I've just purchased the BW V3 Pro and cannot get the 2.4ghz wireless mode on the keyboard to work. I have tried the following. - Followed Razer instructions on 2.4ghz setup - Downloaded most recent firmware updated and both keyboard and dongle are running most recent versions - Downloaded and run both the pairing utility.

Hello there ,this is my first post and i dont know if this is the right category to be asking but i have a question regarding my Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro.I recently organized all my Macros and Shortcuts into different Profiles and now i wanted to organize it even more, is there a way to map Profiles or a profile switcher + and - to the command dial ? or even the volume wheel i would be willing to sacrifice.thanks in advance :)

At the beginning of the year I bought a Leviathan speaker and all of a sudden, it stopped playing audio when in PC mode. If I was watching a youtube video or listening to spotify, the video/music would buffer indefinitely. I would be unable to swap sources and have to turn off the speaker in order to swap the source back to my headset and a simple refresh of the video or song and we were back to normal. Using bluetooth mode also worked normally, it was only the PC mode. If I chose to let the video or song buffer, the speaker icon in the bottom left would switch to a muted speaker. Hovering over the icon would tell me that I had no audio drivers installed. The video or song would never load either, no matter how long I let it sit. Internet connection most certainly is not the issue since everything comes right back once the speaker is off. I looked into the issue back then but could not find anyone with a similar issue. I bought a Razer Edge 2nd hand in İstanbul. The seller said he bought it from Japan which was seemingly true based on the sticker on the box. After 5 or so months It randomly stopped connecting to wifi and I tried everything. Chat GPT said it was an internal issue and it needed to be sent to warranty but this is where the problem begun. The original owner threw the receipt to the trash and I cannot really prove that my device is new and within the warranty range. I dont have a lot of money so the warrant would be a lifesaver for me. I can't see my Razer product. The 7.1 section is missing from my computer, and I'm getting this warning. I haven't been able to get it to work at all, and even when I turn off all sound from the headphones, I still hear faint computer sounds. I'm connecting to the computer with a dual cable, and 7.1 doesn't appear in the system.

So I have the Razer huntsman mini v3 pro and at first the keyboard did type but the rgb wasnt on for some reason so I tried to find a solution and ended up factory reseting it but now the rgb is on but it does not type, I have uninstalled the hardware and reset my pc but nothing changed, please help thanks.

2 months ago I bought a Razer Viper V2 Pro(black) on amazon (Razer store on amazon). The mouse stopped working all of a sudden, which means there is no LED light at all when I plug it into the charger, nor the USB on the PC, nor the USB on the laptop, nor does it work wirelessly. I also have a white version of the same device that works normally on all devices, wireless and plugged in. The device is of course under warranty, and I don't know where to send it for service. amazon does not offer "return" or similar links, but only a support link that throws me on Razer's pages, where it is impossible to find anything about it.
