I lost my dongle for my razer blackshark v2 headset. Do you still have replacements for them?

Hello,I own a Razer Barracuda X headset.After using the 3.5 mm auxiliary cable, the headset stopped producing any sound in wireless mode.The headset powers on and connects, but there is no sound at all, not even the power-on tone.Wired (aux) mode still works correctly.I have already tried reset, re-pairing the dongle, and firmware update.I believe the wireless module is stuck or defective.Thank you.

I just bought the headset a few weeks ago, ang it keeps on making distorted or robotic sounds, sometimes on rare cases it will automatically turn off. I tried troubleshooting like updating, and reinstalling drivers, putting the dongle closer to me factory resetting the headset but the problem still keeps going back.can someone help me fix this issues that I’m having

I have received a pair of Razor Opus X a while back. They worked fine up until two days ago. Now here is the issue: Came home after half a day of usage turned them off without any issues. I do not remember whether they were fully charged. However, the next day I try to turn them on and nothing would happen. When I charge them the light does go on and it is charging, even now I have a green led showing up however the power button does nothing once I unplug them. Does anyone have any possible fix for this? Might it be just the power button itself at fault?

When auto switching profiles that are linked to a specific games/desktop and one profile is set to 1k polling rate, second profile is 8k polling rate, randomly and pretty often synapse lags my mouse and its stuck no matter what I do or click. The only thing to make it unstuck is to turn off the mouse and then back on. When synapse is closed there is no such issue, so its not a hardware problem. When both profiles are set to 8k polling there are also no issues as od my testing. Tested also with Synapse beta, same problem.Basilisk v3 pro and mouse dock proall latest firmware updates for both and latest synapse and windows 11 updates

I just bought my new viper v3 pro, unbox it and plug it to my laptop, My viper v3 pro doesnt work with wire or dongle, i unable to move it or click, the led is light for both mouse and dongle but its not work. My laptop cant find it when i plug it, but with my old mouse its work, i cant update firmware because it doesnt detected

Hi everyone,So i’m mainly an Xbox Series X player and use the new headset for party chat and game audio. However i frequently switch from playing xbox to use of my pc, to either watch something or game.My understanding is that this headset is capable of simultaneous audio functionality via bluetooth. So i have turned bluetooth on from my PC and then connected the headset.  Theres a few issues im currently having:intermitted connection issues connecting to PC via Bluetooth. When connected and headset is set to ‘simultaneous audio’ im often getting distored and poor quality audio from the pc, this ranges from any videos on youtube to game sounds etc. Im unable to hear the audio from Xbox and from PC at the same time.Can someone please clarify if its possible to use this headset in this way. Hello,I am unable to connect my Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed mouse to my HyperPolling Dongle (which is listed as compatible in the documentation) purchased from the Razer Store.I have read all the topics related to this issue and followed the various tutorials for pairing these two devices, but without success.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Was using my Razer Nari Ultimate with no issues on my old PC with synapse off.Moved to a new PC and installed Synapse to change some settings, and it updated my headset, and now it’s bricked.Have tried the pairing tool - initially it worked, but was having the same problem every 15 minutes.Have tried the recovery tool, but it gets stuck at 0% or 20% every time. Surely since this caused by an update there is a fix for this? 

I am experiencing a persistent issue with my Razer Viper Ultimate's scroll wheel click. The middle button often fails to register normal clicks and only responds intermittently when held down.I believe this is a hardware contact issue. As title states, often when I place the mouse on the mouse dock the wireless charging doesn’t engage. Turning the mouse on/off, unplugging and replugging the dock, and reinstalling the charging puck typically don’t fix it. I’ve also cleaned the contacts on the puck and mouse. I am running these devices through a USB switch (to share between work and personal computers), and switching to the other computer and back sometimes fixes it. But note when the charging is not working, everything else continues to function normally: the dock and mouse are shown in Synapse, the mouse functions perfectly fine, lighting configuration for dock and mouse are proper, etc. By the way, the mouse is paired to the dock for hyperpolling.
