I purchased a Razer Leviathan v2 recently, and I’ve noticed that Synapse 4 doesn’t have any effect when I try and change EQ or spacial audio settings. I downloaded the THX spacial audio app, which does work when I try and change settings, but it’s asking me to pay $30 to unlock the app after the trial. I tried to purchase the app through the store, made the payment, and saw the success page but then received an email saying that my order was cancelled and I should contact customer support, which I already did. I had a 5 minute chat with an AI assistant which was less than helpful. Anyone got ideas? Everything says I should be able to use Synapse 4 to EQ and calibrate THX, but no dice there, and I can’t use the special audio app until I find a way to purchase it. Thanks!
Hello since Firmware Version 2.2.0.0 for the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro, the mute button does not function porperly or functions in a weird way on Windows 11. When I press it, it mutes the microphone which is correct, but it also Turns the microphones input value in Windows to 0. The issue is when I press the button to unmute again, it does not set it back to the value it had before and it stays at 0 which means my friends and teammates are unable to here me everytime I unmute via the headsets button. Can you fix this issue? I think the button does not need to touch the Windows input Volume, as it is possible to just press a “Mute” in windows itself, so IDK why it turns the input Volume to 0 anyway as it in addition uses the Windows Mute function. Thanks for your help in advance and I hope this will be fixed in future updates, otherwise the mute button is going to be a hassle to use.
Hello,My Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro wireless dongle is completely undetected , bricked. It does not appear in Windows Device Manager, Linux lsusb, dmesg -w, or journalctl -kf on multiple USB ports and multiple systems. There is no USB enumeration at all.The mouse itself works when connected by cable, but the wireless dongle appears to be dead. I have already tried different USB ports, different computers, Windows, and Linux, but the dongle shows no sign of life.Because the dongle is not detected at all, I cannot use the firmware updater or Synapse to repair or re-pair it. Also, as far as I can see, replacement dongles for this model are not sold separately in Turkey, so I cannot simply buy a new one locally.Could you please help me get a replacement wireless dongle for my Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro, or provide another solution so I can use the mouse wirelessly again?Thank you.
Hi thereI have an out of warranty Razer Iskur chair. Still works like a charm but the seat leather has cracks all over it, and the right armrest pad is also damaged.
I am used to using the wired version of the Blackshark V2 Pro headphones No EQ button. I have had them for a few years but I wanted to use them wireless due to an issue with my computer causing videogame audio to be put through my mic even when the mic was physically disconnected or headset button muted. So I charged them and plugged in the USB dongle I had gotten with the headset and turned it on. The computer (windows 10) said it was set up and all my setting are set to input/output from the headset but no audio is coming out and no mic audio is being picked up. The headset turns on directly to a blue light and only flashes red/green when charging. I have tried to hold the power down to turn on Bluetooth connect to see if it would connect to my phone but it doesn't seem to enter the mode. It shouldn’t be Bluetooth connected to anything else as I have turned off Bluetooth on all my other devices thinking that may be the problem. I have tried a few different USB ports on the PC thinki

I have an issue with my Razer BlackWidow V4. Ever since I bought it, the Backspace key has been acting strange. It generally works, but if I spam it, it gets physically stuck in the down position. If I tap it a few times, it pops back up. This is incredibly frustrating because when I'm typing and need to hit Backspace a couple of times, it ends up erasing half my text.!--tgqphd|[]-->This is definitely not a software issue because the key physically catches and stays down. What should I do about this? Is it a known defect, or is it supposed to latch like that if pressed at a certain angle? Hi all,It seems a reoccurring issue happened again today.Been using the said mouse for a while now. Everything was just great, until the scroll wheel just stopped working. Any other function on the scroll wheel is working fine, just not the scroll part.- Have used compressed air to clean (while not really needed though)- Removes all razer software using Revo Uninstaller to remove everything- Rebooted the pc after uninstalling the software- Reinstalled all software (Synapse 4 and Chroma App)- Rebooted PC again- Tried the device firmware update (which told me I was already on the latest firmware) Nothing worked.Any suggestions are most welcomeMany thanks in advance !
Often receiving “stuttering” audio on sounds always consistently being reproducible on the same sounds. If I increase the overall volume of the headset to a certain level than it seems to stop it stuttering. EQ would seem the obvious thing here but I’m using a completely flat EQ.Connection Issues would seem like the next obvious thing but I’ve tried using a wired connection as well as Bluetooth and 2.4 wireless. I’m also not connecting the wired connection through any USB hubs and its always consistently on the same sounds.Ive made sure there are no windows enhancements and I’ve also tried on different devices including phone(android),PC(windows) and a laptop(windows).Ive also made sure to update the firmware to version 1.3. I’m also testing with the Microphone muted. lastly I am not using the surround sound feature and I’m using Razer synapse 4.0.86. Test audio can be found below where the first 10 seconds creates alot of audio stuttering. Seems to only occur when volume of headset
I just got my blackshark and i have noticed that mid game of CS2 the game audio blows out/ goes robotic. I have looked it up and there is no response or fix to this issue. I am hoping for something otherwise I am returning this headset.

Hello Support Team, My Razer Naga Trinity has two buttons on the 7 button interchangable Thumb Plate that intermittently stop working for me. The device is well outside warranty and not available for purchase anymore. Since I am unable to purchase a new mouse that comes with this thumb plate, am I able to purchase a replacement from Razer? I have a Razer Viper V2 Pro. I’ve been using it for a decent amount of time. However the wireless dongle seems to no longer work. My mouse doesn’t connect to it & the computer doesn’t seem to recognize the dongle as plugged in. I’ve tried to update the firmware, but can only do so for the mouse & not the dongle.

I have been using my headset for about 8 months or so and my mic just suddenly quit working or showing up in any of my programs i have the microphone plugged in but nothing i do will let make it activate. I am not sure if its something wrong with the headset or the mic it’s self because everything else is perfect with the headset.

Dear Support Team,I purchased a Razer Kraken V3 X headset approximately 1.5 years ago. It has been working perfectly, and I have been very satisfied with the product.However, I recently noticed a crack developing on the headband. I am surprised because the headset has never been dropped, mishandled, or subjected to rough use. In fact, it has not been used heavily. The crack appeared one day and, by the following day, the headband had completely broken into two parts.I would like to know if this issue can be resolved under the product warranty. If the damage is not covered by warranty, would it be possible to replace only the headband instead of the entire headset?I genuinely like this product and would prefer to repair it rather than discard it due to the broken headband. What I’ve found is that an enhancement is ONLY applied if it is actively selected in the UI.For example: If I select Mic Noise Cancellation and set it to 40, I can no longer hear keystrokes in Mic Preview, Sound Recorder, Discord Preview, etc. However if I swap the Enhancement Tab to something else, like Vocal Clarity, the noise cancellation is no longer getting applied and I can hear every keystroke.I tested different USB ports, windows settings, device settings, etc. Nothing fixes this issue. Hello, I have had my Razer blackshark v2 for years (since 2021) and had the slowly worsening issue of my ear pad coming off. I have looked everywhere for a way to have this fixed before I have to attempt to glue the pads back on once they fall off. Razor’s answer to the question for other people are just buy a replacement and follow our guide which their guide has no “how to” on how to get the actual attaching bracket or bit that the newer ear pads connect to. So if anyone has any link to something or found a solution other than buying a new headset that would be great. Heck if Razor actually acknowledged the fact they had done this and would give an actual fix that would be great.This is the only issue I am having with my headset other than that everything works great!
