I have been playing with this headset for a few hours after abandoning it for years. After I stopped playing and went to charge it, I think it was red for 1 second and then just started blinking green. After that, I played more, and when I went to charge it, it was still blinking green. People said to put it into factory mode, and I tried, but no voice ever said anything, and I have no clue what to do.

Having rebuilt my PC with a New SSD Drive and reinstalled all software - on installing Synapse 4 my Razer Huntsman Left CTRL key acts as CTRL+ESC and opens the windows Menu or drops me out of games when in games.This does not occuir when Synapse is disabled or uninstalled. Reset keyboard - same issus. Clean installed of Synapse - same issue change of USB Ports - Same issueI am unable to install Synapse 3 as the software from the website wants only to install version 4

Hi there,The notifications from synapse have started to lack the name of the dial function when cycling through modes. The notification used to call out the name of the selected function when clicking the command dial.Now it just displaysCommand Dial.Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro I have tried re-installing synapse (v4.0.86.2506120909) and the problem still persists.  Is there a way to revert to the previous behaviour?

Hi my blackwidow V4 almost every single key is double typing lettersi bought this keyboard about a year ago and it performed me pretty well before this issue started happening.when I swapped out the keys with other keys the double typing issue fixed ! But I really like my old switches and I don’t know if there is a way to fix this issue with my old switches is there anyway I can fix this ?

I can connect my ipad pro to the kishi V2 for android but when i try to look for the virtual buttons setting it doesnt appear at all. And i can play games using the buttons of the kishi V2 for android. I bought it in duty free airport but i didnt find the version for ipad os only ios and android and i bought the android because it has type c like my ipad pro

I have had a Razer Basilisk v3 for like 4 years and I have shortcuts for both of my mouse side buttons. Yesterday for the first time ever they just completely stopped working. I did everything and nothing worked. Different USB ports, restarted computer, reinstalled razer synapse. I even have a Razer Basilisk v3 Pro and when I plugged it into my pc the side buttons would also not work. I’m thinking its an issue with my pc or with the razer synapse software. Anyone got an explanation?

I need a claim for warranty day because i want to sell it to someone else 

So is my second time that i bought products from razer ,  i did ask them dirrectley , does it cost anything even when i live in Norway , they said no .and now i get a bill from fedex for 40 euro and also when i call the europe razer no one answers.

Hello guys, my Razer Blade 18 has not been working fine for the past 2 days, it is getting lagged and sometimes the screen gets stuck. I’ve been using it for playing and for my university development projects. I have tried multiple workarounds such as deleting some games' unused apps but the lag is still there. Please help me with this. I need it urgently.

I hadn't used Razer services for a while, and today I topped up and I'm not receiving the authorization code on my phone. I can't figure out how to restart the process. I don't know if... In my location, Venezuela, that Raze service was disabled.If anyone knows how to help me, I would be grateful. 

I bought my Razer Iskur chair secondhand and I really love it but the base plate (part H I believe) is broken and I just want to buy the replacement part. It’s not in warranty and all that, I just want to buy a new part. I’m in the military and I love gaming when I am not working so this would mean a lot to me to get some direction.

Randomly disconnects. When turning on my pc and my headset, it takes a while for the headset to turn on, and then I have to unplug and replug the dongle. The power on and off announcement also cuts off midway. When i try hold the power button the turn it off, it doesnt work. 

Hi, I wanted to know if I can add an authenticator to my Razer account. I lost my phone and my backup codes.

I attempted to use my Freyja cushion today and discovered that it won’t power on, there are no lights, no RGB, and no signs of life at all. It was working perfectly yesterday and hasn’t taken any damage in the month and a half I’ve owned it. I’ve likely used it for less than 15 hours total And I've owned it for barely 44 daysI’ve already tried multiple troubleshooting steps: testing different outlets, inspecting and cleaning the power cable, ensuring the connection is secure, and unplugging it for several minutes before trying again. Unfortunately, it still won’t turn on.How should I go about further troubleshooting this issue or Initiating the process for receiving a replacement?

Hi,  I don’t know if this is normal, but wanted to ask anyway. My Razer Seiren V3 Chroma and Razer BlackShark V2 HS headset are using Microsoft drivers. When searching the internet, it states that they are meant to be using Microsoft drivers. The headset is also displaying as speakers, I didn’t know if this was normal either. Any help appreciated.  

I have the same Audio Issues as mentioned in this locked thread:  In short: THX Spatial option doesn't show up in Synapse even after factory reset via official image and multiple Synapse reinstalls.Has anyone had the same issues or even found a fix for it? Or do we know the fix they were talking about in the old thread ever got released? 

Hello, when I use my laptop for playing games then it is running smoothly but when I use it to watch lectures and take notes on note taking apps with the help of the pen tab then I feel a lag. I’ve followed some tutorials like, restarted the laptop, deleted the unnecessary things, but it has not resolved the issue. Please help me with this.

Hello Gentlemen, I have Razer Basilisk Ultimate and it’s scroll wheel is making issues. While scrolling downwards or upwards it automatically register scroll in different direction. For example while scrolling downwards it automatically registers scroll up as well.I have cleaned it up using air blower (didn’t opened due to warranty void issues) Updated the firmware on both charging dock and mouse Windows is updates as well Tried on a different machine with fresh installationAll these but nothing helps to resolve this issue. Now I’m thinking to buy the latest V3 version but scared due to this issue. I have been using Logitech mouse my entire life and they last very long. This was my first Razer mouse and it didn’t last 2 years. I bought the original mouse from Aliexpress because the official store don’t ship to Pakistan.You can see the scroll wheel test video on youtube  

I just got a Wolverine V3 PRO as a gift. I connected it to my Xbox Series X, and I noticed that the D-Pad is stuck to the left. I connected it to my PC, and I experience the same issue. I uninstalled the drivers, rebooted everything, update to the latest firmware, and nothing worked. In some point the D-pad stopped working. Once I used Steam's controller input test, and Razer Synapse 4 it went back to register the left input. I searched in forums, and I couldn't find any solution.

I Connect my Gabel Headset to the Wolverine v3 pro Controller and the Micro dont works. Please help
