Razer Support

How can I trust razer anymore if all 3 of my support post didn't have any reply??? There isn't any email to write to. What if my product stop working or is defective? To whom do I talk to???

I recently purchased a Razer Hammerhead X Wireless earphone. However, upon opening and using it for the first time, I found that the earbuds do not appear to be functioning. The earbuds show no signs of power, no indicator lights, and they do not appear in the Bluetooth device list. I have also tried fully charging them, but the issue remains the same. The earbuds still do not power on, show any lights, or become discoverable via Bluetooth.

It powers on, but won't pair. Wired mode doesn't work either. I can't even put it into pairing mode.What should I do?

Hi  I need to get the image download but when i try to it keeps saying i need to register the device. But the device is registered to my account. Any help is much appreciated. 

I received my Kaira Pro for Xbox today, but I'm having a problem with the app. I can't get it to connect so I can fully configure it. When I open the app, my Xbox recognizes the Kaira Pro, but the app just gets stuck loading at 0% and doesn't progress. I don't know what to do because the Xbox recognizes them as an accessory, but the Razer app doesn't.

whenever i connect my blackshark v2 x into my laptop, disconnect them, and then reconnect them again, the audio just doesnt work at all, ive tried everything i could in device manager, omen audio control, windows settings, etc etc, the only solution ive had to this problem is to just restart my pc with my headphones connected, which is no biggie, but my headphones disconnect every 2 hours or so, and its been getting kind of annoying to have to restart every 2 hours, now i dont really know how to end this so afjsdgjksgbv mfdjnernbg frbgg.

I have had my razer deathadder v2 special edition for a while now, probably 3-4 years and I love it. I decided to update the firmware to the most recent version around the same time that i updated from razer synapse 3 to 4, maybe a week ago. Over the years the mouse had been working completely fine but now, every so often, it will freeze in place for 0.5-2 seconds. After the freeze, it seems to do all of the movement made with the mouse at once. The majority of the time its when im playing games but i have seen it happen just browsing.Im not sure whether it was updating from synapse 3-4 or if it was the firmware update that has caused this. I am wondering if theres any safe firmware rollbacks/if this is a known issue with the deathadder v2 special edition. Any information/advice would help. Some information:I’m also having another issue with synapse 4 where I cant click windows icons if synapse is open. I have to close synapse to use my laptop properly. I have tried deleting and reinst

I bought a gift card today days ago and I scratched off the pin. I have put in a ticket and tried to call support but no one has gotten back to me. It seems a lot of people do the same thing. Why is no one able to assist?

Razer Naga V2 Hyperspeed started double clicking after 8 months of regular use. I registered the product long ago. I already spent 2 months desperately looking on this Razer website for how to begin the RMA and it’s impossible to find. Somebody help me begin this RMA process before my warranty runs out this is ridiculous! Where in the world is the RMA initiation button!?I tested this mouse repeatedly, there is nothing I can do to debounce the switch or anything. It simply double clicks at random at a very high rate and it’s impossible to fix without replacing the switch altogether. I would like to return this device for an RMA. Please help.

When i push the screen backward the screen blanks. if i pull it forward the screen is restored. how fix the issue,  Laptop screen will be working on till 90% further push will let the screen go off.

I dunno when this happened, probably within the last month but the battery level indicator for my mouse dock isn't working properly. I changed it via Synapse and Chroma but it just doesn't work. It uses whatever lights I used last.

I recently bought a Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed mouse. When I plug its dongle into my laptop, the internet connection drops immediately on both my laptop and my phone. I have already tried using a USB extension cable, but the issue persists. I also just updated the firmware, but that didn't help either.

Does anyone know WHY Razer doesn’t create a battery widget or sys tray indicator, or even who to actually contact to request this as a feature update.  This seems like such a simple ask and I can’t find a simple answer… There are the ones on GitHub, even mentioned throughout the community such as https://insider.razer.com/topic/show?tid=86710&fid=6, which mentions  https://github.com/sanraith/razer-taskbar...  I got the razer-taskbar installer off GitHub but my AV freaked out on it so I downloaded the code, scoured over it, then just compiled it myself for the clean install that my AV doesn’t balk about. Considering how easy it would be and extremely useful to all, it boggles my mind that this is not already a feature.
