There is a problem with updating the firmware for my headset. I downloaded the updater, turned on the headphones, plugged in the dongle and the updater still never detects the headset. What could be the problem and the possible ways to solve it? Thanks in advance!

When every I try to change the volume on my computer using the media keys in the top right of my keyboard nothing happens and then 5 seconds later the volume will dramatically change either up or down seemingly randomly. I’ve noticed it sometimes feels delayed, like the button presses have been queued in the order I press them. In short, if I tap a volume key it acts like I'm holding it down and wont stop no matter what I do, the amount of time its held down always seems the same as well. And as of me writing this, my mute key has ceased to function correctly as well, doing the same as the volume keys. My change track and start/stop keys are still fine.

I have a Black Widow Elite and the volume jumps up on its own.  I will be going to a video on a website or even in the middle of the game and the volume level jumps from 20 to 80(give or take 15 in either direction).  Nothing is touching the volume wheel, so it's not like I accidentally bumped it and caused it to turn.  This is obviously going on at the software level as nothing is affecting the hardware...unless there is a failure in the hardware causing this...I don't know what the problem is.  I also have another problem...my escape key stopped working.  I found a site where it tests your hardware and you can click on a key and if it is working, the key on the keyboard on the screen lights up.  The ESC key doesn’t light up.  Everything else, besides the volume issue, is working just fine. I have had my keyboard for more than a few years and I absolutely love it. Could this just be my keyboard is dying and I need to replace it?  That is something I am trying to avoid as money is tigh

I need this controller to be able to use the touchpad function correctly.When i use the touchpad inside nightreign it will just act as a mouse which i dont want. i want to press it and then it will open the map like how it does with the old ps4 controller touchpad. I want to be able to actually use the touchpad function correctly  

When I turn on my headphones, the "Low Battery" message keeps popping up, even though they're 100% charged. This goes on for about 10 minutes and then goes silent. Is there a way to fix this?

Seemingly all at once my Viper V3 Pro has started having both left, right and mouse 4 and 5 button issues.Its sticking down on all of them, but only after I would say 4 hours of use, but sometimes a little sooner.I have the latest firmware, this issue has been happening for around 2 months.

Hello I purchased Razerwindow v3 tenkeyless Keyboard. it was expensive one. But left CTRL key is not working sometimes. I am a programmer, so I use that key many times. L-CTRL key is not working once a minute or 30 seconds, randomly. I am not sure why. the other keyboards work well. I tested. only this keyboard doesn't work well. Could you tell me the reason?

earlier today I spilt a small amount of milk onto the side of my keyboard I left it try dry it was working fine until I then my esc wouldn't work (it usually wouldn't work because in Synape it would be the "`" button but I could change it easily however this time I couldn't change it and then my keyboard started spamming the "j" button so I reset my pc then my keyboard just stopped working at all now I' am typing this with a different keyboard please help.

Hi! I’ve tried everything to fix titled issues to be fair.Synapse does start. I can see that it managed to launch and just stays there minimised no matter what I do. That’s basically it - it’s not functioning. Tried to repair, uninstall and install and even dancing with drums failed.Speaking of stellaris issue: Game freezes my laptop on 30% load with 75% chance and reboot is the only option. This happens with aprox 50% if no razer apps are on and this never happens if I disconnect leviathan and my razer mouse. We’ve tried to go through this with stellaris support team and they are aware of this but can not do anything. There is even a forum page on this issue.All used software is the first available on the download page so basically the latest one. Chroma works fine.Hope I’ve described the issues understandable.

I have a Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition controller.After updating controller to the latest version, the polling rate dropped from around 990Hz to about 720Hz.This drop was not present before the update, and it happens even though the controller is configured correctly. The device used to maintain a stable 1000Hz polling rate, but now Windows limits it to approximately 700–750Hz.

Have had my Hammerhead TWS Pro for a long time now. But it was still normal in the morning, then when I wanted to use it again in the afternoon, it is not working anymore. Even with charging. I have tried to clean it, have charged it, nothing work. Right earbud works fine but left earbud don't even have the "pairing" sound. What should I do?

Hello,I recently purchased a Razer DeathAdder V3 from Coupang (Korean retailer) and I'm having two issues:Warranty registration — When I try to register my product, the serial number is rejected. The serial number on my mouse is 15 characters long.Synapse 3 & 4 not detecting the mouse — The mouse works (tracking, clicking, RGB lighting), but Synapse doesn't recognize it.
