I recently got a razer hanbo from Amazon returns products. It completely works and i'd like to use it. However i am missing basically every bracket or mounting equipment for it and with the support saying it's out of waranty of course. I have no clue where to get replacement mounting parts. Mainly trying to use it with am5 to say that also.

I tried to register the Razer BLACKSHARK V2 X and it said they were already registered even though I just bought them.

I would really appreciate your support with a hardware issue I am having.My Razer Core X Chroma has stopped being recognised over Thunderbolt, although it still provides power. Every time I restart my PC, for Synapse 4 to detect my Blackshark V2 Pro headphones I need to either unplug and plug USD receiver or restart Synapse. It probably is because I use both headphones and speakers actively switching between them in Windows. But I didn’t have such issues with my wireless headphones from other company. Is it just me? Does it just work like this and that’s it? Can I submit it somewhere for Razer to fix it as it’s clearly a bug.

Can’t use Synapse (not available for my Linux system) to turn autosleep off. It’s driving me crazy.Any suggestions?

Hello everyone.A few days ago, I bought a Razer DeathAdder V3. The mouse itself works great, but the software has problems shutting down Windows 11.So what did I do?I uninstalled Razer/Synapse and run the DriverCleanup tool as suggested in the other thread.After a fresh install the issue is repeatable every time after reboot/restart!PLEASE fix this issue! My system:Windows 11 Home versionVersion 25H2Installed on ‎12‎11‎2025OS build 26200.7171

Hello. I am trying to register a Blackshark V3 headset but there is no sticker on the product or box as shown in support resources. There are numbers embossed in to the left earcup but none denote s/n. There is IC, FCCID, CMIT ID and a sequence of letters and numbers starting R-R-RAZ- Which is which and why is everything so unnecessarily irritating?

Access to this program was lost due to the reinstallation of Windows. How do I get the activation code if the product has already been registered? The instructions say to log in to Razer ID and register the product, an absurd situation turns out. Thank you for your help.

My pc was failing to power on at all. Swapped the power cord, tried other outlets...nothing! Finally I start to unscrew the case and see i didn't take the USB dongle out, so I did. I plug it in, press power button and 💥  BOOM powers out immediately! Looked this up. How is it possible a usb dongle is capable of controlling the entire power supply to a computer?! Once I realized it was the issue I thought back and realized that my games have been crashing, the mouse is glitch too. I have only ha this mouse about a month or so. Only reason I bought it is bc my Razer deathadder mouse scroll wheel stopped working! Come on Razer,you'll really need to get it together man! All of my equipment and hardware is Razer. .but now after all this I'm really starting to consider an entire brand change! Also, my mice need to be replaces! Hello,I am a user of the Razer Barracuda headset.I bought the headset about 8 months ago. At first, it was a very good headset, but after around one month of light usage, cracks started to appear on the hinge swivel and the black swivel on the left side. As you can see, I had to glue the plastic part because no replacement parts were available in stores. This temporary fix worked for a while, but about a month ago it completely broke, and now I can’t use the headset anymore.What is more important is that the crack is not only on the left side — both sides of the headset have cracked in the exact same spot.I would appreciate any support or guidance regarding replacement parts or repair options, since it seems to be a structural issue rather than user damage.Thank you

My Black Shark V2 pro recently started randomly cycling through the different EQ settings within the synapes app, and eventually trys to connect to Bluetooth and then turns itself off, all within the span of turning on and connecting the headset in 10 minutes. I’ve updated my drivers, and everything is up to date on my PC, so I don’t know what could be causing it, and I haven’t found anything online of anyone with the same problem. Any help would be great, as I don’t really want to buy another headset after 2 years :(

Purchased it through online store and paid for around 700 (12usd). Tried registering it but failed. IT said it is already registered and contact support. Is my product legit?

Hi, so I ordered the headset in the title on eBay and it works perfectly fine, but when i tried to connect it on synapse its recognized but its not loading. This is super frustrating because I don’t even know how much battery it has and can’t edit stuff in the EQ. Some images will be attached showing what i am seeing. Please help me out.

So I bought my headphones in Japan in don quijote and I can't register them now. Every time I try it show that my product number is invalid which I check and it was good. 

Hey, like the title says, I’m missing the wireless dongle that supposedly comes with the kraken V4 headset, I only noticed this was a thing as I was trying to get the bluetooth to work on my PC, it would connect but wouldn’t allow me to select the headset as an output device, the headset works when plugged in and is fully charge and on when im trying bluetooth but just wont allow me to use it for sound for some reason.

Unfortunately, I cannot retrieve the serial number because the serial sticker has fallen off and I have lost the original packaging box.Here is what I have already tried:Removed both ear cushions to check for the serial labelLooked around the left earcup, yoke/arm, and headbandTried connecting the headset to Razer Synapse, but the device is not detected (so I cannot retrieve the serial from Synapse)The only marking on the headset is the part number:P/NO: RZ04-03220100I do still have: My original purchase invoicePhotos of the headsetCould you please help me verify the device and proceed with a USB dongle replacement even without the serial label? How can I resolve this dialog box that appears during payment? 

I’d like to update firmware of my keyboard but I cannot find it anywhere. I want to update it because it has double clicking problem and there is no suitable solution online. Can someone share the fw with me?
