Hello I purchased this mouse along with the hyperpolling rechargeable dock and battery less than 8 months ago. I dont use it at all becuase I cannot make use of the extra side button. The two side buttons are great except one no longer clicks correctly. But the third button I cannot keybind to anything. My other deal breaker is the scroll wheel. I cannot click the scroll wheel like lets say my hyperspeed. This is super dissapointing ive tried alot of different ways to fix it and can never come up with a solution. For a mouse that I almost spent 200$ on I expected more. Can I please get some help? I really need to be able to utilize this expensive paper weight lol S/N: 

I bought the Razer Opus X on June 4th and a few days ago all of the sudden it didnt turn on anymore and when i put it on charge the light doesnt turn on, tried it with different cables, also tried to do the reset but nothing. its the 2nd headset that does that, how can i fix that or what even is the issue there? Thank you!

I got this Razer Seiren X V2 from a friend who recently upgraded to a new mic. Im wondering if the analogue gain limiter and high pass filter features are automatically on or do i have to download razer synapse? I am trying to limit the things I install in my PC to save space and avoid the PC from slowing down, but also have good audio because I can get a bit loud and my room has a noisy ass fan.

Yesterday the mouse kept pausing in movement, scroll, button clicks, nothing consistently worked.  I checked the battery, it was about 50%.  I plugged the mouse in to charge but also continued to use it as a wired mouse.  Once fully charged, I went back to the wireless usb, but it continued to be inconsistent.  I tried searching if I needed any updates, but it shows everything is up to date.  I’ve restarted the computer a couple times, I’ve shut down and started a couple times, tried doing this with usb and with mouse wired, nothing seems to help.  I had the Synapse open and noticed it kept disconnecting and reconnecting.  I made sure the mouse is in 2.4GHz mode, and I’ve tried pairing a couple times.  Searched this support for other similar issues only to find, this seems to be a recurring issue with multiple products that is never resolved and most users are suggesting not to waste money on Razer.  I’m very disappointed with how short term this mouse has lasted especially considering

Was on the desktop screen when a notification came up “USB Power Surge “. After that message my keyboard isn’t responding to anything. But the Caps, Macros, Scroll lock and Game mode lights are still always on(I don’t have RGB on the keyboard). My PC stopped seeing it and synapse too. Tested all USB ports they’re working fine.  Tried hard resetting Esc+Caps and Esc+Caps+Space didnt work. Please help. Have no idea, is it a PC problem or the keyboard got fried.(((

The USB-C ports on my Razer 15 2022 laptop have stopped working out of the blue.I plugged my Razer dock in a PC laptop and a MacBook and it works just fine.I plugged each of the external displays in the USB-C ports and no luck.I re-installed Windows and no improvement.Very expensive laptop and such disappointment!Any idea how to fix this?Thanks.

The mouse is detected by the PC and the LED is on, but the sensor suddenly stopped tracking completely during normal use.The cursor no longer moves at all, while the mouse buttons are still working correctly.The mouse has never been dropped or physically damaged.The issue appeared suddenly after about 2 years of normal use.

I’ve experienced this already, My birthday is near the end of January and my account recieved coupon codes for them. Problem is these codes have both expired by the time I recieved them on December 31st of both 2024 and 2025. I’ve already sent an email about it last year and never recieved a response, and now it’s happening again. Do I dare bother reaching out about this? It can become really problematic eventually.

After turning on the computer, I activate the button under my mouse. While it works without any issues for about 10 minutes, suddenly a green light starts flashing and the sensor stops. I cannot move the mouse, but the scroll wheel, right and left click buttons continue to function. After a while, the green light stays solid again and it is fixed; however, 10 seconds later, the same problem repeats.This problem doesn't happen at all on some days, while on other days it occurs during the most exciting part of the game. To find a solution, I changed the USB port and plugged it into the back of the case, but the result didn't change. They said it might be because the dongle (receiver) was too far away; I tried the USB inputs on the front panel of the case, but it didn't work either. My Razer Barracuda X Chroma headset works perfectly via Bluetooth.The USB-C wireless dongle is detected by PC but does not pair automatically with the headset.The headset cannot switch to dongle mode.I believe the dongle has lost pairing and needs replacement.

I just download the correct firmware update for my lancehead TE the update square not showing in the installer.please help!!

hey, i recently got a new razer viper as an upgrade for my gaming mouse that i got a few months ago. It just came today and i plugged it in, it worked at first and then razer synapse updated it and it completely stopped working (dpi flashes inconsistently and occasionally) no rgb no cursor movement, lmb/rmb don’t work at all. it also doesn’t get detected by synapse or windows (no connecting/disconnecting sfx) and doesn’t show up in drivers as well (only when i do “view hidden devices”  it shows up as disconnected and doesn’t change or anything like it doesn’t disappear or appear either it’s just there)Im hoping to get an answer and hopefully a fix.

Hey guys, I have a Naga Chroma 0161 and for whatever reason the default lighting is not the rainbow spectrum. The number pad and logo breathe green while the scroll wheel slowly cycles. I am trying to use this on a work computer that I can’t download synapse on. if I connect it to a second PC with synapse it functions completely normal. I have reset the setting in synapse, tried to reset it to default but it keeps going to this weird color combo instead of the default rainbow spectrum. Any help is appreciated! I have tried everything I have read on google, including dynamic lighting disabled.
