are good!
