Hello, should there be a label (inscription) on the earcups to indicate where the left and right are with headphones on razer barracuda x 2022?

I have made an order from my corporate account and on the invoice it does not state my company name vat number how can I get this amended? 

Hi Razer Support, I’m trying to download the system recovery image through the Self-Service Recovery page, but I’m stuck in a registration loop. On the page “Your Registered Systems,” my laptop appears as registered and I can select it. However, after selecting it, the site still displays: “Please register your device to continue with your recovery image request.” It won’t proceed. Device details shown on the page: Product: Razer Blade 18 Product Code: RZ09-05297ER3-R3U1 Serial Number: BYXXXXXXXXXXXXX  What I’ve tried: Logging out/in and retrying Trying a different browser / private browsing Clearing cache/cookies  Same result each time. Could you please verify that my device is properly registered on the backend for recovery-image access and either enable the self-service recovery download for my serial number or provide an alternative way to obtain the recovery image? I can attach a screenshot of the error if needed. Thank you.

Hi, my Razer Blade 14 (2022) Model RZ09‑0427 won’t boot — the front LED only flickers green. I saw the official BIOS updater was removed from the support site. Can anyone here, or a Community Ranger/Moderator, help me get the official BIOS recovery file? Thanks!

Razer Deathadder v3 not working – Request for Assistance Razer Support, My Razer deathadder v3 mouse has been experiencing recurring issues where it becomes unresponsive and is not recognized by Synapse or even my laptop’s device manager. Before I will just need to unplugged and replug the mouse, then it worsen until only certain position of wire mouse can work. The mouse have power and its Dpi light works but could not switch and mouse is not recognize at all.I tried many debugging solution to no avail, such as only using synapse or the mouse driver. reseting the mouse and more but the issue still persist.My mouse is under 1 years old and was never dropped, smacked on the table, or mishandled in any way. It has always been used with care. Please advice on how to resolve this issue.Thank You.

I have a question. I bought some Razer headphones, but I didn't know that this manufacturer had a code to improve the sound in the box. I threw the box away, so I would like to know if there is a way to recover and redeem the code at Razer.My headphones are Razer Blackshark V2 X Xbox gaming  

Ive had this mouse for a bit now and I havent had any issues until recently. Usually on boot up it will work for a few seconds then stop responding and I have to unplug the Mouse Dock Pro and turn the mouse off, then plug the dock in first wait a second then turn the mouse back on. Just turning the mouse on and off doesnt fix it. It also doesnt show up in Synapse 4 when this happens until I restart that as well. Everything is on the latest firmware and software. This mouse and dock werent that cheap so for it to already have problems when its never been slammed, dropped, or abused at all is quiet frustrating.

I just bought a tartarus v2 and I love it. I use it on every game but for some reason whenever I play fornite it has a delayed reaction time. I have the analog set for "W,S,A,D" to move around but if I left my character just continuously runs left but when I use my keyboard I have no problem. Anyone know what's going on?

I’ve had Naga X for a few years now, and I’ve left Windows long time ago so I just had the binds saved in onboard memory, including multimedia binds (+/- volume and play/pause), autoclicker, mouse 4 and mouse 5 keys and keyboard combinations.I had to change some of those binds so I got new Synapse 4 on Windows 11 VM and now it says that Synapse is required for literally any keybind other than default one, and it already rewrote my keybinds, which, because of Synapse just lying to me with a straight face that it can’t save any custom keybinds to my Naga, I can’t even restore my keybinds.It does not show any error messages, it just tells me that it can’t do it, and it doesn’t do it. ...Why?Also why does it overwrite already existing onboard configuration without even mentioning it?It feels like each new version of Synapse exists just to make sure that person won’t buy Razer peripherals next time. Edit:The mouse is correctly recognized in the system and by Synapse. Hi folks, just purchased a v4 pro with firefly v2 pro to go along with my Basilisk v3. Can they all be connected to each for sync to function? Initially I had my keyboard plugged into the PC, then the mousepad was plugged into the keyboard’s usb 2.0 port. Finally, I plugged the mouse into the mousepads port.In synapse, both mouse and mousepad will sync, but the keyboard stops responding to synapse and refuses to sync or change modes. The only way I can get all 3 to sync is if each all 3 are separately connected to my PC or if one device is plugged into the keyboard and the 3rd device is separately connected to the PC.Can they all not be daisy chained in the first scenario I described? How do I fix the yoke coming off as I accidentally dropped it today and the yoke came loose on one side 

Greetings to glorious Razer Support and all fans of Razer laptops! My laptop config:Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2019 / 4K OLED 60Hz / i7-9750H / 32GB 2666MHz / RTX 2080 Max-Q / RZ09-0301Windows 11 25H2 is installed. The power mode is Balanced.Razer Synapse 4.0.86 runs in the background. In its performance settings, Custom mode is selected and all sliders are turned to maximum.All firmware updates from the product support page have been installed. I noticed that after waking from sleep mode, the processor power is limited to 35W until I manually switch between operating modes in Synapse. Could you advise me on how to remove this limitation?It's very frustrating that after waking up from sleep mode, performance drops and the processor doesn't reach turbo boost frequencies.It's possible this is a Synapse bug, or Windows requires some settings to be changed, but this situation is extremely inconvenient.  I checked that my laptop's BIOS shows the SpeedStep option enabled, but there's no SpeedSh

Hello, I'm having a problem with my Ornata Chroma keyboard. It's recognized by my computer (it appears in Synapse and Device Manager), it lights up when I press a key, but it no longer types. It was working perfectly before. When I try to change the color profile in the application, that doesn't work either. What can I do? Thank you.
