Hi! I just set up my new Razer Blackshark V.2 Pro headset! I’m liking it. Except when I set it up, I accidentally installed the Razer Steam Engine wallpaper that I can’t seem to get rid of. I tried switching backgrounds in Windows 11 and nothing’s worked. I like the wallpaper, it’s cool, but I would still like to be able to switch it out, so if anyone can show me how to get rid of this for now, I would greatly appreciate it.

I bought a razer deathadder v3 which is undoubtedly a great mouse, or so I thought, I bought it like 3 months back and I faced a disconnection issue after using it for 3 weeks, then I tried every possible fix on the internet like reinstalling razer synapse, clean install drivers, all that. Then i thought it might be a hardware issue after all so I sent it for RMA, they gave me a new mouse. Now this new one was working fine until recently same disconnection issue. The thing is it's not always or anything, sometimes it will start disconnecting when I flip it upside down or move it too fast, but other times when I'm using it its perfectly fine no issues no disconnection.

Hey,If anyone has this issue or has seen solutions to this issue please let me know. I have seen a few posts about it, and have tried most of the solutions but none of them worked. Basically my Razer Blade 14 (2021) will not charge either with the original adapter or usb-c adapter when the laptop is turned off.The solutions I have tried include:- Updating BIOs- Uninstalling Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery, and reinstallingAny chance it could be the battery? I did get it off amazon but it has been working normally.Any response would be appreciated!

I bought my blackshark V2 x in oct 2025, but i didn't bought it in a razer store, i didn't know about the surround soun 7.1 code and i tried to get my activation code but i can't. I already have the product number and id, and it didn't work

Hey, just did a clean reinstallation of windows 11 on my system, and no matter what I try or do synapse 4 just wont open. When I try to run it the process starts and just terminates itself after a few seconds. I have tried with firewall and windows defender exceptions set. Synapse 3 works but is lacking some features i used and is a lot slower. Can anyone help me with this issue please?

I have an Iskur v1 chair which is starting to get cracks on the armrest.  I do believe that it’s out of warranty, and I’m inquiring about how to buy a replacement armrest if they’re available. I see numerous other people asking the same question, and they’re all responded to with “send me a PM” by support.  I’ve got the serial and damage photo and invoice available, but it would be nice just to have an answer to the question.​​​​​

had this headset less than 5 months, bought from best buy, and i havent had a whole lot of problems (other than the microphone being about as good as a $5 temu one.) and as of yesterday, the headset adjustment broke mid game. the headset is always rested on a flat surface, never stretched, so i cannot believe this would happen from normal use. its right on the thinnest part on the 3 dash on the right headphone 

Audio was working yesterday just fine and today it isn’t.  I have volume sliders and see the realtek thx speakers and all, but nothing, even plugging in headphones does nothing.  I ran audio troubleshooter as well as uninstalled the device to have it reinstall.I also just updated synapse to 4 to see if that helped and still nothing.  Any recommendations or is my audio just dead?

Yestarday I had a conversation with customer support via chat. My headphones stopped working and I was supposed to receive a return label today. I cannot find the chat again or a way to contact customer support, it feels impossible to resolve this issue. They said I will get a return label via email and they arranged a courier to pick it up from my address tomorrow. I do not have a printer at home and it is Sunday. I am afraid every place that can print will be closed before I receive the label.

I’ve really wanted to buy the viper v3 pro and I think the red is insanely cool looking and was wondering if there was any way to get one in Lithuania? I understand the answer is probably no but I just want to make sure as ive been sitting on this for a few weeks 

When playing a game I knew my DPI was off but when I checked my settings nothing was changed. If I switch windows the DPI seems to go back to normal for a few seconds and then decreases and stays decreased. If anyone could provide any ideas as to why this may be happening please let me know. Hello, My USB Dongle for my Razer BlackShark v2 Pro is no longer working. Attempted different USB ports and other PC's along with fresh installs of Synapse. Checking the 'replacement parts' portion of the site, I do not see these listed. Upon other searches (Insider and Google) I noticed these are no longer available and customers are now having to resort to 3rd party or resellers to obtain these. I'm sorry, this is unacceptable. Proprietary Dongle, inability to use headset even when connected directly to USB. This is literally forced obsolescence. Pay walling support for a product is a terrible user experience and causes customers to lose faith in products. Please advise how to replace with official Razer replacement. Not an entirely new headset. 

Hello,My Razer Basilisk V3 Pro mouse was working fine a few days ago. After shutting down my PC and turning it back on a few days later, the mouse stopped responding completely. When I connect it for charging, no lights turn on, and the computer does not recognize the device.I have already tried using different cables, USB ports, and another computer, but the issue remains the same.I kindly request an inspection or replacement under warranty.
