Razor Axon installer wont open on windows 11 upon downloading please help me thank you

Can anyone advice whether the razor raiju tournament edition controller works on android devices and if so why doesn't it do anything in any of my games(I already connected with the app and everything but when I enter a game none of the controlls work) works perfectly on my console tho but want to use it on the phone aswell(any feedback is greatly appreciated) 

My Razer blackshark v2 x headphones came without their activation code for 7.1 sound, and I didn´t my serial number of my headphones

Problem:The laptop heats up at the slightest load and does not cool down, the fans are turned to maximum. Using a thermal imager, it was revealed that the evaporation chamber on the radiator is faulty, because heat accumulates in the processor area and is not distributed anywhere, the heat does not leave the laptop. Question:Where to buy to do?Part Number (radiator) - MB1 14051603221121 03C6VM10

Does the razer hyperspeed wireless dongle support 8k without syanpse on? Like does it have onboard memory for it?

My controller won't come back on after using it in wired mode. I've tried resetting and flipping the switches and nothing works....any ideas to what's going on?Also does Razer repair controllers ?

Hello, I have a 2021 Razer Blade 15 Advanced. I’ve been having this issue for a while - I’ll be using the laptop and after some time the touchpad and internet have issues. The internet will completely drop and show not connected to internet; the touchpad becomes unresponsive unless I try moving it for 10-15 seconds.I’ve replaced the battery after finding something that said the battery could be expanding under load and placing pressure on the wifi card and the touchpad. I’ve also updated BIOS to the latest i could from Razer and uninstalled/reinstalled drivers for the trackpad and wifi card.Additionally, I keep getting errors when attempting to update the laptop to windows 11. The error codes have been different though the most recent was PNP_WATCHDOG. Wondering if this is related? 

Is there any ways to fix my viper v3 pro form not charging. It’s brand new but didn’t charge after unboxing It. I have tried all the suggested options but none of them worked.

My razer chair is broken but out of warranty

Hello, I've had my Razer Basilisk v3 Pro for almost 4 years. Despite the not-so-intuitive Razer software, I really love this mouse. Or rather, I loved it. I just got a new computer and wanted to connect the dongle to the new device... The mouse worked without any problems, just as it has in the past and as you would expect from such an expensive device. However, after Synapse was installed, it stopped working... The Bluetooth connection still works, but compared to the 2.4 GHz connection, it's quite a step backwards and you lose one of the selling points of the device...I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver and the Synapse software. I also tried connecting the mouse to my old device, but it doesn't work there either... So it seems that the entire transmitter has broken due to the installation of the proprietary Synapse software... To be honest, that's a bit ridiculous. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I’ve tried making an 180 turn macro using the Razer Synapse and I cant get it down, I've tried almost everything.

After Changing PC and like to reset the bluetooth profile so that can connect to new PC via Bluetooth. Have tried to use the profile reset in Synapse, but it cannot reset. How can I do hard reset to Factory setting?   

Hi, I’m not sure when exactly this started happening, but my Blade 16 refuses to consistently sleep (about half the time with the lid closed in the last 24 hours was “screen off” rather than “sleep” according to Windows’s battery usage graphs.  I’ve tried everything I could find online, from the power troubleshooter, to device manager settings, etc, and confirmed that it’s set to go to sleep when the lid is closed - as well as after 10 minutes of inactivity regardless.  However, whether this actually happens is extremely inconsistent, leading to unnecessary heat generation while it shouldn’t even be in use.  Any more razer-specific or win11-specific suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi everyone,I have been using the Razer Blackshark V2 X headset for about one year, and I have been noticing a recurring and very strange problem.Whenever the physical volume wheel on the headset is set to the middle position (this happens both in normal stereo mode and with 7.1 surround sound enabled), the left speaker becomes noticeably quieter or partially muted compared to the right one.If I turn the volume wheel slightly up or down and then move it back to the middle position, the sound immediately becomes normal again.It almost feels as if the left side goes into some kind of “power-saving” or reduced output mode when the wheel is exactly in the center.The problem occurs on two different computers: one laptop, and one desktop PC (tower). Because the issue happens on multiple systems, I believe it is very likely related to the headset itself or the volume wheel.Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a reliable fix for this?

Ive made several profiles for my games, must I manually activate profiles for every game ? For example I made a Command and Conquer profile, I added RA3 Kanes Wrath and RA3 Tiberium Wars exes, I launch the games, the profile does not change, its stay on the default profile. I made another profile, Call of Duty 6, I added the CoD6 exe to the profile, I launch the cod6.exe, the profile does not change, stays on Default profile ?WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS SOFTWARE, IT DOESNT DO ANYTHING ! 

February 12, 2026I reinstalled Windows.I installed Razer Synapse 3, but it flatly refuses to recognize my devices.I installed Razer Synapse 4, and it finds my devices just fine.BUTI DON'T LIKE Razer Synapse 4; it's worse than Razer Synapse 3 in every way.The macros and keystroke spam are HORRIBLE, and they work with a delay.PLEASE, PLEASE!Give me a chance to go back to Razer Synapse 3.Otherwise, I'll have to switch to a different brand of Raiser...The screenshots below show that Synapse 3 simply doesn't recognize my devices.And the screenshot of Synapse 4 shows how it downloads drivers for the devices and silently detects them. I really don't understand why you are so deliberately making life miserable for your customers by releasing the terrible Synapse 4 without leaving people the option to stay on version 3.  I beg you, Team Razer, please help me get back to Synapse 3.   

Hello, I have two Razer Kiyo cameras that suddenly stopped working and the light flashes every five seconds. I'm experiencing a recurring issue where Razer Cortex and/or Synapse randomly causes all of my USB peripherals to disconnect. This includes my keyboard, mouse, headset, and even devices connected through powered USB hubs. Once this happens, none of the devices respond, and unplugging/replugging them does nothing the only way to get them working again is to fully restart my PC.This issue seems to occur at random while either Cortex or Synapse or both is running, and it affects both Razer and non Razer hardware. I’ve already tried disabling USB selective suspend, updating all drivers and firmware, and even limiting the number of connected USB devices, but the problem keeps happening. The only thing that temporarily stops it is completely uninstalling Razer’s software, which isn’t a viable solution since I use it to manage my devices. This is clearly a software level conflict, and I’ve seen other users report similar problems. Please fix this or provide a solution, thank you.

Hi Everyone,Just bought the Razor Blackshark v2 pro (Playstation version dongle usbc). Synapse 4 is not able to detect it on my laptop. Any ideas? I saw someone writing that for the same version on Xbox Synapse 4 is not compatible. Is it the same with PS version? How could I make change on EQ? Thanks BrHumber

My Kitty V2 Bluetooth headset isn't recognized in Synapse 4.I've read all the support materials and tried several troubleshooting steps, but Synapse still doesn't recognize it, even when the headset is connected with the charging cable.Windows 11, however, finds the headset via Bluetooth.How to resolve this  issue ? These screenshots show that it is correctly recognized in Windows.:  

Hi, I just entered a game and realized none of my mouse buttons worked. I tried to figure out what was going on and then I found out that all of my mouse settings are reset in Synapse. The profile I named "World of Warcraft" is still there, but the settings are default. All of my personal settings disappeared, only the profile name remained.I usually don't even go to Synapse, so it's impossible that I would reset it. It had to reset on its own.Can I restore the settings somehow please?

I’ve installed the new Razer Synapse 4, both Synapse and Chroma app are installedHowever, trying to launch them I got a failure.Synapse, Installation failed:Chroma app: failed to startTroubleshooting steps already done:- removed the old Synapse app- cleared the program folder and registry entries- deleted the windows service (it’s not listed anymore)- rebooted the pc- installed the app from scratch with admin rightsIt’s a windows 10 computer, and I’ve a Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard, that should be supported by Synapse 4 accordingly with the FAQ page.How can I have the app working again?
