Hello, my dongle stopped working a while ago, after firmware update. I think the warranty has expired, but since the problem with dongle has been kinda huge is there anything you could do?

Hello I have a microsoft surface Pro 11 with windows 11 Home. i have downloaded and operated multiple razer softwares but 2 of them refuse to open at first the windows error would pop up that would say this software doesn't support this  version of windows. Those softwares are 7.1 surround sound and the razer axon software i haven't found a way to fix it and haven’t found a way to contact support.

2 Hour ago, The Razer Siren Elite all of a sudden told me it does not recognize the USB connection anymore, the microphone itself isn’t working/lighting up and it’s like that in other PCs as well.fast forward to me after deleting all the related drivers, restarting the computer, rebooting, even switching the type c cable to check if the issue was in the microphone itself (seemingly, yeah….it somehow interprets the connection not as a microphone)….. The computer did, however, recognize the USB. But not as  a microphone, just as “Bravo HD FW Update” (which I could not located the related driver of) Would very much appriciate help with this issue as I could not find a solution on the internet. Pic of said issue:https://ibb.co/02V1btY Thank you very much for reading this,Razergox :) 

My headphones is low battery. It shows solid red when i turned it on. When i plug it in, it shows blinking red. It has been charging for more than half a day and it is still blinking red. I remove it from charging it is still low battery showing solid red when i turned on. I tried different cables and sockets and still the same issue. It was a great headset and i want to continue using it, is there a repair site for razer? Thank you,

How do I fix a sound issue on my Razer Blackshark v2 X? After I installed the Surround Sound 7.1 the headset stopped working and I can’t hear anything anymore.

Hopefully, this sparks a good discussion.Here’s the rundown: Ornata V2 & Cynosa V2: Lighting sometimes freezes, macros glitch, and global key settings occasionally don’t save. It’s annoying, especially when switching between games. Synapse Saga: I’m not a beta tester, yet Synapse 4 feels forced on me. Some features from Synapse 3 disappeared or stopped working, and it doesn’t always save profiles properly. Controllers & Tartarus Pro: Default forward/back keys sometimes don’t work as intended. Configuring takes trial and error. Peripheral Love/Hate: I tried BlackWidow Chroma V2, Taipan, and Basilisk — each has its quirks, but build quality and design often redeem the software headaches.

Hi,I have a naga trinity mouse (the one with interchangeable keypad on left side). I’m using the pad with 12 buttons.I have razer central software to configure the keybinds and it works perfectly on my PC. I have 2 profiles, one that seems to be default (PC name) and the oner custom I created.I use the custom one… and every button as said works fine. If I press the button on the bottom of the mouse it changes colors matching the memory integrated profiles (but all 4 of them I have setted the custom profile).My mouse is connected to a KVM (keyboard/mouse/monitor switch) that I use to move between my PC and Xbox.When I switch to the Xbox the mouse seems to “reset” to the default profile (PC - name), if I go back to PC mouse gets the customprofile again.But...If before switching to Xbox on KVM I close razer central software, and then I switch to Xbox, it doesn’t “reet”/lose the custom profile and I can use the custom profile keybinds on my Xbox.So my question is.. is there a way to make t

F9-F12 keys don't work. as well as the backspace, backslash and enter button. Tried doing hard reset. Uninstalled and installed synapse. Manual uninstallation thru device manager. Still unresponsive. Does anyone had and solve this problem? thanks

Hi, I’ve had my Iskur v1 XL for about 4 years now and the Welding at the base has finally snapped which is a little insane im Definitely out of warranty but have the serial number, i was wondering if i could buy a replacement base for the chair if at all possible instead of dropping money on a V2 or X

mine were lost in cross country move a week ago as they were misplaced or misplaced by mover. I have my original razer.com order number. Hello!The  “grill sticker” on the left side of my Razer Blade Stealth 2013 slid off today. I’ve never picked at it or pulled it off before -- it just slid right off while typing. I honestly didn’t even know it was a sticker until now. Is there a way for me to safely glue it back on without damaging anything? Hi, can I get some help with my headset pls? My 2 year old Blackshark V2 Pro won't turn on or charge: there’s a slow red flashing charging light that never turns green.Tried updating firmware, but I’m up to date; the firmware util detects the headset via USB, but Synapse won’t.3.5mm audio output works as normal - but that includes no mic input, which I need from this. Thanks.

Hello,My sons headset that is still under warranty has broken.  I have been directed to the Razer Support page to contact them for an replacement. I enter the serial # and it show’s it is still under warranty, it then gives me the option to chat but the chat button is greyed out and there is nothing that can be done.  There are no other contact details - no email or phone # either to contact support.please help - I have a very grumpy 15 year old!Thank you.

I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X yesterday. I'm trying to register it, but it says it's already registered. It was completely sealed when I bought it. Is it possible to somehow re-register the product to get the code for 7.1 function?

After a year or 2 I unplugged it, tried different ports and computers and always same result. Barely any lights coming out near hub.Any help would be appreciated, seems to be defect if I compare to similar threads with the same problem. What can I do to get that resolved?

Had to reopen this as I am having the same problem but the original thread is closed with no solution. They just asked the OP to send in their logs. That is not a solution the rest of us can follow to fix this issue. I have the Basilisk V3 and it shows up in Synapse but I can’t add it or have it recognized in Chroma Studio. This problem started happening as soon as I was forced to update to Synapse 4. Everything worked in Synapse 3. 

I need an extension chord for my speakers. It looks line a 9 pin Mini-Din. Will any 9 pins work or do they have to be specific ones?
