Good afternoon,I have a Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament 8K Edition PC and I'm trying to make some changes in Synapse 4, but every time I turn off the PC and turn it back on, I have to reconfigure the controller buttons again. How do I solve this situation?

I want to activate a razer gold card but I can't get to the page where I want to activate the product and I'm just confused

I have a BlackShark V2 X and I used my activation code on my account, but after restarting my PC, the code disappeared.It asked for the code again, and when I entered it again, it said the code had already been used.

I have lost access to my two-factor authentication app as well as my backup recovery codes. As a result, I am unable to log into my account on the global Razer Gold website. I need your assistance to reset my two-factor authentication or regain access to my account as soon as possible. I have recently topped up razer gold and is unable to proceed to my transaction. Please guide me through the necessary steps to recover my account or temporarily disable two-factor authentication.

So I posted this topic about a week ago Last post on this forum The agent helped a bit, and we finally got the item resent. However the same darn thing is happening again. Customs want £45 worth of taxes ( screw Brexit ) for me to receive parts for a faulty item thats still under warranty. And of course support arnt actually reading any messages and giving poor copy / past replys and assuming I’ll go away. Its been a flipping month!  The service is flipping awful. Someone higher up needs to know how bad this whole process is. How do I log an official complaint? Ive a £500 chair I cant use thats still under warranty and Razer seams to be making my life as hard as possible to get it corrected. 

Good dayI’ve just started my pc and suddenly my mouse isn’t connecting wirelessly anymore. The light on the mouse flashes white and attempts to connect. I’ve used the dongle with the holder since buying (had to return 2 mices before, as the dongle would die within the first 2 days). I’ve tried to remove drivers and download synapse, but doesn’t show up on device manager anymore. Is there any other methods to try to see if the dongle is dead?Kind regards 

I bought it a few days ago. My friends on discord tell me the mic is too quiet, like I’m talking from another room. I’ve tried the guide razer has and other guides I found from people online, not fixed. The volume is 100% both on windows and synapse, still feels a bit low. My last headset was Blackshark v2 and had a way better microphone (based on what my friends said) so I wanna know if it’s just that the previous headset had better mic or my mic actually has some kind of problem.

I recently swapped from the razer v3 TE to the the 8k hz version and i have already returned the controller 4 times in two weeks about to be a 5th. This controller works normally for a few days and then its as if the membrane for the paddle gets worn in or something as the m6 paddle randomly double registers once when you press it and once when its being let go. This results in unsmooth gameplay for me specifically it results in me not being able to b-hop in apex legends or turns what should be fluently sliding around in the map to a bunch of stutter steps as it causes me to uncrouch unexpectedly. Im not sure the solution i have used 4 of these controllers brand new in 2 weeks i dont want to keep returning these units only to have the same issue.

I’m trying to re-install Windows on my Blade 14 (2023), This is extremely frustrating, I’ve spent many hours on something that usually takes ~1h. Here is what I tried so far: Booting from official Windows 11 ISO downloaded from MicrosoftDoesn’t work because the installer is missing SSD (?) drivers and unable to detect any drives. It doesn’t look like there is a solution for this, there are no drivers on Razer’s website. Using recovery “image” from RazerI’ve downloaded a recovery image from Razer’s website, which is not really an image, it’s just a zip archive with a bunch of files. I’ve followed instructions on the official youtube video:Formatted drive as NTFS Copied files from the archive to the driveI was able to boot from it, but I’m getting “O

I'm trying to install windows from the recovery image. I followed all the steps mentioned in the instructions. On bootup, USB drive is detected in BIOS setup but getting "only support running under winpe". And installation is not able to proceed further. Please let me know how to proceed.

Just had it bought for me for my birthday 2 days ago from Amazon. I updated the firmaware right out the box, so it is up to date. Worked fine till yesterday night when the d-pad started acting up while gaming on my xbox.Then connected it to my pc and encountering same issue for both wireless and wired connection. Multiple system restarts and hard controller resets later (w/cable plugin and out shennanigans), the issue persists.The gamepad tester I ran reads that the D-pad up is constantly being actuated without any inputs from me. It's not physically stuck from what I can see and feel. However, would sometimes became normal if I held dpad down for long enough (gamepad tester read everthing normal as well) before going back to being stuck after a hour on all my systems I tried. The app is no help.Perhaps a software issue or is it a defect? Anyone know a fix? 

Is it possible to change the colors of the lights on my Blackwidow V4 regular not the pro version. If so please also tell me how.

So In May I bought a V2 headset and I didnt know abt the 7.1 cuz it was a gift for me,This week my friend told me abt it and showed me around the website but when I tried to register it it said product alrdy registered and thats frustrating cuz the difference between my Headphones and his r big even tho its just the drivers so please help me and thank you so much

I don’t have access to my old phone number and i want to change it with the new one i have right now. I also forgot the number. Please help immediately 

Is there a trick or am I just missing something? I tried every combination of connection settings to get the PS Remote Play app to work and no luck. I can get it working wireless, I can get my computer to recognize the controller and its usable...but I cannot get the the PS Remote App to recognize the controller. If i swap to one of my other 3 controllers, 1 third party  controller and 2 ps5 controllers it works instantly. For some reason my 250$ controller just doesn’t work. I feel like this shouldn’t be this hard to get this to work. 

When configuring my Blackshark v3 pro headset on Synapse, I keep getting a sync conflict error, constantly asking whether to back up locally or to the cloud. Also, in the "My Profiles" section in the upper left corner, there are no entries, and it says "These settings are saved locally and are applied to all profiles." Please help, my settings keep resetting and I get notifications every minute.

I’ve recently bought the Kraken Kitty V3 Pro and I’ve been trying to find settings for my mic but every time I do I see something completely different. The settings there I can not change myself and need to choose one of the 3 settings that are already there. Is there a way to change it or which one do I choose as my mic sounds like dogshit right now.  

Due to a bug, I permanently deleted my account and I want my email address to be made available so I can create a new account. Who can I contact for help with this?
