Razer Cortex

Hello, so i have a little problem with Cortex and restoring apps, when i restore im bombarded with every time i turn off the boost (mainly spotify, Logitech GHub and bugged cortana and microsoft phone link) Is there a way to turn off force opening them every time i turn off boost?

i have and use razer products. not looking for brand advise just device advise. well i got my pc from a buddy and it works fine. Ive always used the synapse for my audio ect. one day some of my outputs wouldn't work and so i reset my pc and it started working right again. however now anytime i open a game till make my second screen lose it border, it'll hide my chrome window and wont even have it appear in task manager until i close the game. and now my pc wont even open rainbow 6 siege which makes no sense cause my pc runs it flawlessly. so any help would be very much appreciated.

I played for a considerable amount of time and no silver was available after I finished playing.

Today I added a game to the cortex that I had never played before and the cortex said that I have 720 hours of game time, as well as saying that I played the previous days and I added the game today. How do I remove playtime from this game? Try to run Raid as usual, but today it doesn't display the "Play" anymore, try to reinstall still not working too. Even I try to run the game itself from my desktop it doesn't detect too. No silver earning.

Hi @Michelle-RazerCortex and everyone else, Am i the only one who has this issue with their Raid Shadow Legends game not being recognized by the Cortex Mobile? Funny enough, its working on a different device, but not on my main phone. It did work some long time ago but its the 2nd time i see this issue with this game, i do have it installed btw. Any recommendations or tips that i can use? Let me know please. Thanks!

If for detecting gta 5 we have to manually add it is it applicable for all gta games?

Heard they revised the Razer Raion to fix the diagonals via a pivot! Bought it years ago really liked the controller but had the same issues. I am rebuilding my VM lab of in Hyper V and I use macros to save time in typing commands etc. Before I was able to install synapse in my virtual machine but now it only shows a blank window. Already tried repairing, reinstalling even turned off the windows' security (FW and AV) but shows the same result. Any help? Unless, I can use macro without Synapse...

Hi, we had a flash flood last week and all of my Razer peripherals got flooded. Is there a way this can be fixed?

OK, So I decided to resurrect my old Intel Nuc. I bought a "NEW GeForce 3070" and upgraded the NUC with a larger hard drive, and a Fresh install of Windows 10. I put the GPU in my Razer core x and opened Device Manager. I was expecting a new entry under Display adaptors, how ever instead I got a new entry under Other devices ! Base System Device I seem to recall last time I did this had to give some kind of permissions to the thunderbolt port in order to let the GUP be recognized. I remember it being a quick fix after calling tech support help line. Thanks for any help

Exactly as said in title. I played Raid: Shadow Legends for well over the 4 hours earlier today, but when I quit the game. It said I didn't have any hours on record for today. The funny thing is that I did get my Silver for playing the game at least 15 minutes though.
