I have a rainbow effect on my keyboard and just got rid of my Logitech mouse and got a Razer Basilisk V3.  I always had my default profile on my mouse as blue and each mouse mode had different keybinds for the 3 buttons on the side.  I want to make it so my mouse changes lighting (simple, not advanced) lighting so I can differentiate them but it force syncs the lighting type on my mouse with my keyboard so when I turn the lighting of my mouse to SIMPLE it forces SIMPLE on my keyboard which should be ADVANCED.  I just want their lighting to be completely seperate and my mouse have different lighting based on profile.  

i insert the dongle to my pc with the type A adapter, not straight type C. my pc reads the dongle as barracuda X chroma. i turn on the headset and then it says "turn on", then "pairing.." and after a minute or two, it says power off. Meanwhile is not connecting to the pcPS. i dont have bluetooth on my pc

Can Razer Baarucada X Chroma be charged with original Apple charger? 

It was working when I left the house but when I came back home it just suddenly does not work I have tried updating driver and it says its up to date. Anyone else has this issue?

My numeric keys do not display correctly, e.g. Key 2 does not display @ when shift is pressed, Key 3 does not display # when shift is pressed. seems like an Alien keyboard and is not fit for my purpose. Any Ideas will be welcome.

I recently bought the Razer DeathAdder V2 X Hyperspeed, and according to the official product description, it supports onboard memory for saving custom profiles. However, in Razer Synapse, I’m not seeing any option related to onboard memory or profile storage.Because of this, I’m unable to save custom profiles directly to the mouse for use on other systems, which is a key feature I was expecting. I haven’t updated the mouse firmware yet—could that be the reason? Or is there something else I need to do to access onboard memory for this specific model?Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

I’m looking to modify the PCB of my razor huntsman mini, I’m going to turn it into a macropad used for shortcuts, to do so i would need to make the PCB much smaller to make it fit into the housing that i have already prepared. I have a razor kiyo pro and its been good for like a year but all of a sudden it stopped focusing like normal the auto and manual focus doesn't work its only focuses from 1 inch to 5 inches away from the camera no further what do I do I cleaned the cam many times aswell any help

Hello! Recently (2025-04-21), I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features.

Even though I said send a new code, the activation code has not been sent to my e-mail address. It says sent, but it has not been sent despite trying many times. I checked my spam box and it is not there either. My e-mail address is (REMOVED) product serial number: (REMOVED)

Whenever i go to the app, it wont show the battery. Whenever i plug the mouse in wired, it works but the app says its disconnected and doesnt show it.

When I try to register the Razer Blackshark V2 X to my account, it says it has already been registered.

So i recently purchased razer blackshark v2x usb version and i have noticed that when ever i play any game while the headphones are plugged  the whole server just freezes for few seconds and then gets back to normal . its not an internet issue or fps issue like in valorant i am the only one who moves then i get teleported back to my orignal spot and in between the voice chat also stops and it happens in every 5 min for 4-5 seconds which becomes pretty annoying. PLEASE HELP
