I just installed Synapse 4. I am at the login page on the Synapse app window. The first time I logged in I am able to go through. However I uninstalled Synapse 4 because my Synapse 3 profiles were missing. When I reinstalled Synapse 4 I began to encounter login issues.I click the Google icon to log in, it opens my browser and logs in to my account on my browser. But the browser does not feed back the login to the Synapse 4 app. So even when the browser login was successful, nothing happens on the Synapse 4 app. Then after a while I get a message on Synapse 4 saying “Request timed out. Please try again.” Tried changing the default browser, same thing happens

In device properties and sound devices the headphones registered as speakers. As a reference my HyperX headphones with usb soundcard shows up as headphones and headset microphone.I'm trying to find out what may be causing my mic to be really quiet and the sound quality is bad as well if I connecting my Blackshark with the usb soundcard.I reinstalled the Realtek audio driver and Razer Synapse aswell, but it didn't helped. I'm really frustrated because in my old PC it worked as a Headphone and the sound quality of the mic was great.

They promise gifts and pay for videos for being a partner for our YouTube channels.The file included for download (Media Kit) contains RAMSONWARE.BE CAREFUL WITH THIS(I hope someone can take action on this) 

I lost my Dongle for Basilisk Ulitimate, here they only have the dongle for Basilisk X Hyperspeed, is it compatible? any suggestions also if not? Thanks guys!

Will razer add the Razer Blackwidow V3 mini Hyperspeed to Razer Synapse mac os version?

Hi,I’ve been using the Naga Trinity mouse for a few years now, was on Synapse 3, no problems other than wearing out the side panel buttons. Mouse has been cleaned a few times.Last month I bit the bullet and updated to Windows 11. Since then I’ve been having double-clicking issues, making it almost impossible to drag windows around and do my work as an editor. You start dragging and either you spend the entire time maximising and restoring the window, or it slightly drags and then drops. I didn’t seem to be every programme either, but browsers definitely seemed to be the worst.I assumed it was a Win 11 issue - followed all the guides to adjust click speed, adjusted the registry etc. I then uninstalled and updated Synapse. I uninstalled the driver and let it reinstall.I have ended up enabling click and hold to drag but it’s not perfect.So, my question is, is this a software issue, is it the Naga Trinity is just too old to be compatible for Win 11, or is this a coincidence in timing and t

 I can no longer access my old number, thus I have to buy a new one. Now, I want to change to my new phone number so I can buy more in-game purchases, but it still needs my old phone number to change any setting inside my profile. I don’t have any back-up codes, and even if I want to set it, it still requires authorization from my old number. At least my email is still currently active, unfortunately for me there was no option to use my email to do any verification. This is getting more frustrating. Can someone help me? i already top up on my account but i cant make purchase because i do not have longer access on my old mobile number . please help 

When I try to register my Blackshark V2 X headset so I can get surround sound, it says “product already registered”

Ok this is a long story… so i have a-razer huntsman elite-naga v2 pro(since 2 weeks)-strider chroma-nommo v2(since 1week)-had kraken v4 (since a week) returned it now i have a kraken v4 prook so the trouble started with the kraken v4 and the game/chat slider working in mirror so when i clicked game it went to chat and vice versa and also when i hit max game my headset would say max chat…now i contacted razer about this and i had to send like 1million things and they kept sending me the same stuff i already did like 50 times… so i gave up and send the headset back… stupid me had a verry good deal on the Kraken v4 PRO… and thought maybe this one won't do it so now i have a kraken v4 proso now since today i installed the kraken v4 pro... at first everything worked ok… everything installed etc… so i shut down my pc went to the gym and when i came back and turned on the pc the horror begun.the pc started booting slower like realy slower… then when everything eventualy was booted only 1 spea

Greetings,I've seen several user reports about this issue, and unfortunately, it still hasn’t been resolved  at least not in my case. Issue: When I start the PC, the mouse (configured via Synapse 4) correctly applies the selected high polling rate for example, 4000Hz or 8000Hz.However, at some point during regular usage, Windows or some system-level event  or a power saving feature appears to interfere with the mouse driver.This causes the polling rate to fall back to lower random values (e.g., 125Hz, 250Hz, or 500Hz).Triggers that appear to cause this : Opening certain applications (games, browsers, etc.) Power saving features General driver handling by Windows  Tested this on W10 and W11 clean installs: Windows 11: When the polling rate drops, I can open Synapse and manually reapply 4000Hz, and it will work again but only temporarily.Eventually, the polling rate reverts once more  with prolonged use. Windows 10: The issue is more severe. Hi,short version, hdmi problems, black screen, 5090 variantheres the rundown of my problem:1. I connect hdmi to my odyssey monitor for the first time 5120 x 1440 / 240 hz, works 2. Now a reconect happens or a restart or anything like that the screen flashes with desktop for a moment and then the whole pc freezes, from now on it cant be used 3. Removing all configurations of the monitor with regedit, and then reconnecting, monitor works again4. Reconnect event, the same problem Since this model has only the hdmi connected to gpu this is a huge problem. No problem with display port but that has a igpu on top so performance degradation is a problem, no variation of vrr on off, gsync on off, 120 hz / 60 hz switching helped, the same thing happens, switching to advanced optimus, optimus, dgpu only, same problem. Ive seen some people had problems after waking laptop from sleep, is this connected?

My Razer Blackwidow v4 75% keyboard RGB effect is delayed. While other keyboards' RGB effects feel like they move at 60fps, my Black Widow v4 feels like they move at 24fps. I tried reinstalling Razer Synapse, changing USB ports, and removing the device from Device Manager. No matter what I do, I can't fix the lag in my RGB effects. When I delete the synapse, the RGB effect comes out normally again without any delay, so it doesn't seem to be a keyboard problem. Is there any way to reinstall the Razer Blackwidow v4 firmware? The current firmware version is 1.0.6.0.Please understand that the sentences are awkward because I used a translator. Thank you and Happy New Year

Ill get right into it. Not long ago from this post, I stumbled across an issue where I gotten no audio coming from my headset. It took me a moment to notice when I uncheck “enable audio enhancements” in windows settings that the audio returned. However, that disables razer synapse EQ settings. So now I am trying to figure out what happened to have gotten this glitch. What I can remember is this happen when synapse 4 update. So I uninstalled and reinstalled synapse to see if that would fix it which it did not. I then rolled back windows 11 updates to see if that triggered it. That didn't help either. I even updated the firmware on it to the latest one..that still didn't fix it. My theory is something in synapse 4’s recent update must have glitched something out. Though if anyone would know anything else regarding this matter I would love to hear it.

 I’m having a critical issue with my Razer laptop (Razer Pro, around 2019 model). Earlier today, I went into the Synapse app under the Performance tab and switched to dedicated GPU mode to increase GPU power. The laptop immediately restarted, but now the screen stays completely black on boot.Here’s what’s happening and what I’ve tried so far: The keyboard lights up, and I can hear the Windows startup chime and fans, so the system seems to boot normally. The display stays black, and I can’t see BIOS or the Razer logo. Hi, The dongle for my headset has stopped working, I tried using the pairing utility and connecting the dongle to different ports, but still refused to work. I had the headset for over 3 years now. Is there a way to get a replacement dongle?

I entered the activation code for the 7.1 audio feature of my Razer BarracudaX headset that I bought 2 years ago, and since I formatted my computer, I re-downloaded the app. I want to use the 7.1 audio feature again, but when I log in to my account and install the app, it asks me for the activation code again. When I find the activation code I entered and re-enter it, it doesn't accept it, so I can't use the 7.1 audio feature. Can you help me?

Since the most recent firmware update on my wolverine, it will not connect to the dongle at all and when it does connect it only for a few minutes.i have only had this problem since the newest update, i had no trouble with disconnecting prior to this update, has anyone has had similar issues? If so how did you fix them, im currently having to use my controller permanently wired
