Check for a Backup CopyIf you saved the PIN digitally (e.g., took a photo or noted it down), check your backup files. If the purchase was made online, check your email or purchase history for a digital receipt.2. Contact Razer Gold SupportIf you cannot retrieve the PIN, reach out to Razer Gold customer support:Visit: Razer Gold support page Submit a Ticket: Provide details such as: Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, transaction ID) Scratch card serial number (if visible) Date and place of purchase 3. Contact the RetailerIf the card was bought from a store, check with the retailer. They might have records of the transaction and assist in resolving the issue.4. Avoid Unauthorized Recovery ServicesBe cautious of third-party services claiming to recover lost PINs. Only rely on Razer’s official support.

I switched over to Razer gear recently for the in game integrations.When I played a few days ago with just my Huntsman, Mouse and mat, I was getting the effects of Borderlands 4 in the color of my gear.I added a Kraven V4 Pro last night and something has changed. My gear just pulses in game now instead of color matching.I went into my Windows settings and turned of “Use Dynamic Lighting on my devices” as I read on other forums that this could be the issue. Nothing changed.I made sure in my Razer app that Borderlands 4 was there and all of my items had a check in the checkbox. However, I don’t remember if I could change it before, but I Can’t change the drop down profile on the items for Borderlands. I see Computername-default listed here, but it looks like there could also be a chroma profile. They are greyed out. I can’t change them.Am I missing something?

Hello Razer Support,I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and I would like to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.Unfortunately, there was no 7.1 activation card included in the box. I have the headset’s Serial Number, Product Number, and proof of purchase available.I tried to register the headset on the Razer website in order to obtain the activation code, but I receive the following error message:“This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support.”I have never registered this headset before, and this is the first time I am attempting to register it. Because of this issue, I am unable to obtain or activate my 7.1 Surround Sound license.Could you please verify my device and help me obtain the activation code or resolve the registration issue?I can provide the Serial Number, Product Number, and proof of purchase if needed.Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,

Yesterday morning I was using my kraken v3 pro wireless as usually, but after a little rest, in afternoon, for any reason my usb dongle stopped being detected by any device, so now I have to use it via 3.5mm cable.I would like to know if there is any way to buy or receive any replacement for that dongle, I payed too much for this headsets just for being wireless and they are still like new. Also, razer says that warranty is over (bought in september 2023) but as I know, here in Spain, warranty in electronic products should be 3 years.I tried everything and I know that it is not a software problem (not synapse, not firmware, not windows...), so if I can’t get any replacement, at least I would like any advice to repair it my by myself or some other alternatives.Also I have seen some online stores selling usb dongles but I don’t know how reliable they are.
Just bought a mouse but synapse can’t recognize it and ai support says to continue providing serial number. How else to check if it’s original?
My spacebar key stopped working. It started intermittently and now is completely dead. Every once and a while I can press very hard on one side and then press simultaneously on the other and it works. I have also pull the key off and tried depressing the rubber button manually to no avail. Does anyone know how to replace the keyboard or find a place that can be trusted to do it?
