Hi all,Just got the basilisk v3 pro 35K, have installed latest firmware and synapse 4 is showing 125, 500 and 1000hz as the only options. Isn’t this mouse capable of 4000hz and 8000hz? I specifically want to use 4000hz. Am I doing something wrong? Also tried to restart pc, no differenceSome screenshot for your references:   Appreciate your inputs on this matter.

I love my iskur xl seat which i had for about 4-5 years now.  But the problem is the seat cushion is cracking and peeling.  I tried using some stand alone cushions over the cracks but it’s not comfortable.  Also tried using some leather couch tape to cover it, but it’s just not the same. Do you guys sell just the seat part? Please advise.

Hello, my Razer Blade 15 Base Model (early 2020) recently started getting stuck and loop restarting to the Razer BIOS page (this happens on battery). When the device does finally get to Windows, the system date and time shown was from my recent use. When plugged in, the device starts normally and the system date and time are correct.  I entered the BIOS menu while the looping was happening and it shows my system date as 01/01/2020. I was hoping someone could confirm for me if this is due to the CMOS battery dying?

Hello,Since yesterday I am having an issue with my Razer Kraken X USB headset. Everything was fine with audio until certain moment when audio suddenly went much quieter than usual. At the volume set to 100% it was actually about 20-30% when testing.Advanced tab under the Speakers settings however seem to have a sample sound to test quality and volume of a speaker (headset in this case) and when I click on this, it seems to be much louder.I saw people having similar issue but all the solutions didn't work for me. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse again to no avail. Fiddling around volume settings in Windows didn't help either. I am out of ideas. 

My logo light isn’t on even though it works perfectly fine, if I switch it to the Bluetooth option it will light up but when it’s on 2.4 the light is off

Hello, was closed in error.  This is an issue impacting many users with this specific model (Razer Blade 16 2023, 4090 GPU).  This seems to be a bug in the latest version of Synapse 4 where the previous thread suggested opening a warranty support ticket (in error). Summary:Synapse 4 does not show the Hyperboost option as of most recent version of Synapse 4, when using a Razer Blade 16 from 2023 with a 4090 GPU and the Razer Laptop Cooling Pad.  This option was not as far as I am aware available ever on Synapse 3.  Confirmed when connecting the Laptop Cooling Pad to both the Thunderbolt 5 Dock Chroma and to the Blade itself with nothing in between.

HiJust downloaded razer synapse 4 because i was interested in trying snap tap feature and before downloading it i checked if all my peripherals were compatible and supposedly they all are, but now that I've installed it they all work except my headphones (Razer Blackshark v2 HS), they get recognized by the program but it just loading infinitely, it won’t let me change any setting using the program.

Hi all, currently abroad in Latin America and in need of some quick advice/info. My razer blade 14 (2022) has stopped charging and a burning smell is coming from the charging port. Wanted to understand if solution here would be to replace the battery, or is smth else the issue ? Will take it to a repair shop but just want to limit how much I’ll get scammed. 

I have a Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition. I have it plugged into my PC. I’ve tried multiple ports. I’ve tried updating the app. I can confirm the controller works as I can use it in games. But I cannot customize it because when I open the app I am just told “Connect a Razer controller to get started”. I have unplugged and plugged it in. I have restarted my computer. I try pressing buttons on the controller. Nothing works. When I first connected it to my PC, I opened Synapse, as I assumed I would customize it there. It showed up initially, then it prompted me to press the “Circle”, Menu, and A button at the same time. Then the thing disappeared from Synapse. Then I downloaded the app afterwards

Hi, I recently purchased the Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition 8K PC. The problem is that I set the polling rate to 8000Hz, but when I checked the controller, I saw that this value wasn't applied correctly. This is also true for the 4000Hz, but the 2000Hz seem to work fine.  

Hello,I have a problem with my Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed Wireless. The power button only works as play/pause when I use the cable, but it never powers the headset on.Here is what I have already tried: Hard reset (holding the power button 10–18 sec while connected with USB-C). Firmware update through Synapse following the official Razer instructions. The issue persists. Additional details: After performing a hard reset, when I release the button the headset says “Power off.” Windows does not recognize the device at that point. If I press the button again, it continues to say “Power off” every time. The only way to make Windows recognize the headset again is to disconnect and reconnect the USB-C cable. Before updating the firmware on Synapse, the battery status was always stuck at 29% and never changed (from the moment the problem first appeared). One day before this issue, the headset was randomly disconnecting without reason.

I no longer have access to my old email, and I hadn’t set up a backup email, and I can’t change or add an email because I get stuck on the 2-step authentication, since I can’t verify the email. Any chance I could get some help? Thanks in advance!

Hi, i recently got gifted a 50 gold gift card, so, i ran into my computer to activate it, i logged in my old razer account, that i used back when i had a razer naga, and redeemed it. Next thing i know is that i’m trying to make a purchase with those coins but it asked me for a SMS, with my old phone number, and the other option i had was to use security keys, that i don’t know where i saved it, so basically lost. I was hoping to get help with the live chat, but now i’m already an hour and a half in queue 1st position, and no answer.If anyone can assist me on how i can change the phone number without having it or the security keys, i would appreciate it. Hello, I just bought the Razer Deathstalker v2 keyboard. Gaming on it is great but everyday work is incredibly difficult! The keys are way to sensitive and I continuously make errors while typing, never had this happen with my other keyboards. Would love to be able to adjust the sensitivity while video editing and typing. Any help would be great!!

I love the Deathadder Elite, I've had one since before the pandemic, and it's finally starting to show its age after 5 years of daily use. It fits great in my hand, I love how heavy it is, it has 4 extra buttons I can bind to things. As of yesterday, the right mouse button has started to get finicky, it'll take multiple clicks to actually have it work. I have to press pretty hard to make it respond, and it's time for a new one.Is it still being sold after all this time? I adore it and really want another. I checked the Razer website and it wasn't listed there.

Hello i”ve got an Razer Iskur Xl im 120kg and he is made for 180kg max 1 -1.5 year in and the chair drops to itself when i sit on it goes to the ground and it’s driving me nuts .I have no idea where to buy a new piston.Asking if you can help me in any way,thanks in advance.

When on battery my Razer Blade 15 Base Model (Early 2020) gets stuck on a loop of restarting and booting into the Razer BIOS start screen, then powering off and starting up again. After successfully booting into Windows, the system date and time is from when I last used my device. When going into the BIOS menu, the system date shows 01/01/2020 (attached photo). If plugged in, the device boots up normally.  I was hoping someone could help me with this issue?
