I just replaced my Razer Abyssus with a Razer Essential. It took me about two minutes to discover a problem. I tried chatting with "professional" support agents, but all the ones I talked to were completely stupid idiots. I've been using computers since 1979, and back then, if we saw a mouse, we called an exterminator! Shells weren't on computers; they were on beaches. Everything was done in primitive operating systems using only keyboards. We've come a long way since then, and I've gotten pretty good at fixing my own problems...and recognizing when I could use some help. The new Razer Essential seems to be incapable of selecting text blocks of PDF documents when viewed in Mozilla Firefox (fully updated 64-bit version 87.0) or in Genius PDF 2.0 (publisher hasn't released an update in years, doesn't need to, as it's a very, very simple application). My Razer Abyssus had no such problem (I replaced it because it's pretty beat up; the feet wore off and it's cracked from the stress of so
I finally got a bluetooth dongle that works on my desktop but when I switched my Atheris over to bluetooth it disappears out of Synapse and I cannot get it to show up or use any of the Synapse functions. Does anyone have a solution to this?
I have a Lancehead wireless and I just wanted to know what mouse is comparable to it. Thanks.
Hello guys, MrVodka here. I was trying to look around for something specific on the threads although no luck unfortunately :frown_:. So I thought to start a thread all by myself here. What is your thinking about Razer making an MMORPG based mouse. I know that there is the Razer Naga, but there are so many buttons in one place that you might mess your whole rotation, while you raid, dung, etc. How do you think their basic design should be made ? Thanks for seeing this short-descriptive thread :wink_:
So here's my problem when trying to CONSTANTLY HOLD DOWN the right mouse button, for example to aim in a video game, when you click the left mouse button the right is released. Is this a known software issue or is this a hardware issue? The gyazo gif is me showing you how the right releases when pressing mouse button 1, it's very annoying. https://gyazo.com/339758e05fa1d46897bc16c73d791545
I almost hate to post this because it is so weird and intermittent. My mouse cursor will jump completely across the screen, but only immediately after a left mouse click and only when clicking on certain things in certain software. For example, if I click on a channel in slack it will do that, but not when clicking on a different workspace or on my preferences. It was also doing this the other night in Affinity Photo but not in other software I had open at the time. I don't think it is a tracking thing since it is reproducible by clicking on the offending object. And it will be fine for days, and then suddenly it will start doing this again. It is super annoying and I wish there was a fix. Just did a firmware update the other day and while it fixed it in that moment, here my mouse is doing the same thing again. Is there a setting in Synapse I should look at?
After only 4 months of use, my son's DeathAdder v2 mouse's left button broken. There was no physical damage done by dropping or hitting it, no external liquid contaminates, electric shock or any other bogus excuse support used to negate the warranty. This is a simple case of the flexible plastic used for the left mouse button was too brittle. It only pressed via mouse usage and not broken in some way that should negate a warranty. Anyone else had support try to fraudulently negate your warranty?
why every time i restart my pc, the calibration of the mouse pad in the razer synapse is undone. When the pc starts, the mouse has a very high elevation interval, as if i had not done the calibration, it happens every time i restart the pc. Thanks in advance. Mouse: Naga Hex V2
Are the scroll wheel color options limited somehow? I changed the logo and thumb grid to the colors I like in Synapse 2, but the scroll wheel only seems to change between basic red, green, and blue.
so I'm a weird man that's loved my old mouse for years now always been perfect in my hand but now sadly the day has come where it would not move when I woke up... sooo what mouse would you recommend that's around my old trusty loved Diamondback Chameleon´s size that will be faster corded and last as long as this one has as I've been using it since release. I'm a photographer and light gamer so I used it more for the exactness of it rather then superb gaming capabilities even thou i have been gaming a little with it as well. needs to be as low and about the same size but speedwise faster ofc
I just found dongles for the basilisk ultimate on ebay for 20 buxks
Razer gold ?
I have never seen such type of service in my life.this is best at all
Hi razer silver
I am new here, and new to the gaming world of equipment. My son showed me some of your products and I loved them and have bought several. I started with a Viper Ultimate and just got a Basilisk Ultimate because I like having more color and the Basilisk has more places that have the RGB. I mainly work from home, and work 10 hour days so having a backup is nice. I get them both to connect to Synapse 3 however the 2 separate docks do not want to stay connected, and both will not show in Synapse. Is there ability to connect both docks for the mice or are you only able to have 1 dock connected and only one to sync with your lighting and effects? I didnt see any where that is discussed but apologize if it is a duplicate question. I thank you in advance for any help and guidance for an older newbie to RGB!
I'm thinking about buying a Naga Pro Wireless as a dedicated MMORPG mouse instead of using my DeathAdder Pro v2 in order to reduce how often I need to recharge it and to have an extra wireless mouse while it recharges. Right now, I'm using my DAv2 for both to work and to play games; recharging it every 3 days for two-three hours. My question is whether it would be worth it to have two high-end wireless mice; one for work and playing FPS/RTS games and another solely for playing FFXIV; or if I'm better off just getting a cheap wireless one to use while it recharges and taking my old Razer Tartarus v1 out of retirement for FFXIV instead. Any thoughts on this and anyone's experience in playing FFXIV with the Naga Pro would also be great. Thanks.
My mouse does not hold the click and often double clicks. It makes it impossible to game and even do regular computer activities. If anyone knows where to get it fixed that would be much appreciated.
what mouse would you say is closest to the Atheris in size and shape so i can order that tape set and just modify it alittle bit to fit my mouse? im waiting on ordering right now just for that tape for real get them suggestions out there please
Not sure where to send suggestions, but I have all Mercury (kb, wired basilisk, tartarus, headphones, headphone stand, goliathus, etc...) would LOVE to have a Basilisk Ultimate Wireless in white -- thanks!
Hola, a mi mouse Naga trinity dejo de funcionar el sensor, funcionan los botones y el click pero no se mueve el cursor, que se puede hacer

hi! so i was just playing some games normally and then my mouse stopped working for like 10-15 seconds. I didn't think much of it and kept going. the next few days come by and it does the same thing like every 2 minutes, does anyone know why?
I have a nega epic mouse and i got the firfly wtever pad the mouse doesn’t work on the damn pad ?? Wtf do i do help please
Hello! I used a Naga Epic Chroma for years, then switched to a Basilisk Ultimate (which I love). Now I'm seeing the possibility of buying a Naga Pro. I see I can share the charging base, so the Naga Pro only comes with the cable. However, I'm more comfortable with using my mice wired. I already have a million things plugged to my computer via USB. My question is if I can use the same cable for both mice? My instinct tells me it should be possible, since both mice use the same charging base, which requires the same shape on the type-C end... but I want to be 100% sure before I commit to buying it.
I had bought a Mamba Wireless about a year ago. The mouse worked great but then recently the right mouse button began having issues. When I would play an fps and aim, the character would either not aim down the sights or if they did they would stop aiming after a second or two. I then noticed that the mouse was actually registering a double click. I thought that maybe the mouse had dust in it so I cleaned it with some pressurized air. I then uninstalled Razer Synapse and the Mouse drivers. Nothing fixed it. The mouse wasn't dropped or damaged in any way, it just began double clicking a few days ago for no reason. Any one have any ideas on how to fix this?
