Hi Razer Support,I recently purchased a Razer mouse, and the serial number printed on the box is 16 digits long.When I try to check it on your online verification tool, it does not accept the 16-digit serial.Could you please guide me on how I can confirm whether my mouse is authentic or counterfeit?I want to make sure it is a genuine Razer product.Thank you for your assistance!Best regards,

I cant top up on mobile legends and i recently top up on my razer gold, but when i try to top up it needs code from the number (i forgot the full number) that i dont use anymore (lost my phone) plss help mee..😓 plsss i just recently top up and when i tried to use it, it's still need an authentication code from the phone number that i use on my lost phone😓😓😓

I didnt know razer had these apps and I bought a Razer blackshark v2 x Headset after learning  there are these apps and softwares I wanted to try it but when I wanted to register my headset I saw you need proof of purchase and when did you buy it questions. I dont know either Its been smth like a year and I lost my proof of purchase how can I register my headset ?

As the title says, when I connect my Razer Kiyo X to my PC it turns on, but after a few seconds it automatically shuts off. When it turns off, I also hear a strange “click” sound inside the camera. 

the serial number on the back is: it’s a Blade 15 (2022) - RZ09-0421 8.04, bought in 2023 I’d rather just buy the battery and DIY myself. The old battery was swollen this summer so I had taken it out but I can’t find a replacement. thanksI live in Montreal, Canada if that is relevant

my earbuds are no longer balanced as they used to be. randomly the right earbud is very low and its been bugging me for a long time. ive tried everything. cleaning it, balancing it in the app, syncing them…. plugging them into different devices…..nothing works.i think i need support to get a replacement

Hi!I'm not sure about Surround Sound for Blackshark V2X.So 7.1 Surround Software wesbite says that app is compatible with Win 10 and Win 11, and the descriptionincludes both the 3.5 mm and USB versions of Blackshark V2X.However, when I look at the spec for the 3.5 mm version, it says"7.1 Surround sound: Only available on Windows 10 64-bit", and for the USB version "Only available on Windows 10 64-bit (or higher)"So, do both versions of these headphones not support 7.1 on Win 11 or USB version support it?

Hey there I’ve been using razer for years, never had a break before, but for the first time by my own hand I managed to break the Gen-2 Analog Optical keyswitch on my keyboard. I went to look for replacements but I can’t find out where I could purchase these switches. I called support and was told they don’t make spare parts. I am sad because I can’t use the keyboard while these keys aren’t functioning, and I don’t have the budget to outright replace the Keyboard, any idea what I should do?

I have everything of razer , rgb mousemat , mouse dock ,  basilisk pro mouse , and a laptop cooling pad.But i am very disappointed about my razer speakers they are dead only 1 month after the guarantee.They dont work anymore. I have red al the tips here and youtube and they dont work anymore .Expensive speakers that only blink red.I tried everything but nothing works.I am sure that they have not played 50 hours i dont use them often.sorry for bad englisch 

I have a Blade 16, about 4 months out of warranty. It’s constratly crashing, like 5-8 times per days. The temperature of the cores is easily 100C in Balanced mode on Synapse.pPI’ve done all the BIOS updates, really not sure how to keep troubleshooting, this thing is driving me crazy. It appears my Razer Microphone, a Siren X, is totally dead. Its been working fine, plugged it in today and it won’t power up. Tried every port on my computer. Every ports works fine with other devices, so it appears the fault is with the microphone itself. I CANNOT for the life of me, figure out a way to contact Razer support for RMA. This thing isn’t even a year old yet, and its a brick. Is there any email or phone number for these guys??

Hello Support team, Today I bought a Razer headset Blackshark V2 X , and when I wanted to activate  7.1 surround sound i doesn't have the Activation code. When I wanted to add the speakerheadset, I was told that the hangerheadset had already been added! But I did not add it and it is a new speaker. What is the solution, please?
