Hello everyone - Before getting in to the details, I want to preface that I am playing Fortnite on a PC (not XBOX) and my goal is to get scroll wheel reset on the Wolverine V3 WITHOUT having to use AntiMicro. Here is my current situation: I purchased the Wolverine V3 Pro Tournament Edition for PC with the 8k hz polling rate since I was due for a controller upgrade and there is no other controller on the market achieving 8k polling rate. I took it home, downloaded Razer Synapse on my PC and mapped all of the paddles/buttons accordingly. I was hoping that Razer Synapse would allow me to bind the mouse scroll wheel up/down to a paddle/button directly within the software, but unfortunately it does not look like that is possible. The Razer Synapse software allows you to bind any keyboard function (and even combination of functions) to the controller but it does not recognize/support mouse scroll wheel inputs. I play Arma 3 and it works fine with Synapse 3 while using my Naga V2 pro  but when I use Synapse 4 it will not use my mouse keybindings it ignores them

I've been running into a very frustrating issue.since the win11 October 14th update, my system has been showing some very peculiar behavior. after a lengthy process of rolling back specific updates, reinstalling drivers, uninstalling/reinstalling apps, drivers etc and finally a complete fresh install of my PC I continue to have the following issue.At the moment I have a soundbar over digital output of my mainboard (MSI x870e carbon wifi) and the razer kraken v4 pro. when i boot up my machine with synapse 4 active and try to play video, the video will not play and go into a loading pattern. the second I close synapse, video starts playing again. In these cases, no matter what you do, the soundbar will not produce sound as long as synapse 4 is active. the second you turn it off, full audio is restored.When  then restarting synapse, the result varies:Sometimes all is well until a reboot, then the problem is backSometimes it will only recognize the krakenSometimes it will recognize no audi

Hello, I recently got a threat warning on my Razor laptop for ‘Trojan:Win32/Vigorf.A’  from the Microsoft Defender.The laptop warning indicated the following items is affected ‘file:C\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse3\Service\Razer Synapse Service.sys’When I run a scan on the laptop it then says that no threats are detected - it asks me to restart which I do, but after restart the warning pops up again from Microsoft Defender.I have tried to quarantine / delete option in Microsoft Defender, but the threat comes back.I have done a Google search on this Trojan name and some forums are saying its a false positive connected to the fan app?I had to replace the battery in the laptop (purchased May 2022) after it overheated / deformed and bust open the casing of the laptop in June of this year.Would these 2 events be connected?  Is this Trojan a false positive and coming from the system / app that controls the fans?I am not very knowledgeable on hardware / software - I use the laptop for CAD

I own a couple months Razer BlackShark V2 Pro RZ04-03220, during the game went away from the pc, I come back sound in the headphones no. I go to synapse, near the headphones writes that they are disabled.I connect the headphones to the USB port, the headphones always blink fast green color, but do not respond to the off button.If you disconnect from the usb, lights constantly blue, but if you press stops burning. The headphones do not respond in any way to the power button, they do not turn on. In windows settings - devices - audio - razer blackshark v2 pro there is a driver error. Uninstalled synapse, uninstalled all drivers via driver clean up as support advised on another thread, reinstalled synapse - no help. Went to the manual of the headphones: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3811.Downloaded 2 files in downloads:1. Depois que o windows atualizou para a versão 23h2, a utilização do microfone não funciona em alguns aplicativos como por exemplo o whatsapp web ou desktop, gravador de som, google meet... Sei que não é problema no meu microfone porque o problema continua ao utilizar o próprio microfone do computador, além de que os microfones funcionam normalmente na digitação por voz no word. Nas configurações do windows fica claro que ele está reconhecendo meu microfone e nas configurações de permissão de uso do dispositivo está tudo liberado e ativado. Porém, como dito anteriormente, ao tentar utilizar funções que gravam a minha voz em alguns aplicativos, não funciona. Já reinstalei o windows 4 vezes e uma delas foi limpando tudo, mesmo assim, após a instalação de todos os drivers no windows recém instalado, não funciona.

Hello,regarding my Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2021 RZ09-0409BGA3 (11800H + 3070m QHD) I have thermal issues and probably have to repaste the notebook. However I probably also have to replace the thermal pads used on the vapor chamber if they stick or break.Therefore I would like to ask if you have a technical documentation so I can get the spezifications, locations and especially the measurements (heigth) of those termal pads as they seem to be variating and hard to measure exatly. Any further information is also welcome...Thanks a lot in advance! 

My right stick just randomly doesn't work anymore and then my camera in game is just spinning around and i cant do anything about it

The x button on my mini huntsman doesn’t work most of the time. Every once in a while it will work. I’ve checked the firmware and it’s up to date. I did a hard reset using the esc+caps+space buttons. I also already replaced the switch and cleaned everything, but it still doesn’t work. 

My Razer Kiyo is updated to the latest v2.3.2_r2 firmware version. Within the last month or so, I’ve noticed that it’s started flickering a LOT during web meetings.  It’s happening in both Zoom and Teams, so I know it’s not related to a specific program; there’s something going  on with the camera. Has anyone found a solution to this issue? It seemed to come out of the blue...it wasn’t like it happened immediately after a firmware update. Thanks!

Hi, I'm having an issue with my naga v2 pro scrollwheel. For the life of me I can't get the thing to work, it worked when I first plugged the device in, but after setting up synapse and installing the firmware updates for the mouse it stopped working, I then spent multiple hours trying to get the mouse to work to no avail. The following morning I plugged the mouse in on a whim and found the scroll wheel was not working, changed a single setting and found it to work again! I was most pleased for the couple hours I got to use it and the settings, but alas, when I returned home from work that day and booted up my pc, the scrollwheel stopped working once more. I've spent some time since trying multiple orders of uninstalling/reinstalling synapse, removing the device via windows and re-plugging it, all without success I'm afraid. Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Are there any solutions available?

my brother was using my pc, and when I got to it and wanted to start playing something, I saw that the button on my headset wasn’t making the click sound, and it’s not powering on

So… i got a a Razor Blackshark V2 Pro and its not working on discord. I tested it on Razor Synapse, i can hear myself, windows knows that theres a Microphone, when i speak and i look in windows if it can pick my voice up… it has spikes so it works. Discord also knows that my headset has a microphone because i can select it, but when i do it and test it discord says “sorry there is no microphone” like wtf…. i tried to use the Razor Synapse 4 Beta, they recommendet it on another thread… Still not working. The strange part is, sometimes it works just fine, but when i go the next day on my PC it doesnt work and idk what to do, its always a gamble if it works or not. Its not like discord cant pick up voices from the microphone because my NEXIGO WebCam Microphone somehow works when i select it. How is it possible that my 150€ headset doesnt work or is unreliable but my 15€ WEBCAM MICROPHONE is more reliable and ALWAYS works  

Razer Blade 16 is 20 months old.  Battery lasts about an hour.  How do I get replacement.  Support says out of warranty but online it says 2 year warranty on battery.  If I can’t get under warranty how do I purchase a replacement?
