Razer Support

I’m having the same issue as everyone else, I only got my keyboard last January 3, 2026, and it wont charge past 5%, i tried all the steps that I can find, update windows, uninstall synapse4, reset keyboard (esc, caps + spacebar), update windows, update firmware, plug to all usb ports available in my pc as well as wall socket. Cant use it as wireless anymore unless it’s plugged in. Saw that a lot of people are having the same issue, what’s going on Razer? 

hello guys, since a week or so i have,Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K + Mouse Dock Pro Bundle.but im not pleased with it,i hope razer want to change it or add these functions the charging light is way to bright, and i don't know if i can dim it or turn it off, or give it a different effect that is less annoying because when i watch movies i place it on the dock to charge, and the light is so bright it is distracting, razer could give the charge light functions or custom effects to  the sleep , can it be completely turned off ?, i don’t like it , the wake up is slow i don't know if its normal,after the mouse enter sleeps mode i have to move it to wake it up, i can’t simply press a button because the mouse don't react,also after waking it up the wheel mechanism kicks in for some w/e stupid reason,i have it on free spin i don't like tactile, this adds 1-2 more sec before i can use the mouse witch is annoying,can that also be changed? my previous mouses never had these problems but then again th

This I think will be my last question and will determine if I’ll jump into the big investment. Thank you for any information in advance. 

Tartarus series peripherals missing from firmware list in support directory.https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4166/kw/firmwareI’m specifically looking for the Tartarus Pro firmware.I’m not sure why firmware version check/update was removed from Synapse.Are we ever going to get a new keypad? If we are, can we get a dedicated escape key and not use the caps lock key?

The M4 button looks like it can’t stay placed in the little socket, it looks like it’s popped out though it still works it just looks like it’s out of place compared to the other rear buttons. Is there a way I could get a set of replacement buttons?

I had just finished setting up a few details in my razerid.razer.com dashboard and then clicked on the “lock” icon. I thought it would first ask if I wanted to lock it, or at least what it was about to do, but it just locked my profile settings. How can I unlock my profile settings again? I can still log into my account, it is just the profile settings for things like enabling 2FA and other things I want access to again.

My armrest for keyboard razer blackwidow chroma v2 has gone bad. How can i replace it? Can i order just an armrest?

I just purchased these from Target earlier today and unless I’m going crazy, these things simply won’t power on. It says that there’s supposed to be a light signal on it to tell you if it’s even on or paired or whatever and the light never comes on. I see the bluetooth being paired onto my PC just fine, but power seems to be possible out of this and I don’t understand why. I tried the charger in like 6 different USB ports on my PC, and even my phone charger off my PC and it simply won’t play any audio. 

I plugged in my razer kiyo today and all i could get it to do was turn on the ring light but nothing else. I don’t see it in my device manager and in my razer synapse its just marked as disconnected. Since then i changed the port it from 2.0 to 3.0 and removed it from razer synapse and the light has since stopped working.  any fixes or advice would be helpful if it’s broken oh well 

I need to force close all Razer apps and restart Synapse 4 + Chroma app to fix it.I have 2 Hue Play bars linked and that seems to be a much more stable app, since it recovers by itself after I restart the Razer apps.I'm using Spectrum cycling not based on audio and have: Nommo V2 Pro, Chroma Base station and Chroma Aether monitor light, 2 Hue Play bars.I also updated Nommo firmware to latest with firmware updater. Is it normal that Synapse 4 Chroma is so unstable? Invested heavily in Razer Chroma since 2 weeks ago.

Hello, I have a cynosa V2 that after the last synapse update has problems with the volume keys. To raise or lower the volume completely I have to press several times, while with the app closed it returns to work normally, and that is if I hold down the key the volume flows until the key is released, so I think it's a synapse problem. Thank you.

Razer Synapse is showing my Blackshark V2 as “Device is switched off”. My headset works without any issues when connected via USB. How can i fix this?

I just opened my Razer blackshark v3 pros, and was initially very happy with them. I wore them for a gaming session and they sounded great, were super comfortable, but when I went to take them off, I noticed rattling coming from inside the right earcup. It sounds as if there is a screw or piece of plastic that’s loose inside of it, and every time I move the headphones or tilt them, I hear it rattling around inside of the earcup. I bought these through amazon, so should I just return them, or is there a way to open them up and get whatever plastic piece that’s in there out? 

So i am having this exact issue with a brand new Barracuda X i bought today.  https://insider.razer.com/razer-support-45/razer-barracuda-x-84706  Brand new out of the box, will not charge (not on USB, not on a separate controlled power supply (shows no currnent at all) nor on regular charger. It blinks red twice fast, and stops after a short period. Second scenario it just maintains a steady red an does not charge.  I cannot find any info about either status led, please assist. 

If I buy the Razer Kraken V4 Pro by a third party Amazon seller brand new, does the 2 year warranty still stand or do I need to buy from Amazon directly only? Thank you in advance.

The mic on my headset is having issues and I want to contact the support since it’s been less than a year since i purchased the headset, but the serial number sticker has fallen off and I don’t have the box. I saw some people saying that they can use the razer synapse software to check for serial number but that doesn’t work with xbox edition. Is there any way for me to find it bcz i rly want a new mic :(

Hi Together,is here an ownler of a razer Balde 16 2025 who will be so kind to send me theColour calibration files of his laptop?My Blade was in repair (Trackpad at razer service) during the repair they killed my Display (long story)  they also changed myainboard and SSD so my calibration files are gone.Now I am searching for some files to disable the massage attached.C:\ProgramData\Portrait Displays\Razer\Would someone be so Kind to copy his files and send it to me via dropbox link (or similar)I know that the files will not suit to my Display, but the error message bothers me :-)Thank you!!!

Will the Naga V2 Pro work with the PS5? I'm looking for a mouse with a few more buttons to play Warthunder. The Naga V2 Pro's 6 buttons seem like a good fit, but I'd like to know if it will work with Warthunder on the PS5. I have a PC, so I think I can set it up.

I would just like to raise awareness of my Trackball musings over in the the Mice and Surfaces section.I have read some related topics while posting this that trackball response is much slower than modern optical mice.However as I stated in my reply in Mice, I am an Ancient Gamer/Disabled Veteran with arthritis issues in all joints especially hand,wrist,elbow, and shoulder so moving a mouse around on the desktop just does not work for me even if it is very light in weight. I have expounded here on what I had wrote there to make you aware on the difficulties I am having…Along the same line, I mentioned a replacement better keyboard than I have currently (it is wireless) from RazEr with my issues and what I mentioned already there in mind…As I also mentioned, I am here because I just purchased a RazEr Kraken V4 Pro headset which I really like.
