Hello there! So I just bought a basic KIYO camera with LED light and I intend to buy another to stream a TCG tournament.But reading online conversations, I see that people 1 year ago or a bit more, were having issues getting more than 1 camera connected at the same time using OBS. Do you know if it’s still impossible or it has been fixed?

Yesterday, I was recording a video and my camera started making some humming noises. Right after, the recording stopped as the camera stopped working. I tried unplugging and plugging it back in but every time I did and tried recording the camera would flash then turn off, after doing it a few times the little slit below the ring light started blinking white. I had also prior tried to install newest firmware. I have had this Camera for a little over a year now and I have never had an issue with it until now nor has it had any damage as its sat nicely on my monitor without falling once. Is this is still fixable or is this just money in the bin?

Recently my Naga Classic (12 button side) has started either not registering the 12 button at all or is in a constant state of entry.  It will do this at random, but most commonly after removing and reapplying the panel.  It is clean as well as the prongs.  I’ve uninstalled synapse (4) and deleted all the drivers.  Still not registering button presses or will spam constantly.  I have no Macros set up and I’ve also factory reset the mouse as well.

I bought a Razer mouse pad recently—the Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma model—and I can’t control its RGB in any way.When I connect it to the computer, it shows up in Synapse 4 as if it’s installing, but once it finishes, it simply disappears from the list of connected devices. I can’t change anything on it.It only remains visible in the “Studio” tab of the Chroma app, but nothing I change there actually works to change the mouse pad’s colors or effects.I need help fixing this.

Razer Basilisk V2 Mouse   -   RZ01-0316If anyone has seen their mouse or keyboard disconnect for up to 5mins and 10 times, this I’ve found was due to having any macro set to a button or key.Once the macro was removed, the software worked flawlessly. The macro was a simple shift + scroll click that performed well in Blender for Pan, but took between 1 and 5mins before the mouse stopped disconnecting once Razer Synapse started.Can this be submitted to Razer software programmers for a future Synapse update? Many thanks.ADDITIONAL: Having tried the different Macro settings, it appears that “Play While Assigned Key Is Pressed” is causing all the disconnects, with no mouse button pushed, just disconnecting whilst this is a macro that is set on a mouse button. If this setting is “Play Once”, the disconnects stop. Same if the Macro is not assigned.

I currently have a Naga Epic Chroma Mouse (RC30-012301) and Charging Dock (RC30-012302). These were not the original mouse/dock pair (both 2nd hand). I repaired the mouse and it works great now, except it does not connect to the dock. Is there any way at all (procedure, application, etc) that I can sync my mouse and dock together so I can use the pair for charging and for wireless connectivity? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

The Chat channel is broken on Discord. You can’t use it with the mixer. You have to output the Discord chat with the Game channel

Hi,so, I was updating my mouse’s firmware and it actually started flashing the fw of the touchpad. Now the touchpad partially works; the fw update was for a Razer Atheris mouse… I don’t understand why it tried to flash the touchpad’s fw, Windows and its drivers…No clicking  no tapping function  moving cursor works but just with one finger In Ubuntu, tap works but clicking doesn’t need a firmware for it please, can you help me fix it please 🙏

However, I would like to suggest an improvement that I believe would make the user experience even better.Many users (including myself) notice that the mouse lighting remains on even after the PC is shut down, as long as the mouse is connected to a USB port that provides power (such as Always-On USB). This is not a hardware or driver problem, but rather a matter of convenience.I would like to suggest adding a feature in Razer Synapse that allows saving lighting mode settings directly into the mouse’s onboard memory, so they remain active even when there is no connection to the PC. Unfortunately, this change caused me to lose all my previously configured profiles and settings for my Razer BlackWidow keyboard.Here’s what I’ve lost:Game-specific profiles I had meticulously set up Custom RGB lighting effects created in Chroma Studio Other personalized usage settings that I used regularlyThese profiles and settings were essential for my workflow and gaming experience, and now I’m stuck having to recreate everything from scratch, which is incredibly frustrating.Has anyone else faced this issue? Ihave a  brand new  Razer Blackwidow v4  Pro. The spacebar is  inconsistent, sometimes  adding  onespace,  sometimes  adding two. This message is an example of unedited spacebar issues. You can see  for yourself where the spacebar  adds  one space or two. Or, asinthis sentence or the first, where  no spaces happen when  you press the key. Sometimes it adds  a space in  the middle  of a word.Given that this is t he most pressed key on  my keyboard, I need to get this fixed  ASAP.  There are apps that I use where a spacebardoes more than just put aspace in  a paragraph or sentence.

Why does the same error appear after a month or two? These headphones are simply faulty. Could I ask for a refund? I don't want to receive any more faulty headphones.I was playing games yesterday, everything is fine, the panel is connected, the headphones were connected via 2.4 GHz, suddenly they don't work and I have to either connect the cable to the headphones or connect via Bluetooth, which freezes.
