I created this Razer account with my old Facebook account. Now I can’t log in with Yahoo since apparently my email has been inactive for long. I can’t get the OTP/code being sent with my transaction because I can’t log in my email. Attached below is what shows up when I try to log in my Yahoo email. 

Hello, I have the Razer Deathadder Essential and my problem is the mice scrolling wheel sometimes scrolls up when I scroll down or scrolls down when I scroll up. Its annoying, can I fix this or do I have to buy a new mice?

Hello my brother’s Blackshark V2 Pro has had microphone problems for a month and I’ve only been informed about it recently. No physical damage can be seen from the microphone from what I see so far, any fixes?

Please help me: So, my PC was messing up so I factory reset it and had to reinstall Windows 11 by using a bootable USB. Fresh OS, but I don't have the necessary drivers, so no internet or really anything working in the Device Manager, not even the touchpad. I'm trying to fix it by using installing the Razer recovery image. I downloaded it by entering my Razer Blade 17's serial number and then extracted it on my 32 GB USB. After all that, booted into Razer recovery and saw this message: "This preload image is not suitable to current system. Error code: AsusTek Computer Inc" However, I followed all of the steps Razer said and I downloaded the correct recovery for my laptop model/serial number.

I was tidying up my PC because I had just taken it apart to service it, and I accidentally pushed it too hard, causing the mouse's USB dongle to get squashed between the PC and the wall. It stopped working, and I had bought the mouse less than a week ago. I tried to find replacement options, but none of them seemed reliable. The same accident happened about a month ago. Today, I found a way to speak directly with Razer support, and I would like to know if there is any way I can get the mouse working again.

Hello, I'm attempting to start a return or exchange for a controller I bought from the Razor online store (Kishi V3) that does not fit the item I bought it for (Legion Tab Gen 3). I want to either return the V3 and purchase the V3 Pro, or else exchange the V3 for the V3 Pro and pay the difference. I also just PM'd the RazerCustAdvocacy Reddit account with further details.When I try to go to the return page (https://returns.narvar.com/razer/returns) and I enter my order number copy/pasted straight from my initial order confirmation email along with my email address, I get an error saying order can't be found, but the information I have is correct. Hi, my Razer headphones won’t connect. I’ve tried a thousand things, but neither the app nor Bluetooth can find them—it’s like they won’t pair. Just to clarify, they are brand new. I’ve tried things like manually resetting them by holding each one inside the case, but they still don’t work. They’re new, so if anyone knows a solution, please let me know. Thanks!

I bought on Amazon razer buds. I'm trying to connect then to my phone, but i simply don't find them. I charged them, but when I turn them on, after a while, like 1 minute they turn on.  please help I'm trying to connect them for like 1-2 hours😭

I’ve recently got a wolverine v3 wireless controller and it doesn’t seem to want to connect to the dongle no matter what I’ve tried. I’ve tried the different usb, tried it in the laptop and still nothing. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this.

I bought new headphones, registered them, but the 7.1 sound activation code didn't arrive in my email. The Razer website says that this product doesn't support this feature, but it's listed as supporting it. What's the issue?

Hello, there was a problem with two-factor authentication, for some reason after transferring the application with keys to a new phone, the codes for the account stopped working. I tried to find the Razer support service, but I could not find either it or an article on how to reset 2FA.I can provide the account data, in the form of a nickname and email, as well as serial numbers of devices, to competent specialists. My keyboard stopped working and I was stuck in demo mode. I tried all the different combinations as well as updating the firmware and updating Synapse. It finally started working again but whenever I open synapse it doesn’t respond. In my device manager it doesn’t say the name of the keyboard anymore like it used to, only HID Keyboard Device. I’m a PC noob, please help!

I own a Razer Blade 14 (2022), model RZ09-0427.Current BIOS version: 2.02 (2022-04-02).After installing the latest Windows 11 24H2 cumulative update (KB5065426), my laptop started experiencing serious stability issues: Random reboots, especially when exiting games. I bought DeathAdder v3 Hyperspeed with a hyperpolling dongle and arrived today, but the dongle didn't work, while the mouse worked fine. I tried to connect the dongle to my PC to update the firmware, but it didn't show that the dongle was connected, so I couldn't proceed with the update. It didn't show up on synapses either. How do I fix it?

i just bought new razer blackshark v2 x and when i try to connect to 7.1 surround it tells me ur device already registred and i can’t get code
