Hi I have a Razer TE and when I play games turning left with the right thumbstick is significantly slower than turning right. I have the updated software and tested it on Apex, Cod, Borderlands, Destiny and evry game I have played. How do I solve this? Does anyone know? Many Thanks
I've had my razer phone for nearly 6 months and recently it has started to heat up to the point of it nearly butnburme if I touch the metal. It gets up to these temperatures after about 20-30 mins of just browsing or watching YouTube, I have a feeling that there is something wrong with the cooling in my phone. (I've never dropped it)
Hi I'm French so I apologize if my English is not perfect. My problem is simple, I can't hear any sound with the THX on. I did some research on the forum and I found other topic that had similar problems to mine but without the answer directly written on the topic. Like this one, for example. /razer-kraken-tournament-edition-thx-surround-dont-work.50796/ As you can see on my picture the sound is well displayed in green, and even if I put all the volumes of the PC or headphones at max level I can't hear anything. The only way the sound works is in stereo when I select Razer Kraken TE - Chat on Default Device I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong, but I can't get surround sound. It's very annoying because in FPS like Battlefield or Overwatch, I don't hear the noise coming from behind me.
Hi, As mentioned in title, button 8 & 9 is not working for a while now. Was hoping some software update later it'll be fixed but nope, still dead after almost a year. Been reading in your forum others complaining about this but there's no solution and that person was sent a PM instead. /synapse-2-21-20-606-have-a-big-bug-orochi.40090/#post-453058 This is something software for sure as I've seen many people complaining it with a simple Google search. And with USB cable attached, those 2 buttons worked without issue. Please let me know how to fix this.
Hi all, Been a long time customer. Currently own a chroma keyboard, a taipan mouse, and a set of Kraken headphones. I bought another set of Kraken's today (as i left my other ones at a buddies house) and upon install, the only feature I cared about seems to be missing: a mic monitor. Please confirm this was removed and I will return the headset immediately.
I've got a Naga 2014, yes a little old perhaps... Anyway, it's been working fine but I went to make some new macro's the other day and saw that the device was not detected. I saw that there's a Synapse 3 but that does not appear to support the older mouse so to the support forums for me then... does anyone know of a fix for this, I saw there's a few posts but not actualy solution. I own a Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 headset. While playing Overwatch my pc will shut off and in Event Viewer it will show an error saying "The device HID-compliant headset (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem.." In system sounds the headset said "driver error" so I disabled the headset and uninstalled razer synapse and reinstalled both razer synapse and the headset itself. After doing this the driver error message is not showing anymore but my pc is still crashing due to HID compliant headset. This only happens while playing Overwatch. I recently bought Razer Kraken 2019 and wanted to try 7.1 surround sound thing but then when it was installed I wanted to change the volume a bit and realised that the sound was gone (and audio error poped up when I tried to listen to something in Chrome) and even my mic stopped working. Does anybody knows what the problem could be and how to fix it?
Hello guys i bought yesterday my Razer Ornata Chroma and i have a little problem. The Shift Key is a bit hard, the other keys are just normal with a *click*. If i play a game and i'm sprinting, i randomly stop, i must press the shift key harder than any other keys. Is this normal or is my keyboard broken?
I have my v2 plugged into the back of my pc double usb 3.0 am a Digital imaging student so i have all my projects on the usb. I plug the usb into the passthrough and the usb never shows up upon clicking the bottom right arrow there is a ton of flickering that shows the usb icon for miliseconds. Hi, My support experience with Razer is quickly turning into the worst customer support experience I have had in my life. Little background: Since 2013, I have bought 4(!) top-of-the line Razer Blade 14 laptops. Three(!) of those had technical issues that required support. While this is NOT a good ratio, support in the past was ... ok. Sort of painful to deal with and not very forthcoming but in the end, they helped me. About a month ago, my 2017 Razer Blade 14 stopped working out of the blue - it would not boot up anymore, being stuck before the Windows 10 boot sequence (sometimes showing "automatic repair initiated" (or similar) but then getting stuck forever. I contacted the Razer Support and after some back-and-forth, they promised me to escalate this to their "senior technical team" and I would get a response within 2 days. This was 3 weeks(!) ago. I'm now writing them daily but - nothing. Two days ago I started a support chat and they could see my case but told me that they w

So, I have a razer huntsman elite, a DeathAdder chroma, and a razer firefly. I am attempting to set an advanced effect on the keyboard, and mouse, which works fine. However, when I do such a thing it won't let me illuminate the firefly at the same time. If I set it to quick effects, then all three devices will work in tandem. I can't figure out how to set just the keyboard and mouse to advanced and then use a quick effect on the mousepad without the others changing. Otherwise, with advanced effects, I won't be able to use the RGB features on the firefly. Some help would be nice gamers.
I started my computer today after my computer updated a few days ago and realized i couldn't hear any sound (today, was fine yesterday), usually when this happens it's razer synapse choosing the digital band on my laptops sound system and i have to reset the settings. Well today i had a black DoS looking screen pop-up on startup, it disappeared a moment later, realized i couldn't hear anything so i went to open RS2.0. The Razer Synapse box popped up, it told me it was syncing, and then disappeared, usually after this then the main menu opens so you can modify the settings, devices etc... but in this case nothing happened. I've uninstalled, re-installed, repaired, checked for updates. i've noticed it updates itself on reinstall/repair. The Synapse 2.0 icon is in the tray in the bottom right of windows 10, i can click open razer Synapse 2.0 or Close Razer Synapse 2.0 but clicking on the open option results in nothing happening.
