Dear Razer Support TeamI recently purchased a new Razer BlackShark V2 X headset from a local retailer. When I attempted to register the product on the Razer website, I received a message stating that the product has already been registered .Furthermore, the activation card included in the box for the 7.1 virtual surround sound feature is blank and contains no code, so I am unable to activate this featureI have attached the following for your reference A clear photo of the product's serial number label, A photo showing the empty activation card I would appreciate your assistance with:Investigating why my product appears as previously registeredProviding a valid activation code for the 7.1 virtual surround sound featureThank you for your time and support. I can’t see my activation code of my black Shark v2x and I no longer have the box.

Bonjour, Comme l’annonce le titre,jene trouve pas mon code d’activation pour accéder au son surrond 7.1.J’ai acheter la station de base V2 Chroma, j’ai ensuite enregistrée mon produit et bien reçue un mail de validation, cependant, je ne vois pas ce code il y a juste le nom du produit et sont numéro de série.Ou je peux donc le retrouver ?Merci à ceux qui prendrons le temps de moi répondre.

Hello, i bought the razer blackshark v2 x, but i have problem when i register the headset where the item is already registered but not under my razer id. I cant get the activation code for 7.1 surround. How can i fix this? 

I need to change my phone number. My old number cant send SMS messages because I've changed my phone number and i dont have my backup codes. What should I do?

Just wanted to let you know, my home burnt to the ground. One of the few things to survive were my Razer BlackShark V2 X Gaming Headset, a bit toasty but still works. All of my Razer keyboards and mice burnt though. Trying to get the funds to get them all back. If you want pictures, just hit me up.

I’ve been trying to fix this myself but I can’t figure it out nor can my local computer shop.the cursor is drifting to the top left of screen. I can’t click or do anything on the mouse. When I open synapse it says it’s turned off. Bluetooth doesn’t work or 2.4 I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, checked for updates for the mouse and windows. I’ve looked through these forums trying to find a solution but nothing has worked so far. Help 

My battery started swelling under my trackpad. It is not too bad for now, but it does seem the bump is getting bigger the more I use it, so I would like to get it fixed fast.

Ive had my keyboard since October with no issues at all. Today it's refusing to charge beyond 5% and it's started losing battery while plugged in. Ive tried plugging it into my pc and the wall socket using the provided cable. Nothing is working
