Hi guys, I have a Razer Naga Trinity wired mouse, with the 2, 7, and 12-button side panels. I am trying to bind the side buttons as "Mouse Button X." Right now, the option only goes up to "Mouse Button 5." I don't want it to be bound to a keyboard bind, but a specific, mouse-specific command. I have attached pictures which explain it much better. Any suggestions would be appreciated, have a good one guys!

Can i save polling rate to onboard memory. I know i need snypase 3 to do this but when i delete synapse 3 can i keep my custom settings most important polling rate and dpi. Edit: You can save all settings except rgb color.

Hi guys, I disabled the right side buttons from the software but since I accidently still pressed them during gameplay I actually put two little pieces of tape there so the buttons can't move(underneath the buttons). They are now fully pressed and stuck in place (constantly pressed). However I noticed mouse battery drains over night, also when it's supposed to be on wireless power saving mode(sleep mode) still drains battery. Like 1% per hour or something. I have LED off, turned low power mode on even at 100% charge and use 500hz polling rate, this should be the ultimate battery saving combo. Can the fully pressed side buttons(no matter they're disabled from software) somehow prevent the mouse to enter sleep mode (wireless power saving) so this is causing the constant battery drain? But I would like to know if I could setup Chroma effects, customize buttons, etc. Then plug it into my Mac to do work on, expecting everything I have setup to work. Hey guys, I just bought the Razer Gigantus v2 some days ago - it arrived today. However I put it on a table of my balcony for a couple hours but the chemical smell is still there and very penetrant. What should I do? I just tested the pad for 5min and it felt good, so if I can get rid of that smell I'd love to keep the pad. Thanks in advance :)

Hi Guys, That is my first time ever using a forum on a website I hope it works! I just moved to Madrid and my Razer Naga Hex Wraith Red (Bought in 2016) broke some of the side buttons. They are deep stuck and don't work when I press them. I was wondering if there are any ways of repairing this mouse as I really want to keep using it. I am living in Madrid City Centre and would like to know of any possible means of repairing this mouse. Thanks in advance for any possible replies. really appreciate the help.

Application specific settings, i.e.: the ability to set buttons to perform specific tasks on each application, Is my favorite feature of Logitech Options. A process will run in Windows background that will detect what app I'm using. Does Razer Synapse do this?

Hello, Does anyone know a way to get all 7 buttons of this panel working on the Naga Pro? I just tried it and the 7th button won't be recognised (in fact, the panel itself isn't an option to choose from). If there isn't a way... could we get a way please? It would be a shame to get rid of a working panel.

I just got a Razer Thunderbolt™ 4 Dock Chroma, thinking it would naturally have a HDMI, but it doesn't and none of monitors at home can directly connect to it. Do I have to buy a new monitor? The Razer monitor is over the budget for me. Or does anyone have another idea or solution?

I just replaced my Razer Abyssus with a Razer Essential. It took me about two minutes to discover a problem. I tried chatting with "professional" support agents, but all the ones I talked to were completely stupid idiots. I've been using computers since 1979, and back then, if we saw a mouse, we called an exterminator! Shells weren't on computers; they were on beaches. Everything was done in primitive operating systems using only keyboards. We've come a long way since then, and I've gotten pretty good at fixing my own problems...and recognizing when I could use some help. The new Razer Essential seems to be incapable of selecting text blocks of PDF documents when viewed in Mozilla Firefox (fully updated 64-bit version 87.0) or in Genius PDF 2.0 (publisher hasn't released an update in years, doesn't need to, as it's a very, very simple application). I finally got a bluetooth dongle that works on my desktop but when I switched my Atheris over to bluetooth it disappears out of Synapse and I cannot get it to show up or use any of the Synapse functions. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Hello guys, MrVodka here. I was trying to look around for something specific on the threads although no luck unfortunately :frown_:. So I thought to start a thread all by myself here. What is your thinking about Razer making an MMORPG based mouse. I know that there is the Razer Naga, but there are so many buttons in one place that you might mess your whole rotation, while you raid, dung, etc. How do you think their basic design should be made ? So here's my problem when trying to CONSTANTLY HOLD DOWN the right mouse button, for example to aim in a video game, when you click the left mouse button the right is released. Is this a known software issue or is this a hardware issue? I almost hate to post this because it is so weird and intermittent. My mouse cursor will jump completely across the screen, but only immediately after a left mouse click and only when clicking on certain things in certain software. For example, if I click on a channel in slack it will do that, but not when clicking on a different workspace or on my preferences. It was also doing this the other night in Affinity Photo but not in other software I had open at the time. I don't think it is a tracking thing since it is reproducible by clicking on the offending object. And it will be fine for days, and then suddenly it will start doing this again. It is super annoying and I wish there was a fix. Just did a firmware update the other day and while it fixed it in that moment, here my mouse is doing the same thing again. Is there a setting in Synapse I should look at?

After only 4 months of use, my son's DeathAdder v2 mouse's left button broken. There was no physical damage done by dropping or hitting it, no external liquid contaminates, electric shock or any other bogus excuse support used to negate the warranty. This is a simple case of the flexible plastic used for the left mouse button was too brittle. It only pressed via mouse usage and not broken in some way that should negate a warranty. Anyone else had support try to fraudulently negate your warranty?

why every time i restart my pc, the calibration of the mouse pad in the razer synapse is undone. When the pc starts, the mouse has a very high elevation interval, as if i had not done the calibration, it happens every time i restart the pc. Thanks in advance. Mouse: Naga Hex V2

Are the scroll wheel color options limited somehow? I changed the logo and thumb grid to the colors I like in Synapse 2, but the scroll wheel only seems to change between basic red, green, and blue.
