Hello I have a Basilisk V3 for a few years and today suddenly stopped working.I making a “click” noise of the magnetic Mouse wheel and is trying to turn on but works like if you move the mouse does not do anything. if you do it when the clock sound goes works.I think might be an hardware issue?

Hi everyone!I’ve been having some problems regarding my Kraken Kitty V2 BT headphones.Whenever I try to join anything online, my audio cuts out, in discord calls, and gamesAt first, it started with discord, and only being able to hear the call I was in. All other windows and tabs would be muted, leaving me to only be able to hear the call I was in. I’ve had to resort to swapping the call to my phone, just so I can hear other things.After that, though, this problem started migrating to my online games.Well, specifically, only one game I have on my computer: Team Fortress 2 (please note, all other online games have been tested. All other online games can also be played primarily single-player/offline)I thought this issue was something on my computer, or even something in-game (I even reached out to the game support for this), but soon found it was a problem with my headphones.I can open the game just fine, get all the open music and men

Hey I am interested in buying blackwidow v4 pro in Nordic layout, but I see that there are no yellow switches in stock for this layout as it suddenly disappeared from the store. Will it come back in store? And will orange switches be available in any other layout then US?

I’m trying to connect my Blackshark v2 Pro to my Xbox with the razer audio setup app but it wont detect the headphones. I have the usb stick plugged in and the blue light is on which should mean it’s connected but the app won’t work for them. Are the Blackshark v2 pros not supported by the app?

hey everyonei just got my new blackshark v2x headset today, but when i tried to get 7.1 surround working i couldn't get the activatio code because website keep telling me that my product number is invalid, i swapped the O’s with lower case and zeros, but the same issue keeps happening.Please help <3

Today i was going to take my DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed dongle out of my usb port and the plastic part fell off (yes, the front fell off), the incident have damaged something because it does not work anymore. I’ve bought it in 6/2023 and i am not ready to say goodbye yet, does anyone know how do i get a replacement for it? on the site it’s out of stock.

I was away for a week and when came back start the pc it worked for la 5 min and didn't recognised the dongle anymore 

So I just bought the Blakcshark v2x and I was setting them up using the 7.1 surround sound application. Following the instructions results in no audio in the headphones.  

As I have mentioned my Kraken X Lite is picking up all the sounds from my desktop, I’ve just bought it yesterday and I don’t want to be dealing with this.

My Basilisk X hyperspeed still connect 2.4 GHz and bluetooth. But my cursor cannot move it just stay there and don’t response. I can scroll, left click right click but cursor don’t move. Please help me ASAP.

I have an analog Huntsman V2 and one of the red switch posts for mounting the key caps broke when was moving locations. Is it possible to purchase a replacement red post/switch for the keyboard? And if so where can I purchase a replacement since I can’t find it. Any help is appreciated.

Hi!I want to have both of those mice connected to my main PC so that one is on the Razer Mouse Dock Pro while I use the other.That wont cause any extra CPU usage right or lag since only one is moving?Also, do either of them charge on the older Razer Charging Pad Chroma That would be ideal so I can have them both charging when done for the day.Thanks

Its been 2 years since i bought Razer viper mini and it is not working suddenly. There is no devices in razer synapse. I use it on laptop when i plugged the cables ,there is red light in the sensor but it does not work. The pointer is not moving nor the buttons is working. Please help!

Hi everyone!I have the following issues with my keyboard.   The enter key is spamming or sometimes is not responding The left shift key sometimes works> What Do i mean by that? If I hold the key and  press any other key mulitple times it is intermitent (ex: aaAAAAAaaAaaaaaaAaAA). On games it is completely annoying not being able to use it (like FPS games or ROL)I didn’t  went that far to test each key at the timeI’ve attempted to update the firmware on the device but, there are no firmware available for my model. Also, attempted to use synapse 3 intead of 4 and no luck Any recommendation?

When I use my barracuda x my blootooth turned on for it when I didn’t want it to and now I don’t know how to turn it off and the instructions is not helping 

I use my controller on an xbox series x. I've had the controller since early November last year and it has worked fine untill today. The controller won't turn on unless it's wired to the Xbox and when it does turn on it doesn't connect an doesn't register any inputs. I've never dropped or spilled anything on the controller. The dongle isn't loose and I've tried it in every port on the Xbox. Any help would be appreciated.

whenever I turn the volume knob on the side of my headset, it jumps around in volume sometimes muting the headset.

My basilisk V3 pro is wired into my computer and synapse is not detecting it, the mouse icon isn't showing up on my monitor either. I have plugged it into several different USB ports. It's just not working.

Hi!I recently bought 2 razer deathadder v3 pro mouses, they are really good mouses but after 1-2 weeks 1 of the mouses has some problems, it goes into sleep modus after not touching it for 10 seconds to 3 minutes, and i have to wake it up again with the buttong below, wich sometimes takes me up to 15 seconds wich is annoying while gaming, i changed the sleep modus to 15 minutes trough Razer Synapse and i changed the system settings soo it never disconnects wireless stuff but nothing works Waiting on your response :)Thanks!

It’s brand new.  It works.  It says firmware update is required.  I download the software, select the headset, plug in the wireless dongle, plug the headset directly into the PC via USB.  The update button never becomes enabled to be clickable.  I’ve tried multiple cables to make sure it wasn’t the cable.  The one in the box charges the headset just fine and should work.  Any ideas?  It keeps harassing me to update firmware but I can’t!  Any ideas or do I need to do some formal support?

I bought Barracuda X Chroma headset at December fifth, but i can’t turn it off. I press the power button 2 secondsIt used to say “power off” then turn off. But it will turn on again by no reason. In addition, I do install Razer Synapse 4 for my headset.
