Razer Support

I have had this headset for less than a week. It was working perfectly fine and connected to synapse4,  but all of a sudden, it doesnt work anymore. I can hear audio but I wanted to tune the eq to fit the game I was playing. On the synapse supported form, it doesn’t show any of the newer blackshark v3s to be compatable.

What the title says, it worked initially, then after turning off my computer it refuses to connect, or windows refuses to connect to it. I’ve uninstalled the drivers, I’ve installed the razer utilities and the same thing happens. I disconnect the dongle, and when reconnected it briefly flashes a weak green and my computer makes the “device connected” sound followed immediately by the “device disconnected” sound and the dongle goes dead. The headset works in Bluetooth mode, but I would like to use the dongle, can I get a replacement?

Is there some way to download Synapse 3 or any other configuration software that will allow me to customize my new Basilisk? I cannot use Synapse 4 because I remain on OS Monterey (for good reason) and I will certainly not be updating my system to accommodate a mouse, which will be returned to Amazon if what I’m asking for is not doable. Thanks.

when i was using it everything was good but when i restarted pc day later mic just stopped working for some reason but when i connect it by bluetooth its working

Ok for some reason I can't find support anywhere else but here without having to pay for it so I guess we just have to pray this works. Anyways I’ve been trying to play some Marvel heroes online and watch a stream on my browser and randomly it just pops a couple times then just cuts to no audio what so ever and the only way I can fix it is just turning it on and off but having to turn it on and off 20 times in 10 minutes is getting a bit much. I’ve tried drivers and software and everything is apparently perfect. I’ve tried restarting the game, turning the in game audio down to basically nothing, tried different USB’s on my pc, I literally can’t think of anything else to try I don't understand what the issue is. Its a bit of an older game but it shouldn’t be so much that its overpowering the speakers or something like that I’m not sure what else to do.

I sold my Xbox Series X quite a while ago.And recently I realised that I still have my Razer Kaira Pro headphones for Xbox (RZ04-0347).BT Audio works fine, but the sound is better when connected via a 2.4 GHz dongle.So my question is, is there a receiver that supports these headphones? And where can I buy it?

Hi, so i will make it short, 3 weeks ago i sent my razer blade 18 to the sav, they wanted to "repair" (think : change) things that doesn't needed to be changed and making me pay a whooping 800€ repair, but i need only the cable that is between the screen (a brand new screen btw, so working and not broken) and the pc (the pins of the cable were endommaged, keep in mind the pc is onlly 1 year old too. Now they were answering maybe once per day, and now it's been 3 days since i have an update on my case, and i got no news for my case so it's really great, thinking that i pay 3k for a pc to have such a useless help. Publied a review too, got their bot answering that they were so so sorry and to send them an email, wich i did just to test, and to no surprise, 5 days later still no answer. So maybe someone here can help me solved this mess. Thanks.

I’m currently using my 3rd razer mouse and for the third time I’m having the scroll wheel occasionally go in random directions(up when you go down and vice versa as well as just skipping further than it should in the same direction or just getting stuck scrolling infinitely in some games) and somehow there just doesn’t seem to be any definitive fix for this when I search the problem. I opened the mouse(it’s out of warranty by now) and the system is pretty clever in this one(Razer Viper | model: RZ01-0255, product: RZ01-02550100 even though those give no result on the site, only RZ01-02550 ...), there’s pretty much no way it can get gunked up so why does this keep happening? Is there nothing that can be done other than replacing the mouse or the part if it can be acquired somehow? At this point, I’m not gonna buy another razor mouse if there’s no way to fix this and it happens every time.

I bought a Razer Kiyo X webcam in 2023. It always worked perfectly, but for the past week it has been making a clicking sound and turning off or disconnecting. Nothing has worked, not even reinstalling Windows, reinstalling or updating the driver, or reinstalling the Synapse software. I reinstalled Windows 11 because I thought it was some kind of update problem or something similar, but nothing changed. What's more, I tried it on laptops with Windows 10 and the problem is the same: the camera activates for a few seconds and then makes a clicking sound and disconnects. I tried changing the settings from 50 to 60 Hz, but nothing changed. I see many people with the same problem and I haven't been able to find a possible solution. Furthermore, Razer has not commented on the matter. I would hate to think that this is PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE, it would be very unfortunate.

Boas O meu dongle do mouse se partiu, voces sabem onde posso arranjar um novo?

i’ve always used it wiht the wireless usb, just once with the bluetooth to see if the problem was the same, and it is, it does happen more with the surround sound 7.1 but today it started without it too

 So i have the Kraken v3 Pro but my wireless dongle broke unfortunately. My friend has the same headphones but he broke his actual headphones but still has the dongle. My question is: Will I be able to use his dongle with my headphones? If yes, is there a special way to pair the “new” dongle with my headphones? 

Left for two weeks and when I came back it seems my Naga Pro can no longer keep a charge.Fully charged to 100% and if it stays idle (low power mode or sleep) it dies in less than a day. Can’t tell if this is a software issue when updated to synapse 4. Any help would be appreciated.

Buenas tardes, tengo unos auriculares Razer  Blackshark v2 x green edition.Hablé con el vendedor y me dice que me reembolsa el dinero pero claro no tienen mas auriculares y este me salió a bien de precio.Lo que necesitaría, si se pudiera, es borrar los registros que tenga mis auriculares para que pueda yo tener todas las opciones de mis auriculares, entre ellas el 7.1.  O sino un código de activación ya que al parecer hay varios registros.Si hace falta se puede mandar fotos del número de serie, fecha de compra, ticket lo que haga falta para que se pueda ver que son míos y legítimos.Un saludo y gracias.

Hello. So here i am. Ive Purchased a Kraken Kitty V2 from Digitec.ch so a Third party Company. I don’t innerstand, it says it CAN activate 7.1 Surround it even got a Card with an QR but when i used the Self Service it sayd that it is not eligable for this Headset. Is it possible to solve this with another Code or something similair? I did’nt activated it once. In Love. Daniel Mustafic.

I've just bought a Blackshark V3 Pro for use on my PC. It hasn't arrived yet, but I've just noticed it's the Xbox version. I know it's compatible with PC, but do I get the exact same functionality from it? Like THX Spatial? 

I purchased and received my mouse dock pro and basilisk v3 pro about two years ago. Everything was working fine until a few days ago. Whenever I select any value above 1000 Hz, my mouse slows down significantly, especially during gaming. I can adjust the sensitivity, but the situation remains largely the same. It's extremely slow. When I go back to 1000 Hz, it works normally. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse 4 several times, but nothing changed. I even reformatted the computer, but nothing changed.  

I received two £10 discounts via email, one for signing up for the newsletter and one for joining the rewards program yet neither of the codes work. I try to apply it to my Cobra Hyperspeed and charging dock purchase but it says “Sorry, this promo could not be applied.” This code is supposed to expire on the 4th of December as well. Kind of seems like some scam to get you to share your information.

My Deathadder V4 pro is detected by synapse and works fine with it. However, chroma is unable to detect the mouse. I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps here and nothing has worked. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling synapse, using the razer utility to remove all drivers, turning dynamic lighting off and none of that has worked. I do use corsair icue and gigabyte fusion to control the rgb on my ram and video card respectively, but I also tried disabling those as well and it still hasn’t worked.
