I had an issue with my Razer Kraken Kitty V3 X Headset that I just bought, genuinely got to enjoy the headset for 10 minutes, and then it broke within in an hour of having it. (it’s not the product or Razers fault, the product was excellent when I got it. Highly recommend them, the sound quality is insanely good, and their real comfortable.) I connected to an agent named Rizza, she was awesome! She had the patience of a saint, was really polite, and went the extra mile for me by checking all available options that would help my issues. I hope she is being paid what she’s worth, because she deserves it for being so great!

I'm writing because I don't know what to do. In September 2021, I bought a Razer Blade 15 Advanced with an i7 and RTX 3070. For a little over two years, the laptop worked fine. Unfortunately, in December 2023, it suddenly stopped recognizing the RTX 3070 graphics card. I tried to figure out why it happened, but I couldn't. I left the laptop alone for a while. Recently, when I tried to turn it on again, the screen remained black after startup. So, I sent the laptop for service because there are no Razer service centers in Poland, where I currently live, to diagnose the issue.Unfortunately, it turned out that shortly after the warranty expired, the motherboard broke. I bought the laptop for a considerable amount ($3k USD) after saving up for a long time, and the only service center capable of repairing it wanted around $1k USD, which is an unattainable sum for me at the moment.I use a lot of Razer equipment, but this is the only problem I've encountered with this laptop. Hello,I’m very interested in purchasing the Razer Pro Type Ultra, which I had chosen to complete my setup together with the Razer Pro Click V2.However, I noticed that the keyboard is currently only available in a grey colorway. Since my setup is entirely all-black, this option doesn’t fit my configuration and is preventing me from moving forward with the purchase.For this reason, I wanted to ask if there are any plans, now or in the future, to release the Razer Pro Type Ultra in a black color variant.If such a version is planned, I would be definitely ready to proceed with the purchase.I look forward to your reply, and thank you for your time.

Hi everyone, I have a question about the Razer Kraken. I have an OLED hub, and it was working fine until yesterday. After I came home from work and turned on the PC, it initially didn't display an image. Then I tried turning it on by pressing the power button, but there was no response. My next steps were to reboot the PC, then unplug and plug in the USB (there's a device connection signal, but it's not showing up in Synapse or Task Manager. However, other devices connected via the same USB work, like the Kraken V4 Pro). Then I uninstalled Windows and reinstalled all the Razer apps, and nothing worked. The headphones now only work via Bluetooth and a USB cable. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've already contacted support and am waiting for a response.

Hey i own a razer blade 15 2022 with 240hz qhd display and i am wondering why the refresh rate drops at 105hz-104 when on battery? Even if i set it to 240? I had linux for a few days and i hadnt had this problem. Thanks

Didn’t realize the Kuromi headset when purchased from Target so I could get it faster wouldn’t include the overwatch skin. Unfortunately I’ve used the headset a ton and can’t just return it and rebuy it from Razer now.I gave Razer another chance after my laptop imploded after 6 months and once again, very disappointed there’s not just a code inside the box. Makes zero sense. I will no longer use this headset on stream or buy from or recommend Razer. Just make it fair across the board. And I can’t even find a code one online to attempt to make this better.

The = key suddenly stopped working on my Blackwidow pro. Shift + = returns a ‘+’ so the key itself is detected. I’ve reset my Razer profile, re-installed Synapse 4, and ensured there is no key mapping in system settings. If I quit Synapse then the = key works fine. It has been working fine since I got the keyboard about a month ago. My system is a Macbook Pro running Apple silicon. 

suddenly my keyboard stopped working and detected as unknown device by windows after some googling i found someone with the same problem but different keyboard and he managed to fix his keyboard i installed a driver he said and it is now detected as razer bootloader now i need a firmware to fix i could not find it anywhere if anyone has firmware for blackwidow te chrome v2 kindly share it with me 

Hi, I am opening a new thread because I sent a PM 4 days ago as requested in my previous post (https://insider.razer.com/razer-support-45/secure-boot-violation-error-for-razer-blade-14-2021-87298) but I have not received a response to the PM yet.After updating my Blade 14 (2021) to BIOS v0108, I am getting a Secure Boot Violation error. There are no options in the BIOS to reset or restore the factory keys. I can only boot into Windows if I disable Secure Boot entirely.Can you please provide a fix or a tool to reset the security keys for this specific BIOS version?Thank you.

Hi, i got my Razer Blackwidow v4 TKL yesterday and after installing it (using Synapse 4) and updating the Blackwidow firmware. Now my mouse is having weird issue such as it will randomly move to the end of the screen and right click, making the left click not working (but you are still able to right click anywhere).Anyone has any idea to resolve this?

Hi, a few weeks ago I connected my Viper V2 Pro, everything was working fine, until it asked me to update the firmware. After that, I used it with the dongle and suddenly it stopped working; Windows doesn't even recognize it. What could I do?

 Hi,First time posting on here but  I am literally getting no help looking online. I purchased myself a Razer Book back in 2021. When I had first got it, it would overheat due to being laid flat on my desk. to prevent this I had bought a laptop stand to allow my laptop to breathe better. Everything seemed find until I saw the hinge cover flex. throughout time I would see the hinge cover peel off more and more until it had gotten to this state. 2 years back I had contacted Simple Insurance regarding this issue (I am from the UK and I remember Razer had offered insurance for my laptop). When I submitted the ticket they were of no use and would not even take a look at my laptop to see what my issue was. I have been trying to see if Razer had a support line to  contact them directly but I couldn’t see any way for me to contact their  support team. So I’ve had a razer viper ultimate dock version for about 2 to 3 years and though out the years its been really good. But in the past year i started seeing some problems with the mouse. Sometimes it would just stop charging in general and i figured out it must be the software, after the update everything started working again. But now I’ve ran into this problem again but this time all of the software is up to date. I’ve now been forced to basically use the mouse as a wired mouse. I’ve tried charging it on the dock and it berally made it to 4 percent. Even now that i use the mouse plugged in, it shows thats its charging but never actually charges. Help :/

Hi everyone. I bought these headphones a few months ago and the overall quality is pretty good. However, with certain games like Forza Motorsport, Digimon Next Order, and anything using OpenAL, my screen reader (NVDA) stops speaking for a few seconds. For a completely blind person, this is—to say the least—pretty bad.Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I’ve already updated the firmware and messed with the profiles in Synapse (which was a nightmare, its accessibility is really bad to say the least, but that’s a topic for another thread, I guess), and nothing seems to fix it. The only thing that works is disabling audio enhancements, but even a 5-buck pair of earbuds sounds better than these if I do that. I could use an external equalizer like Dolby or something similar, but that kind of defeats the point of buying headphones that are supposed to sound great right out of the box.Thanks in advance.

Hello,  My headphones arrived today, March 22nd, after I had ordered them this morning. They appear to be completely undamaged and arrived in good condition. However, when I try to plug them into my PC (desktop), I can’t get either the sound or the microphone to function.  I have tried plugging the cables into the audio and mic ports on the back of the PC (making sure that pink matches with pink and green matches with green) as well as plugging the appropriate jacks into the corresponding ports on the front of the PC. Even though other products (speakers) function just fine when plugged into these ports, my headphones seem to be Dead-on-Arrival.  Has anyone had this problem before?
