Hello, I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 X and there is no activation code. How can I solve this?

as I already said, I lost my access to authentication app and back up codes, so now i cant buy stuff with my razer gold currency, and btw it’s frustrating how there isn’t a category for this kind of problems on the razer support, so the only option that i have, it’s to write this stuff here.

I recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X from Amazon and it arrived yesterday, but in the box there was no activation code for the 7.1 surround sound function.When I tried registering my headset on the Razer website, it told me that the product was already registered, although when I look in the “my products” page on my account, nothing shows up.The box was sealed and the product was new, so I’m sure it’s not second-hand.I wanted to ask if it was possible to request an activation code.

The first few days I got Razer Nommo Pro , it was so perfect in the first week but after a few weeks , the volume is just so low even I set it on 100. 100 just sounds like 25 to me even less. Today 12th September, the situation is worse. I did my research and tried every possible solution but nothing helps. FYI, all my audio are CD RIP (wav) and flac instead of MP3. Any solution to this problem?

I usually use my mouse via Bluetooth, and everything worked fine until recently. Last month, there were no issues. However, now I can't connect the mouse via Bluetooth anymore.Here’s what I’ve done so far:I updated both the mouse firmware and the Razer Synapse software. I tried macos and windows pc.I followed the user manual to reset the mouse to factory settings and tried to set up Bluetooth again.Issue Details:When I switch the connection mode on the bottom of the mouse to Bluetooth, I no longer see the white profile light that used to appear (it worked before).The mouse still works perfectly when using the 2.4GHz wireless dongle (USB). In this mode, the white profile light is visible as expected.In Bluetooth mode, the white profile light doesn't come on at all.I tried holding Button 5 + Scroll Wheel + Right Click for 3 seconds (as per reset instructions), but nothing happened.There’s also no wireless blinking light on top of the mouse when trying to pair via Bluetooth.Summary:The mo

I recently bought a Razer Kraken Kitty v2 Quartz Edition headset and found that the mic quality was extremly bad, I searched around and found that some people also had some problems with mic quality as well as people who didn’t have any issues.Im currently unsure if the headset is damaged, if there are settings I have to change or if the headset’s mic is just that bad. Could someone help me with this?????

I’ve recently gotten my mouse, and I’ve notice that my mouse m1 is having trouble clicking and it is hard to click on. I pressed my mouse m2 and it was light to click on, but my m1 is hard to press.

I purchased a Blade 17 in 2023, I believe it is a 2022 make. I have had 0 problems with it up until a month ago. When I boot up, the labtop’s screen works fine for 15 to 30 seconds then goes blank. I sometimes work on an external monitor. So far, it will detect any external display I connect. It will not detect its own display. The fact that its own display works fine for a few seconds each time I boot up, leads me to believe it is not a hardware issue with the display. I have been trouble-shooting this and have tried updating drivers, and many other things but nothing seems to work. I see some people’s monitors simply stop working all together and they have them replaced. But I have not seen any forum posts where the display works briefly upon boot up and then stops. Has anyone had this issue before, or aware of a fix? Thank you!

Hello,I recently bought a Kraken V4 and it's on its way. How do I get audio output through the audio mixer when I receive it? The headphones have a Bluetooth Type-C adapter, but the audio mixer doesn't have a Type-C port. The headphones have a USB cable, but the audio mixer doesn't have a USB cable.What should I do in this situation?Thank you.

Unfortunately, I lost the dongle of Razer Kraken v3 pro at home. Kraken v3 is also registered in synapse. I'm asking if I can buy an alternative dongle or if there's anything I can get support for. Thanks for reading

Just bought the Razer Tartarus V2 a day ago at Bestbuy. Device will not allow me to remap any keys. It shows they are remapped but the keys are still typing the default characters. For example trying to set key 15 as “space” instead of the default “F” will not work. It shows the key is remapped to “space” but it continues to type “F” which is the default key on the keypad. Research seems to show this has been an issue for several years according to other forums such as Reddit. Any ideas on what to do with this? It’s brand new, one day old. I just freshly installed Razer Synapse and have never even had it installed on this machine before. Tried plugging directly into PC instead of USB hub, no difference. Chroma works fine, but keymapping does not work at all.

Hello So I have a Razer Kiyo that i use on daily basis for streaming , but Over night it decided to stop working. I can open Synaps and see it then click it and won’t work but then all of the sudden it will dissconnect then reconnect again and that on repeat until i just unplug it.I have tried Multible things that i could find might work.1. unplugging and plugging it into a diffrent usb port. 2. uninstall the drivers and reinstall them. this was problematic cus it would dissappear cus it seems to disconnect itself3. uninstalling synaps and reinstalling that.4. tried updating the firmware but that doesn’t work , cus it still connects and disconnect all the time plus it wouldnt even allow me to click update when connected.its is relatively old. But i need to check before i start saving for a new one that it doesnt just have something wierd to do with anything else other than it might be broken. that if i buy a new one, that it will actually work. or in the miracle that it can be fixed! H

The sound in my headphones has changed (the sound from the left began to be played from the right, and the sound from the right - in the left), reconnecting the dongle repaired it, but I'm not sure for long, why did this happen?

İ just bought a BLACKSHARK V2 HYPERSPEED headset. There was a charging cable and a dongle.The dongle has a TYPE-C input and i’m using it with the headset charging cable that came out of the box. The cable that came out of the box is too long for me to use because i’m using a laptop. can i use a TYPE-C to TYPE-C cable to connect the dongle to my pc? My pc has 2 TYPE-C entrances. 

My left thumb stick is wobbly, and my serial number on the back has rubbed off. I threw away the box. So I can’t start a ticket. But I do have the purchase receipt, dated. Any thoughts?Thanks
