Hi everyone,I am trying to pair my Razer Orochi V2 mouse to my BlackWidow V4 Low-Profile Tenkeyless (TKL) HyperSpeed keyboard dongle to free up a USB port using the Multi-Device Pairing utility in Razer Synapse. Unfortunately, Synapse scans indefinitely and refuses to detect or bind the mouse to the keyboard's receiver.  I’m on an Asus Zenbook A14 (ARM based laptop) running Windows 11 Home).     Both devices pair independently by either wireless (via their own dongles) or via Bluetooth.I’ve confirmed visually that both devices have the model numbers shows below and are on the official multi-device dongle (HyperSpeed Gen 2) LIST:Razer Orochi V2 | RZ01-0373Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-profile Tenkeyless HyperSpeed | RZ03-0545  Here is a breakdown of everything I have already tried to troubleshoot this issue so we can skip the basics: Hardware State: The original Orochi V2 USB dongle has been completely unplugged from the PC to eliminate signal conflict. I've been using my headset to a wired connection for about 6 months now; after attempting to switch back to dongle mode my headset anytime the power button is pressed will say “power off” over and over again, I've tried to factory reset the headset and connect to razor synapse, but since the headset is unable to turn on I'm unable to. Is their anyway to fix this? Thank you for your time and any help is very appreciated!

Hi I am looking to get a replacement dongle for my blackshark V3 pro headset, I have the xbox edition but I need a dongle that can pair with PC.

I dont know how to add comment to existing thread with folks that have the same issue. I can tell you it's not "drift", the gamepad has barely been used over the years and is like new. I started using it with an N64 emulator (thats when the issue began after hours and days of repeated use, but the stuck is constant no matter the usage now), and after repeated uses in a short time it suddenly starting behaving as if the left stick is stuck down. Nothing we try can effect the behavior,  tried plugging it while holding the stick in "up" position, tried downloading the razr app but no software updates seem available,  although not sure if i could install because the issue prevents navigation. Could you make it so the app disables the inputs from the kishi while still able to use touch screen, then we could install any update you might have for a fix. I hope someone sees this, im on galaxy s22+ btw. Hello, I recently purchased the Blackshark v3 Pro PS5 version, but I'm having trouble getting it to function with my PS5. I've successfully updated the firmware on my PC, and it works correctly there, as well as via Bluetooth with my phone. However, simply cannot get it to operate on my PS5. Although the PS5 recognizes the headset and the dongle indicates a connection, no audio is being produced.Both headset and dongle are on firmware 1.3.3I tried the repairing utility, witch paired fine.I reset the ps5 and rebuild the databaseI tried different USB ports on the back of the PS5.I also tried the microphone and it's also not working on PS5.The PS5 sees the headset as a USB blackshark v3 pro and the dongle is solid green, witch shows connectedI was using the pulse explore earbuds before with a dongle, that worked fineIt's driving me nuts, I got the PS5 version so I don't run into issues.Can anyone recommend anything?Could it be that the USB dongle likely has a defective 2.4GHz radio chip t

Hello,I own a Razer Wolverine Ultimate controller, model RZ06-0225. The controller works perfectly, but the female connector of the original detachable USB breakaway cable is physically damaged.The controller is out of warranty, and I am not requesting a free warranty replacement. I would like to purchase an original Razer replacement cable.Could a Razer Support representative please confirm whether the original cable is still available, provide its exact part number, or help me open a private support case? Confirmed the D-Pad / joystick works just fine w/o the software running. With it, no inputs go through whatsoever (defaults, other macros, etc.)Curious if anyone else has seen this issue and if Razer team are able to put out a hotfix.Windows 11Synapse Version 4.0. [removed by moderator]

Good evening I have a DeathAdder mouse and using synapse 3(i like it more) and i use a macro at 0.001 RR(button) at continiously toggle and i crash screen freeze at MMORPG i play and i x1000 check that when i press side button to run Macro the Razer Synapse Central hit to the top at Energy Task MAnager and its obvious from that also causes to the client of game to full usage energy too only when  use my macro ,so is there any solution?

Hello, The Razer Synapse 4 module uses an AZERTY layout, whereas the macro module uses QWERTY. Consequently, I encounter issues when assigning an Hypershift macro to keys such as "A" or "Q".Any clues to fix this issue ?I tried completely resetting the profiles, reinstalling the Razer application, etc., but nothing worked.

I tried connecting my Razer ID and Discord account together on https://razerid.razer.com/account however it comes up with the message “This social account was already linked to another Razer ID”. When I go back to my Discord account, my Razer ID’s there, however back in my actual Razer account itself, Discord is still unconnected.

Hello there, as the title suggests, Mamba TE wired, randomly stopped recognizing sensitivity up/down and mouse 3+4 buttons. Synapse 4, firmware is updated on the mouse, no updates needed whatsoever for the pc or any peripherals. This started randomly, out of nowhere. No windows updates, no synapse updates, nothing, it was working at one moment and then just stopped registering those buttons.  Physical buttons are okay, if they are mapped to any other function they do work, they just seem to not be able to do their default actions. Tried every guide I found to resolve this, nothing worked. I did reset the profile, did a clean re-install of synapse, tried other ports, zero. Can I please get this resolved? I really do like that mouse and I would hate to replace it.

Very peculiar issue with the deathadder v3 wired. The mouse works fine most of the time but periodically disconnections and needs to be moved around to reconnect. These issues spike when the PC is first booted, and are SIGNIFICANTLY worse after longer periods of inactivity (after 1 week of not using it the mouse was completely unresponsive). A temporary fix seems to be changing which USB port the mouse is plugged into (I’m on a timer, as my PC only has so many USB ports). The nature of the disconnection is:Completely unresponsive mouse Light at the bottom is still on When moved around, if the mouse reconnects a windows connection sound plays When disconnecting a windows “device not detected” (or something similar) notification appears Is absent from synapseThe fixes I have tried:Most basic fixes (updating software, deleting/updating synapse, windows, rebooting, updating drivers) Completely changed motherboard on my PC (for unrelated reasons). This also means completely fresh USB ports.

Computer: Blade 16 - RZ09-0510. I’ve installed cachyos to this, and wish to set up secure boot. There’s just one problem, bios setting for secure boot and key controls are mostly locked. Can only switch it off and on. Does razer have any plans to unlock secure boot controls in bios. Seems very unnecessary to have this locked and i’m pretty sure no other manufacturer does this.  

I have had the razor headset for four months and I started noticing cracks and very light squeaking when I turned the headphone joints side to side. Today the right side had a little plastic fall off, dislodging the cord. is there a way to fix/replace/Get a refund?

Confirmed the issue only occurs with Secure Boot enabled. Ask them specifically for:a BIOS recovery image, or a crisis BIOS recovery procedure for the RZ09-02705E75.

Hi All,Today my Cooling Pad has started flashing red. No idea why, Hoping for some guidance?Steps PerformedTried Firmware Update - Firmware update detected the pad, but already on the Latest Its detected by Synapse 4, but showing as powered off I have disconnected from laptop and power with no luck I have uninstalled all razer apps, rebooted and then re-installed, again Synapse detects the cooling pad but marked as powered off. Also detected USB devices attached to the cooling pad I have moved usb ports on the laptop for the pad - Didn’t help I have removed usb devices from the Cooling Pad Hub - Didn’t HelpI have ran out of idea’sAny guidance would be appreciated  

I’ve had this keyboard for exactly a month and now it’s all of a sudden giving me zero charging icon when it’s plugged in, all it does is show a red icon that’s stuck at 10% battery. I’ve plugged the cable into my laptop instead of a usb hub or base. I’ve made sure the firmware was up to date, of which it is as the only firmware update available was from March 4th of this year. I’ve even uninstalled Razer Synapse 4 and have done a clean install and all yield with no fix. It legit started doing this today. This is the second razer product I’ve gotten that has randomly decided to quit on me in the matter of a month or months
