I am getting a window popping up during the firmware installation that says an unhandled exception has occurred in the app.  It says “Unable to load DLL ‘RazerEffectInterface.lll’: THe specified module could not be found. Can I set a low LOD (e.g., 1.2mm) and will the mouse save that setting in its internal memory even after uninstalling Synapse?

Hey all - My Huntsman simply does not work with Synapse 4. As soon as it loads up the keyboard stops working and the volume knob behaves like a scroller. As soon as I exit Synapse 4 the keyboard behaves like a keyboard.The keyboard works perfectly fine with Synapse 3, and I don’t feel any need to upgrade, nor do I want to spend any of my time troubleshooting such a simple function that should have been caught during internal testing. Will Synapse 3 installers continue to function after it is deprecated in February?It is a bit concerning that software is somehow getting between the keys that I press and the OS handling that keypress. Why isn’t the OS getting the signal first? I’d rather the OS immediately process the keypress before any Synapse overhead.  

Hello, I have a problem with my Razer HyperSpeed wireless adapter, which is no longer functioning. As soon as I turn on the device, the small LED on the adapter glows a very faint blue and then goes out. It's the Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed headset. Do you have any ideas?

I got a set of Razer Kraken V3 Headphones and did not apply spatial audio - but it seems to have it for some reason. When I listen to music, whenever I turn my head to the left the sound in the left ear gets louder. Same with my right ear. Any way to disable that spatial audio feature? On Windows it labels the space where the sound comes out as Speakers.

Hello. My Razer blade 15 4k OLED has a white horizontal line, I suspect these are “dead” pixels. I am unsure if this is fixable or if I need to replace the screen. I hope someone can provide some guidance on what to do, and the aprox cost. Thank you. Roger.

It’s been a few weeks since my mouse has started to just disconnect and reconnect after a few seconds just randomly, at the beginning i had windows usb sound when it happened. I tried everything (literally everything you can think of) and after reinstalling the drivers it worked for a few days before coming back. Now it happens more frequently, i don’t have the windows usb sound anymore and it’s always a second long at most (very short disconnect). Today after happening a few times it just stopped completely, even unplugging and plugging it back didn’t work, i had to restart my computer. I’m losing my mind, here’s what i tried : Changing port (usb 3.0, 3.1) directly on the motherboardChecking the mouse cableTurn down the polling rateUpdate synapse and even uninstall itUpdate firmwareReinstall driversDesactivate every windows option related to usb ports or peripherals

I recently cleaned out my keyboard to make it look pretty and well ever since plugging it back in the Escape key the tilda key and the F1-f12 PRT Scrn, Scr Lck keys are non responsive to the touch the FN shortcuts with these keys no longer work either. When trying the Esc Capslock and spacebar reset method there is no change in these unresponsive keys. The backlights are on but the responsive lighting of the ripple effect no longer reacts to the key presses either. This seems to be a common issue with the cynosa line any help would be much appreciated [Cynosa Chroma RZ03-0226]

My Razer v2 hyperspeed cannot connect with dongle. The green light keep blinking but the synapse cannot recognize  my mouse. Im try restart, uninstall app, replace battery but non it working

I have Razer Kraken v3 headphones. I've tried everything, reinstalling drivers, all Razer apps. Even running 7.1 surround sound doesn't change anything, and THX doesn't help either.After installing Linux (on a Debian distribution), without downloading anything, my headphones were identified as Razer Kraken v3 (analog stereo) and the sound was fantastic, everything worked perfectly.Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a solution to this problem other than reinstalling Windows?

Hi, I'm have trouble with a black screen when I try to return my computer from hibernation, even though I have a second monitor on the TB4 and Dynamic Display Switch mode enabled in the BIOS. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Why doesn't it support the THX profile?It clearly says it supports it on the website,but in reality, it doesn't. 

I am interested in purchasing the Razer Pro Click V2 Vertical Mouse.  When I go into purchase it a green rectangle comes up on the bottom right of my screen saying I can get $10 off on my order.  Yet, when I click on it nothing happens. I did read that if you sign up for the newsletter you get $10 off an order of $99 or more and this mouse is $119 so I signed up for the newsletter.  Yet I never received a email with promo code.I later saw an ad on the Razer site saying if I create an account on the Razer website, I get $20 off on my order so I created an account. Yet I have yet to receive an email with that promo code.So how do I get this $20 promo code or $10 promo code?

I recently purchased razer barracuda x 2022. everything is great and i use it with thx spatial too but there is just one problem. when i am using the headphone for a couple hours (4-5 hours) audio starts to glitch and couple seconds later it gives no sound and i cant use it unless i restart my computer. what is the cause of this, i couldnt figure it out for days so i decided to ask to the forum, if any of you guys experienced similar things can you tell me how to fix this issue or should i just get another with warranty?

I have a razer blade pro with a gtx 1080 from 2017 (RZ09-01663) and I am having issues using the thunderbolt port to hdmi output to another monitor. I have tried:rolling back to various versions of nvidia drivers before 512.95 updating windows updating intel drivers updating thunderbolt drivers power cycling (since the laptop has no battery anymore) bios setting thunderbolt to no security changing laptop power options from battery life to performance, vice versa  unplugging/replugging the monitor from power different cables (+ confirmed dock + hdmi functions with another laptop) everything except factory resetting the laptop since it has important documents and files.Nothing has worked. I just got my mouse brand new, when i put the dongle in the computer and switched the mouse to 2,4 mode it worked for at most 1 minute before it stopped working. Then it switched between being connected to unconnected until i took the dongle out. Bluetooth works fine and i have switched batteries multiple times, i got the sound notification everytime a usb connection gets pulled out or in and i can hear it disconnecting. 

Does anyone have the same problem? When entering the game there is no notification that the profile has switched, it is the same everywhere. It is very inconvenient to turn off and see if the profile has switched. If there is a solution, please give it?

Thinking about buying "Razer BlackWidow V4 Tenkeyless HyperSpeed - Orange Switch" but I'm thinking about getting Yellow Switch Add on for it but I don't really want to do swapping switch myself so…Are they (Razer company or such) going to swap the switches from default Orange to Yellow before sending it to me?

i have the blackshark V2 pro and i purchased a splitter as mine did not come with one and any time my headset is wired in to my pc all audio is played through my microphone i have checked almost everything i could find to solve it so please let me know if you have any tips this is insanely frustrating

I recently got a razer hanbo from Amazon returns products. It completely works and i'd like to use it. However i am missing basically every bracket or mounting equipment for it and with the support saying it's out of waranty of course. I have no clue where to get replacement mounting parts. Mainly trying to use it with am5 to say that also.
