I had purchased a Razer Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed mouse from Flipkart on 7th August 2023. Not there are random cursor movements and clicks so i want to claim warranty as i heard it has a 2 year warranty. But i am not able to register the product as it keeps saying wrong serial number.Please support team can you help me.

My  razer death adder essential is not recognized by synapse 4 and its not detected whats the fix please  

my razer hammer head wont work anymore, the app only recognizes the earbuds when the case is closed why? and when it finds them they wont connect, they wont even turn on anymore any sugestions or help?

I was wondering if there is a replacement for the V2 Hyperspeed’s dongle that you could buy somewhere? The one that came with mine just suddenly stopped working/didn’t emit light from its green LED while I was using it. 

I’ve seen other people with these issues, being guided to PM, which makes it kind of difficult for others with the same issue to solve this problem, so for the sake of future issues, i’d like this NOT to be taken to PM and left open for others to find later.Everything was working perfectly fine, until a windows update came in and now the top row (escape, f1-12, scr lk, prt sc and tilde key)Basically acting like it’s in either demo mode, or as if the FN key is locked.Been through every trouble shooting i can find, resetting the keyboard out of demo mode, trying different USB ports, even went to BIOS and UEFI settings to disable the FN key, which shouldn’t even be needed since i’m not on a laptop.Nothing seems to work.From what i could find in old posts, 1 user had the issue resolved after a Synapse update came out, so i’m guessing it’s the same thing here, maybe the windows update broke Synapse?

Razer Deathadder v2 mini mouse had no problems but suddenly it started to flash when the USB was plugged in. The light is on but the mouse flashes momentarily. I tried everything, even formatted my computer but it still didn't work.

I have tried deleting the device multiple times from my connected device, and no, im not dumb, it is on set to 2.4, i've tried multiple batteries and no luck. I have even tried removing the batteries for 5 minutes then putting them back in with no luck, even the rgb lights don't turn on :( can someone find the solution 

Hi, my Razer Hunstman Tournament is recognised as “STM32 BOOTLOADER”. The keyboard is non responsive, no leds. Tried plugging into another ubs port, another pc, reinstalling synapse. Need help, pls.

Hi, I can’t purchase any game with my razer gold , can you help please 

The last couple weeks, I have started having a double pressing issue with my 1 key where about every four or five presses, it will double type the character. Just while writing this, the E key did a double type as well. I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse and have used both Synapse 3 and the new Beta, but it doesn’t correct the issue. Nor does reinstalling the Firmware. I’ve connected to other computers without Synapse and it still does it, which makes me think it’s a physical defect on the keyboard. I don’t know if it matters, but I have the RAZER Orange Switches. I’ve seen posts about the V3 doing this, with many being Yellow Switches but is anyone else having this issue on the V4 keyboard? Is there a particular manufacturing origin for the V4 that double presses are more common on (I know other products that were sourced from both China and Taiwan have different qua

Dear Razer, After some internet research I have concluded that I would love to acquire a Blackwidow V4 Pro in white with orange (tactile) switches. Unfortunately it seems that the orange switches are no longer offered through the webstore, nor any of the authorised Razer resellers. I bought my death adder a couple months a ago and tried to connect it to razer synapse and couldn't, I should mention that I opened the mouse up that's why you will see as the cover is woren off a bit
