Hi I have a razer blackwidow chroma and the left shift and ctrl randomly both stopped working at the same time when I turned my PC on, but was both working before I turned it off. I had Razer Synapse 4 and have re-installed and installed Razer Synapse 3, neither which solved the issue. They also dont work when plugging into another PC. I have removed the keys and cleaned them too, but it seems odd for them both to stop at the same time. Thanks 

I’ve had the viper v3 pro for only a few months and has been working fine since today, the charging is now slow (only 30% over 2 hours) and nothing to try and solve the issue works. I asked ChatGPT what to do it said try software and hardware resetting I did the software one and it changed nothing and when I try the hardware way to reset it doesn’t work or do anything. I tried another cable and it didn’t resolve the issue as well as the back and top ports of my pc. Any solutions or info is greatly appreciated as this is very frustrating for only having the mouse for a couple of months now.

It used to work like two months ago, but now i can‘t connect it to my pc or Laptop. The cabel is not broken because i tryed it on my headset. What should i do?

I’ve had my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro for a while, and this issue has been happening since the first week. At this point, I just can’t tolerate it anymore. The headset randomly disconnects with two beeps, causing me to lose audio for 5-10 seconds before it comes back. It’s extremely frustrating when it happens in the middle of a game or a video. I’ve tried every fix I could find in posts and guides, but nothing works. There’s nothing blocking the connection between the headset and the dongle, so the signal should be strong. Can you please check this issue?

I have Razer blade 15 2020 base model and I want to downgrade bios. I could not find any answers and solutions. The utility  program does not allow you to downgrade so can anyone help ??

Just purchased the hammerhead 2021 yesterday and casually using it today. Just watch 1hour of anime and just checked the app for curiosity and seems the right pair is draining fast. What things i can do before asking for a replacement on the store i got it with?  

Hi community, I need your help. I just bought the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless 2021 today and noticed that there is a significant battery difference despite it being charged to full. I already tried the method recommended by Razer Support but to no avail. A difference of 2 to 3% is fine for me however it is concerning that there is a huge difference when I just bought it today. Is it a glitch, factory defect, or a firmware bug?

I'm curious if the intel arc pro b60 dual 48g in a Razer core X v2 would register 1 or both of the gpus on the unit? I fully understand bandwidth limits but for llms it would only be an issue on on initial load.The real question  comes down to if the Core X V2 can deal with the bifurcation the card uses. I expect the answer to be a resounding no but with so many boards trading out pcie lanes for high speed type c ports i figured it was worth an ask and honestly not interested in building a dedicated machine for messing with llms.

My basilisk v3 is not working because of the infinity scroll and that was the only reason i got the mouse and i think its a software issue because when i installed synapse it bricked my mouse and worked 4 hours on it to realise it was the scroll wheel

I lost the dongle to my keyboard and I had both my keyboard and Basilisk V3 Pro on the same dongle. I'm having issues with my Basilisk right now and every time I try to fix it my keyboard goes out. Which dongle do I need for the Deathstalker Pro TKL keyboard, or what dongle should I get alternatively for my Basilisk so I can finish trying to repair it?   I have been following a separate thread  to get my Basilisk working again but I cannot continue till I once again have my keyboard and mouse on separate dongles.    

Hello I have a problem with my address. When I input it it automatically fills the RMA form but when I press next it says “Please choose the address from your region”. The address is the same as one in the invoice

Unfortunately, this product is not eligible for registration.Is what it says, i bought a razer blade 2022 since i really liked the look of the razer laptops, i bought it on ebay in like new condition, i wanted to register my product for a system image recovery but Razer is not letting me saying the message earlier. I need help so i can register my product. 

the camera connects, identifies, and then immediately disconnects. this causes it to not be usable as a camera, as the data stream is inconsistent to the computer. It will occasionally reconnect, and then disconnect again.  It seams that there is some issue, and I’m almost certain i need to get a RMA. As the connection is unstable, the firmware tool can’t identify the camera, and when plugged into a different computer the camera doesn’t even identify.I’m 100% willing to try any troubleshooting suggestions, but i do not see their outcome as likely to succeed.

Recently updated to this version of Synapse on my machine.  Before this, my Razer Basilisk v3 Pro was working fine, now it will not enable the SMART-REEL even though the radio button is turned on. I’ve swapped the profile, deleted it and recreated it, swapped to FREE-SPIN and back to TACTILE with SMART-REEL off, and then turned it on, and it still doesn’t work. It is connected via bluetooth, and it never had a problem before.

I have been using this keyboard for around a month now and for some reason the F11 key stopped from changing from full screen to window I try testing if the key is broken or something but it works just fine I know not being able to changing from full screen to window is not a big deal but I’m losing my mind and I cant find anyone with the same problem on internet I would love to know if someone have a solution for this problem

Hi. I have Barracuda X 2022 headphones. I installed THX Spatial. There are no problems with positioning; it works well. However, it suppresses loud sounds nearby. For example, firing my weapon and reloading are the same volume. A claymore exploding nearby might not be heard at all. It seems like a narrowed dynamic range, like FM radio.How can I adjust this?

Hey, today all my custom Profiles are lost. The Profile names still there but all changed keys are gone. If I try to create a new Profile it keeps resetting. It wont save at all. I tried everything including clean Install etc...

I bought these headphones and if I try to use the product serial code it tells me that it is activated and I have to contact support.

Last year I purchased the Razer Blackshark V2 X headset on Amazon. Sadly the right ear has stopped working and now sound only comes out of the left ear. The warranty policy states that Amazon is an authorised seller and that headphones have a warranty of two years. I have been searching for a solid 40 minutes trying to find out how I can make my warranty claim. I’ve been going in circles and have been thinking of some rather choice words that could be said to whoever designed this website. I can provide proof of purchase however I do not have the serial number. The serial number did not come on the headphones, and I have since disposed of the box (cause this product is now a year old. Any help (including telling me my chances of claiming the warrant are FUBAR) would be greatly appreciated.  Edit: I have tried to go through Amazon, they just keep sending me back here to this infernal loop of agony masquerading as a customer support page.

Hi. Last week I purchased the Blackshark V3 Pro headset and Deathadder V4 Pro mouse. I didn't purchase it from the official Razer website. Is there any chance I can get a Razer skin? I see the skin in the game, but it's inactive.

Razer Synapse 4 software custom programming for button configurations not working when connected via 2.4 Ghz wireless. However, it connects and is detected correctly via USB cable wired and all custom button programming works as intended.Windows 11 - All updates performed and updated.Razer Synapse V4 - Latest software installed.Razer Basilisk V3 Pro - Lates firmware installed.Tasks performed; Razer synapse software uninstalled. Driver clean-up tool used. Reinstalled synapse 4 software. Changed out Basilisk V3 Pro hardware for another unit. No change to Windows 11 device manager.Looking for some assistance in fixing this problem. Please advise.User: Zipman_13
