I've had a Razer Blade 15 2021 adv RZ09-0367 for two years now. Most of the time it worked fine. Until it didn't. A few months ago I started getting BSODs with the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Over time, the error became more and more frequent, until it always happened right after boot and login. Sometimes the system would reboot into the BIOS. To get it to boot into Windows, I had to shut it down completely (press the power button for a few seconds). When the system crashed, the event viewer logged a critical error with source kernel power. I've always run my laptop on the original power adapter and connected a second monitor via the USB-C port.What little I could find on the internet about the WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR was that it usually refers to a hardware error. After a few obvious checks (RAM, hard disk, etc.) that didn't point to a faulty component, I reinstalled Windows. This did the trick: the system ran smoothly for two weeks without any BSODs! I have a razer kishi v3 pro. My cpu doesn't have integrated graphics. My gpu is the rx 6500 xt. This gpu does not have hardware encoding. Is there any way to get the remote play to work through software encoding as this is what I use with obs to run my gaming streams to rumble and twitch?

In it’s infinite wisdom Microsoft updated my Win Pro to Windows Home. MS says I need to enter my Win Pro key.Where can I find it? Is it available in my Razer online account?I’m assuming it’s on my invoice, but I can’t find it.

i have a razer blade 16 mercury (Rz09-0483tem3) and the right side fan is making grinding noises not sure if the fan shroud is making contact or if its something in the fan but i need to replace it. Was hoping someone could tell me what fans i can use as replacements ive checked other related posts but non of them seemed to get answers.

So recently I have been streaming from my PS5 to my Razer Ripsaw HD that is connected to my laptop. Everything was fine until it wasn’t. My game audio is no longer there. I have tired what seems like a thousand different things. Can anyone help me figure out a solution to this problem. Not to mention I just got affiliated so this is a terrible time for this.

Hi is there anyone able to guide regarding the escape button not working as the current keyboard was out of warrenty. It been awhile since i  use it as i discard one side when i switch to a different products until recently the other keyboard broke down and bring out as spare keyboard. As i remember it was still working awhile ago until yesterday when there was some issue with the software i reinstall and afterwards it stopped working. I try reset and everything i could but unable to find the reason whats wrong . 

Hello i dont have razor synapse on and i cant update my firmware because my headset didnt come with a dongle.

So many problems, so many problems with this software. Once of the worst softwares I have seen, even cheap chinese mice have better software than this.Where to begin ok lets make a listWith synapse installed at times the computer stops recognising the mouse (I used it for weeks without the software and not a hitch, reinstalled synapse, voila, randomly stops recognising the mouse) Keybinds stop working (without the software installed they work fine with it they stop) Profile switching stops working (with the software uninstalled they work fine)I mean did you hire your dev team from wish.com? Why so much trouble in letting basic functionality work fine which it does when the software is uninstalled and is only using the onboard profile? Razer support team on email is also pathetic, randomly reply to you one fine day, and then close the ticket without solving anything 24 hours later. Amazing

Hey, all.I feel like I’m losing my mind trying to get into contact with someone from support due to an account issue - not related to ANY of my razer products. TL;DR I don’t have access to the phone number currently linked to my account anymore due to a new phone/phone number. I don’t have any authenticators or backup codes. 😭😭I just want to be able to change my phone number so I can have full access. 

My dongle has recently stopped working and I was wondering if it was possible to receive a replacement. I saw that the official dongles are out of stock on the razer website. Any help would be appreciated. I have the first iteration of the Black shark V2 Pro’s i believe but I am not sure as I bought them in around 2021.

Hey everyone, I have a pair of Razer Barracuda X Chroma headphones, and unfortunately, both of the USB-C HyperSpeed Wireless dongles have been damaged (you can see the damage in the photo attached below). The headset works fine with Bluetooth, but I really need the 2.4GHz wireless connection for the better speed and range it offers for gaming.I'm having a lot of trouble finding an official replacement dongle. Does anyone know where I can purchase a new, compatible HyperSpeed Wireless USB-C dongle for the Razer Barracuda X Chroma? Are there any third-party sellers (like eBay/Lazada/etc.) that are reputable for these specific parts? Has anyone had success contacting Razer Support for a replacement part for this model? Any advice or links would be hugely appreciated! Thank you all so much!
