Hello, I have Windows 11 pro and literally just got my Razer Blackshark V2 headset and for some reason it isn't letting my computer go to sleep mode DISPLAY: None. I tried to do Powercfg -requestsoverride Driver "USB\\VID_1532&PID_0529&MI_00\\9&1af954b&0&0000" System and Powercfg -requestsoverride Driver "Razer USB Sound Card" System and I did it for kernel and spatial audio but it still isn't letting my computer go to sleep. I have windows 11 pro.

Hey everyone, has anyone else dealt with this super annoying connection loop on the Barracudas?I’m using them with the 2.4GHz USB-C dongle, and every 5-10 minutes, they just randomly drop. The weird part is they don't play the "Power Off" voice prompt—they just go completely silent for like 30-45 seconds. Then, out of nowhere, they boot back up with the "Power On" voice prompt and lights. They are fully charged, so it's definitely not a dead battery.It's driving me crazy, especially when it tanks my audio mid-match in Fortnite.Here’s what I’ve already tried to fix it: Went into Device Manager and turned off the power-saving mode ("Allow the computer to turn off this device") for all my USB Root Hubs. Completely killed the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound app via Task Manager. THIS IS MY SECOND PAIR TOO

I only just recieved the controller a few hours ago, and open the first few minutes of gameplay, I have found out the the left stick randomly (and when pressed down) sets the X and Y position to 100% for a random amount of time without being able to stop it.This is making the controller practically useless. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Hi all, I tried to install Razer Synapse 4 many times and I cannot. It comes up with a error file as shown below:  The error file says: “Failed to write installer file (No such file or directory)” I also filled a ticket and the log collector fails to collect the logs as well as show below:  Can anyone help me. I have spent about 8 hours today trying to get Razer Synapse 4 to download and nothing as worked.

I had registered my razer product on my razer account and had gotten the activation code, and the software worked well for a good 3-4 months, but then it somehow stopped working, i reinstalled it and when i put the code it was saying its already used even with my razer id logged in, i had resetted my pc still the issue is not fixed, the activation code isnt working and the product is registered to my razer id.

I recently bought a Blackshark V3 Pro (Playstation edition, I use it USB wired if that’s important) and whenever I play Destiny 2 the audio for my whole PC cuts out when I reach the Guardian select screen but immediately returns as soon as I close the game. I have no idea what could be causing it - I’ve looked through various other forums on Insider and apparently nobody has had this issue before.Some other details which might be important:I’m using Windows 10 I have THX Spatial disabled I have Ultra-Low Latency set to Always Off, and Active Noise Cancellation and Audio Enhancement disabled I tried deleting Destiny 2’s Game Profile in Synapse and nothing changed

Hi so my razer viper ultimate suddenly started to stutter whenever i try to move it stops then continues. it only happens while wireless when wired it works normally. I suspect that there is some problem with the dongle. Things i tried : reinstalled firmware, download synapse, dongle connected directly to pc, dongle directly to a laptop, dongle connected to station, repluging the cable from station, moving dongle close to mouse, moving station with dongle closer to pc. My mouse is only 9months old regular use. Should i just use my warranty or is it fixable. Actually after a bit of thinking i will just warranty claiim it but will update if my warranty gets denied xd
