Razer Support

I recently bought a Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed mouse. When I plug its dongle into my laptop, the internet connection drops immediately on both my laptop and my phone. I have already tried using a USB extension cable, but the issue persists. I also just updated the firmware, but that didn't help either.

Does anyone know WHY Razer doesn’t create a battery widget or sys tray indicator, or even who to actually contact to request this as a feature update.  This seems like such a simple ask and I can’t find a simple answer… There are the ones on GitHub, even mentioned throughout the community such as https://insider.razer.com/topic/show?tid=86710&fid=6, which mentions  https://github.com/sanraith/razer-taskbar...  I got the razer-taskbar installer off GitHub but my AV freaked out on it so I downloaded the code, scoured over it, then just compiled it myself for the clean install that my AV doesn’t balk about. Considering how easy it would be and extremely useful to all, it boggles my mind that this is not already a feature. Hello, I have Windows 11 pro and literally just got my Razer Blackshark V2 headset and for some reason it isn't letting my computer go to sleep mode DISPLAY: None. [DRIVER] Razer USB Sound Card (USB\\VID_1532&PID_0529&MI_00\\9&1af954b&0&0000) An audio stream is currently in use. [DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller AWAYMODE: None. EXECUTION: None. PERFBOOST: None. ACTIVELOCKSCREEN: None. I tried to do Powercfg -requestsoverride Driver "USB\\VID_1532&PID_0529&MI_00\\9&1af954b&0&0000" System and Powercfg -requestsoverride Driver "Razer USB Sound Card" System and I did it for kernel and spatial audio but it still isn't letting my computer go to sleep. I have windows 11 pro.

Recently got a wireless Blackshark v3 Pro headset, but the sound quality has been just terrible. I tried to figure out what was wrong, and noticed that the OS for some reason identifies headset as Speakers.  I’ve already tried uninstalling/reinstalling all possible drivers, Synapse. Tried it multiple times, it didn’t work.  Would appreciate any help. Still have a few days to return it if this headset actually turns out to be not fixable, but would prefer to make it work. P.S.I had  Blackshark v1 for many years, didn’t expect v3 to be such a huge step back  (more like a huge leap, really). 

When I run the RazerSynapseInstaller.exe installer, another file named RazerSynapseInstaller.err appears; inside, it says "Failed to write installer file (No such file or directory)." I've already tried several things and am downloading it from the official website—please help.

Hello,I have a critical issue that proves a software bug in the latest firmware. I previously returned my Razer BlackShark headset under warranty because the microphone suddenly became extremely quiet after an update. Today, I received a brand new replacement headset from the warranty service. Before updating the firmware, the new headset's microphone was working perfectly fine and loud. However, as soon as I updated both the headset and the USB dongle to the latest firmware v1.3.3, the exact same issue returned: the microphone became extremely quiet again. The audio output (headphones sound) is completely fine and correct. The problem is strictly with the microphone volume drop after v1.3.3 on an AMD Ryzen system. My Windows microphone levels are at 100%, but friends still can barely hear me.  Thank you! 

My dongle for the Razer Wolverine V3 controller also no longer works on my Xbox. I don't own a PC, so I'm unable to update the controller using the Razer software. I can update the controller through my Xbox, but the update doesn't work because the first firmware update has to be done together with the wireless dongle. Since the dongle isn't working, I can't complete the update. At the moment, the controller only works when connected via a USB cable.

Hi, I recently got a ENKI chair second hand, I noticed that the backrest was sitting at an angle. Thought it would be an easy fix so I got the chair… it seems the internal frame has broken and bending it back fixes it temporarily.  I was really hoping I could buy a replacement backrest and maybe even the headrest pillow….  New to the whole Razer ecosystem, not sure if it’s even possible - but would appreciate some help on the matter.I can’t submit a ticket through support as I don’t have a serial number. It seems to have been rubbed off.   

Hello,I am experiencing a persistent issue with my Razer BlackShark V3 where the volume wheel does not work at all in Windows, despite everything else functioning correctly.System details: Windows 11 Connection via 2.4 GHz wireless dongle Latest firmware installed Latest version of Razer Synapse installed (clean reinstall) Observed behavior: Audio output works correctly (Game / Chat devices function as expected) Microphone works correctly Bluetooth pairing works correctly Razer Synapse detects the headset normally Rotating the volume wheel does not change Windows volume and produces no reaction Key technical finding:In Device Manager → Human Interface Devices, there is no HID Consumer Control / Media Device associated with the headset.Only generic entries like: “HID-compliant headset” “USB Input Device” are present. I bought the cobra pro a few weeks after its release. The mouse was in perfect shape until recently it kept turning itself off when I'm using it. I have identified the power switch as the cause it became loose it wouldn't keep itself in the power on position.

Good day!I am currently having a problem with my Razer Viper Ultimate, it takes time to charge compare to the usual charging time I had when I got this few years ago. I tried plugging it in for a few hours but the the battery I got is 5% only. When I left it charging overnight, it only charged up to 50%.I tried using the mouse while charging but the battery percentage stayed the same. I tried cleaning the dusts in the charging port and even changed the charging cable but I still got the same problem.I also tried updating all the drivers and firmware but the problem is still the same and I got no solution.I badly need help with this one. When moving I accidentally lost the USB dongle for my Razer Lancehead mouse. Is it possible to purchase a replacement dongle from the Razer store and connect it to my old Lancehead mouse.

This issue is making me crazy.I am about to return my new Razer mouse (Basilisk V3 Pro X Hyperspeed) and keyboard (Blackwidow V3 Pro). When a Razer product is NOT connected to Synapse 3, the product’s lighting defaults to spectrum cycling. The issue is that there seems to be no way to change that behavior. I will not even go into the fact, that users might not like spectrum cycling or simply want to retain their last chosen color profile. No, the bigger issue here is with wireless devices (like mine) that use BATTERY power. I keep my mouse’s lighting turned off, and my keyboard lighting is almost always off as well (and when I turn it on, it is on 2% power). So what happens when the Windows account is signed out and the PC user is obviously away from the PC? Synapse is closed and the spectrum cycling lighting is turned ON, unnecessarily draining the battery for hours. I don’t think I need to explain any further why this is extremely bad and needs to be fixed ASAP. As far as I understan
