my headset will not update the latest firmware i tried it on two different PCs

I bought a Razer Huntsman V3 pro TKL about last year and the keyboard is not working anymore. The keyboard does not show in Synapse (shows as disconnected) and I have tried the following:- Using a different USB port Using a different USB cable Tried hard resetting it (Esc + Caps lock + spacebar)If there is anything I am missing on how to troubleshoot the keyboard, kindly let me know.

Hi there to anyone able to help, I recently purchased a Razer Barracuda X wireless headset from Amazon on October 10th, 2023. Since then I have experienced many infuriating issues with the headset regarding its sound quality, mic quality and most importantly the headset turning off randomly. Regarding the sound quality, when connected to my PC, I’ll be playing music or gaming and the audio will cut out for a second and make a “bzzt” sound which is so annoying, whether I’m listening for footsteps or just in the zone listening to music. Next for the mic quality, this is the first mic I’ve ever had for my PC, and while some of my friends told me I should have a separate unit I just preferred having the plug and play ability. In game my friends noticed the mic has a problem peaking as well. Finally, for the most infuriating issue: the headset randomly powers off when connected to my iPhone 12, in the middle of a set when I’m at the gym, when my phone is 2ft from the damn headset, in the mi

Hi all, usually I don’t turn off my PC and just let it go into sleep mode. After waking it up everything is normal. As soon as I log into my account the LED’s on the Blackwidow V3 stop working. Keyboard itself is working fine.LED’s on my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro remain on so its just the keyboard.For now its only fixable by restarting the PC. Razer Synapse is currently on the Version 4.0.86.2511180837Mainboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B760 Plus If you have any idea or need more information please let me know

Hello everyone, Recently, the mouse has developed a defect with the scroll wheel. Specifically: There is a noticeable mechanical, metallic noise when scrolling slowly downwards.The noise is not present when scrolling quickly or when scrolling upwards (neither slowly nor quickly).The problem is not on the entire wheel, but let's say on 3/4 of it.  Has anyone else had the same problem? How did you solve it? I contacted the seller and they told me that this sound is normal. It seems absurd to me that a mouse that cost €160 in March 2025 has this defect.I am very disappointed. I don't think I will ever buy Razer products again if the quality is this poor.While I wait to decide on a new mouse, is there anything I can try to reduce this annoying sound? Hello!In 2021 i bought Razer Iskur chair, which is by now out of the warranty, so I cannto raise a support ticket for this.  tlThe chair is tilting everywhere constantly - i cannot stabilise it. I think the wielding in the base of the chair has brok. ai  dont know if there is any other issue, or if i am mistaken.What can i do to repair this? is there any replacement part i can buy, and if so where?

I just recently got a pair of  wired Razer Kraken  headphones at the recommendation of a friend and I am not sure how I’m liking them. They are comfortable enough, the sound is fantastic but it’s so good that my game feeds back through the set and echoes for those I’m playing with. They can hear themselves, they can hear me, they can hear my keyboard and mouse, they can hear my discord pings, and they can hear my breathing no matter where/how I position the mic. How do I fix this?! 

I tried repairing the program and also tried installing an older version, but nothing helped.

its ok on phone but if i connect it to pc its very muffled and silent bass is non existent i am using the splitter cable it came along with it

Hello, I bought the Razer Barracuda X last year. I started using it as soon as I connected the Type-C dongle to my desktop computer with a converter adapter, and there were no problems. However, for the past month, I haven't been able to connect using the Type-C dongle. I can connect via Bluetooth, but when I'm chatting with someone, the sound quality of background sounds drops significantly. I want to connect with the Type-C dongle again, but it's not connecting. Please help.

For the past few days, nothing appears when I open the settings screen. My profiles have also disappeared. I've tried updating the firmware and reinstalling Synapse 4, but nothing has changed. Synapse detects it, sound is outputting, and the microphone is functioning. However, clicking the headset does not display anything in the settings screen.Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

So My Up Keyboard Button works fine, but when I open my Synapse 4, it stops working. When I close my Synapse, it works again, I need help.

Hiya, hope whoever reads this is having a great day. C: So I bought these new headphones around January 1st and have been experiencing this main issue for quite a few months, it has gotten to the point where I couldnt stand it anymore and actually bothered to try and get it resolved. I have done a clean reinstall of the Razer Synapse program a few times already to no avail, and other headphones we have in the house does not experience this issue;Issue/Bug: The Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2020) I bought experiences a HEAVY increase in volume anytime I swap inbetween tabs while audio is already playing. And it gets so loud to the point where I am experiencing hearing issues a short while after. (An example is having Media Player playing some Music then clicking into a game or opening up my browser and my audio feels like it goes from 70% all the way to above 100%). This heavy volume increase only happens for 5 seconds then it fades back to normal volume. I am also a streamer and this audio

So today I plugged my Barracuda X (2022) into my pc using the provided cable After a pc crash I unplugged them and turned them on to connect to my phone using Bluetooth The usual blue light was green and I couldn't hear any audio even after turning up the sound and using the volume wheel When plugging back into my pc using the 3.5mm cable it was working fine No resets have helped the green light is still there and I can't hear anything in bluetooth The light usually turns green at the start goes blue flashes and goes green again

I updated the Signature edition dongle firmware along with the mouse. The mouse updated successfully but the dongle kept on failing to update. Now the dongle cannot be detected. My windows is up to date. I re-installed synapse and remove and reinstall razer drivers. Still the same issue.

I want to change a phone number that I no longer use and cannot change.

I my razer viper ultimate is nog charging beyond 4%. I have cleaned everthing around the dock and the mouse and still nog charging beyond 4%. But i can use the mouse multiple hours/days on this. Anything that can fix this so the red flikkering light goes away?Kay
