Hi, I have seen reviews for the razer orochi v2 realizing that the customized top shell can come off which makes me wonder. Will it be possible to buy a custom top shell in the future? It would be awesome if this would be possible so I wouldn't have to buy another mouse.

I'm trying to figure out a way to stop my mouse from changing DPI once I wake it from sleep mode. I have disabled "sensitivity stages" completely and have no keybind to change DPI anywhere because I hate the whole idea of changing your DPI. I play on 400 DPI period. When the mouse is inactive and I start using it it is at something like 800 DPI for maybe 10 seconds before it switches back to 400. It started happening about a week ago, so probably due to a synapse update. Really annoying because it makes the mouse aids to use for 10 seconds every time you wake it. I've thought about switching sleep mode off but that will also be aids because I have to worry about switching it off every time I go afk. (For all the inevitable smart-asses who can't read) Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone, I was wondering whether you are able to purchase a huntsman mini in mercury with a UK layout. I know the layout won’t make a huge difference but I’m sure you’d understand why I would prefer to use my country’s layout. I wondered if it is that Razer don’t sell these or if they are heavily in demand and are out of stock. Please could someone let me know, thanks!

Hello, I would like to connect my Mamba Mouse 2012 to my Mac Book pro 2019 (last Maj > Big Sur). The mouse is picked up by the computer, but the synapse software to shave does not work. It doesn't pick up the mouse, so I can't make the mouse settings. I have already tried to install and reinstall Synapse, I've already tried this too: Apple Menu -> System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy Tab -> Input Monitoring > Add synapse Do you have any solutions? Hi all, After some help and advice please... I have just purchased my first razor mouse which I was hoping to use on my Xbox series X and primarily Call of Duty Warzone! The mouse is comfy as hell and all the standard buttons work. I have set up the other buttons for my requirements using the synapse web site but when I use it back on Xbox they don’t work... Is it me or are the extra buttons including the multifunction paddle not compatible?? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Recently when playing World of Warcraft I noticed my character wouldn't move while holding down both mouse buttons. I didn't think anything of it because to my knowledge mouse works just fine and thought it could just be World of Warcraft. Then I started to notice it acting funny on Terraria, so it seems actions that require me to hold down my mouse buttons are having an issue. This is proven further when just simply trying to copy something I can see the blue highlight stuttering as if I'm losing the click. Also, I have two mice plugged in, both razer mice and my other mouse never has this issue. I'd just use that mouse, but that's just my FPS mouse. So is this just a faulty mouse (The razer naga trinity)? Is this a known problem for razer naga trinity? Has this happen to anyone before and if so, does anyone have a fix?

Hello, I've had a Razer Deathadder for the last 10 years without having any problems with it. Last summer I decided to change it with the new Deathadder Essential for no other reason but because it became too old and overused (the scroll started squeeking, the buttons became harder to click, etc.) So now, not even a full year into having this new Deathadder, today it started disconnecting itself randomly. It works for up to 5 minutes max and then turns off on its own. If I unplug it from the USB and plug it back in, it works again for about 5 minutes and disconnects again. I've looked through all the possible causes for this on Google. I have reinstalled everything that can be reinstalled and updated anything that could be updated. I tried all my USB ports, it does the same in each one of them. I tried other PCs and laptops, it does the same. I am currently out of options. Can someone please give me advice on what to do and how to fix this problem ?

Since the update, I've been having a glitch where the LMB is registering a double or a single click. I've done the regular troubleshooting of testing it in another computer for hardware, deleting all the software and re-installing, just that one particular mouse (naga mmo molten edition) doesn't left click correctly on the new update. It also stopped syncing correctly with synapse. I was undetected by synapse 2.0, which I then re-installed, remained undetected, uninstalled, installed synapse 3 which detected it as legacy hardware, directed me to the synapse 2.0 download, which I re-installed again, at which time it was detected without issue (I think the pulse led effect was missing, but I wasn't really concerned), but the left click error remained. I swapped to both a generic Microsoft and FPS mouse without issue, not sure if anyone else has ran into this problem or solved it.

Hi guys, I have a Razer Naga Trinity wired mouse, with the 2, 7, and 12-button side panels. I am trying to bind the side buttons as "Mouse Button X." Right now, the option only goes up to "Mouse Button 5." I don't want it to be bound to a keyboard bind, but a specific, mouse-specific command. I have attached pictures which explain it much better. Any suggestions would be appreciated, have a good one guys!

Can i save polling rate to onboard memory. I know i need snypase 3 to do this but when i delete synapse 3 can i keep my custom settings most important polling rate and dpi. Edit: You can save all settings except rgb color.

Hi guys, I disabled the right side buttons from the software but since I accidently still pressed them during gameplay I actually put two little pieces of tape there so the buttons can't move(underneath the buttons). They are now fully pressed and stuck in place (constantly pressed). However I noticed mouse battery drains over night, also when it's supposed to be on wireless power saving mode(sleep mode) still drains battery. Like 1% per hour or something. I have LED off, turned low power mode on even at 100% charge and use 500hz polling rate, this should be the ultimate battery saving combo. Can the fully pressed side buttons(no matter they're disabled from software) somehow prevent the mouse to enter sleep mode (wireless power saving) so this is causing the constant battery drain? Hey guys, I just bought the Razer Gigantus v2 some days ago - it arrived today. However I put it on a table of my balcony for a couple hours but the chemical smell is still there and very penetrant. What should I do? I just tested the pad for 5min and it felt good, so if I can get rid of that smell I'd love to keep the pad. Thanks in advance :)

Hi Guys, That is my first time ever using a forum on a website I hope it works! I just moved to Madrid and my Razer Naga Hex Wraith Red (Bought in 2016) broke some of the side buttons. They are deep stuck and don't work when I press them. I was wondering if there are any ways of repairing this mouse as I really want to keep using it. Hello, Does anyone know a way to get all 7 buttons of this panel working on the Naga Pro? I just tried it and the 7th button won't be recognised (in fact, the panel itself isn't an option to choose from). If there isn't a way... could we get a way please? It would be a shame to get rid of a working panel.
