I have a RAZER DEATHADDER ESSENTIAL - ERGONOMIC WIRED GAMING MOUSE. the problem is that when i scroll up or down,sometimes it works normally but other times the scroll takes several seconds,like i scroll downwards buthe scroll gets registered after a few seconds. Please HELP

New Razer Viper v4 pro, not charging past 65%, latest firmware v1.04.01_r1, pluged directly into motherboard. Just wont go over %65. Tried reseting the mouse via holding different buttons. Wont go over %65 in both desktop and Web Synapse 

Case REMOVEDReturn label requested.  Return deposit paid.  Razer have sent return label to the repairer but how do I return the laptop to be repaired without knowing where to send the laptop to.  Being ghosted by support. It has been six days since the repair label was created but Razer will not send it to me.  How do you get help?

I have a razer atheris stormtrooper edition. Model: RC30-021702. My wife has lost the dongle. I can no longer use the usb receiver to connect the mouse that way. I can no longer Bluetooth the mouse. I’ve tried putting the mouse in Bluetooth mode with the two side buttons and the DPI button with a blinking blue light once that action is completed.  I also cannot update the firmware if there is one with out the dongle.   

When you enter the serial number, the product number appears automatically, but it is different from the product number printed on the package.It is frustrating that they use AI for customer support here and there is no direct 1:1 inquiry option.Help me!!!

Hi all,I seem to be having a problem with the platform connection in Cortex, specifically with Xbox. I can bookmark the platform in My Library, but Launch and Quit are not available and show as “Not Installed”, which is obviously not correct as it works on the bookmark section. Please assist

I’ve been using a tartarus v2 pro gamepad for a while to play WoW and the joystick stopped working a few days ago. All the other keys work but the joystick has no inputs in game. I tried other games and also tried updating windows and my firmware. Still no joystick input. Is there a fix for this issue? I bought a second tartarus gamepad thinking it was a malfunction with the actual gamepad, but the second one has the same problem- no joystick input. Help appreciated. 

I put the wrong address for my item and want to know what will happen if the person doesn’t sign for it. Will it be returned to Razer or will it be subject to the mail carrier which in this case is FedEx?

Hello, i just bought a Razer Wireless Control Pod and if changing the standard audio source from Creative Sound Blaster AE9 to Voicemeeter (as standard audio source) , no volume change is working anymore and i need Voicemeeter to be set as standard for my running apps. When turning the volume wheel i can see it visually changing in windows volume-bar but the volume itself is not changing. When Synapse 4 isn´t running, the volume change of Sound Blaster AE9 (set as standard) is working without problems with Wireless Control Pod but thats not what i need. If this issue isn´t being solved within one week, i´ll send the Wireless Control Pod back where i bought, because i can´t use the item it for my needs. I´m running latest Windows 11 and latest Synapse 4. Thank you so far Kind regards,Mario

Hi everyone,I’m hoping someone in the community can help me.I have a Razer Blade 15 (Model: RZ09-02385). My laptop’s internal display stopped working, and after inspection, the technician determined that the LCD/eDP display ribbon cable is damaged (the ribbon connecting the motherboard to the display).The biggest problem is that I can’t find a replacement cable anywhere. I’ve searched local markets, contacted multiple laptop parts suppliers, and searched online, but the exact ribbon cable seems impossible to find.I have a few questions:Has anyone experienced the same issue with this model? Does anyone know the part number for this display ribbon cable? Is the ribbon cable shared across other Razer Blade 15 models, or is it unique to the RZ09-02385? Hello everyone,I am having an issue with my Razer DeathAdder V2 (RZ01-03221), and I believe the firmware has become corrupted.The mouse is completely unresponsive: it does not light up, the RGB does not turn on, and the cursor does not move. Windows no longer detects it as a mouse. Instead, it appears as a removable USB drive called "CRP DISABLD", containing a single file named firmware.bin.Before this happened, I accidentally pressed an unknown combination of buttons on the mouse. After restarting my PC, Windows repeatedly played the USB connect/disconnect sound, and eventually the mouse entered this state.I have already tried connecting it to different USB ports and even to another computer, but the result is always the same: it only appears as the CRP DISABLD drive.Does anyone know if there is a way to recover or reflash the firmware for this model? Is there an official recovery tool or firmware package that can restore the mouse?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Th

Hello i have problem with My Blackshark V3pro bluetooth , which it is in Pairing mode ,bluelight blinking fine but it won’t show the device name to connect with it after all I had tried many times to reset or restart the headset update system , It wont show the product name to pairing.If anyone know how to fix this please share the information and tips.Thanks u

I have blackshark v2 pro headphones, recently there is a problem with the mute button. After muting the microphone, when I try to turn it on, the microphone doesn't work, I have to turn the headphones off and on again and then the microphone works. Or unplug and replug the USB stick.I have tried updating the firmware, updating Synapse 4, even completely my computer and built a new one with a fresh install and still, just about every time I mute, I can no longer unmute. I’m about to throw these in the trash its so frustrating.

How can I buy the replacement mic for my headset? I don't want to buy some cheap Amazon knock-off. Since it's detachable, Razer really should sell it. I love my headset, but if I have to buy a whole new one just to replace a lost mic, I'll just go with another company’s product.

Hello, my viper v4 pro came in and the right click will not work with the dongle, or wired. Any help would be greatly appreciated 

 ok so I have a blackshark V3 . love the hardware. synapse is a 400mb electron app that autostarts on boot and sometimes forgets the headset is plugged in, so I thought, fine, I'll just write my own little tool to control it on linux.I captured every byte of every command synapse sends. EQ, sidetone, battery, THX, mic mute, the whole thing. wrote a clean python library. tested it on windows first - works perfectly. battery percentage, button events, EQ readback, all of it, ran literaly the same python code on linux. every command I send goes through (THX audibly toggles, EQ writes work, sidetone changes). but the headset will not send a single byte back. ever. no battery readout, no button events, no nothing. the IN endpoint just sits there empty forever.I've been at this for two weeks. same hidapi. same bytes leaving the machine, verified at the USB level. same init handshake. same everything. the firmware just refuses to talk back to linux. it's not the protocol, it's not permissions

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 (wired). The mouse constantly disconnects and reconnects. Sometimes, lights on the mouse flash Red/Pink about once every second.Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a solution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!
