Hi thereLast night, I had the blue light of death I have read about with my almost 3 year old Deathadder V2 Pro (which I used to love).The mouse became unresponsive showing a permanent blue light, it would not turn off and It would not work, so I left it to drain the battery. This morning he was back alive after charging a bit but now Synapse says “Device is switched off” when I am clearly using it right now…I need to be able to access Synapse so I can turn all the lights off so I can use it at work without the battery running out… Anyone has solved this?Oh, I have turn it on and off, restarted my pc, re-installed the drivers, the firmware...everything all the guides recommend and nothing. 🙁

I recently tried to activate the noise cancelling on mic through Synapse but the device is not being detected, I installed both Synapse 3 and 4, changed USB ports (to a 3.0) but nothing happened. I found in an older thread that I needed pairing utility, but my model wasnt available for selection despire it saying on the box that it has all that stuff. What could be the issue?

S/N not detecting. Bought from a genuine source with 1 year warranty. mouse not showing up on synapse 3 or 4. Did complete re-install along with driver cleanup no help. S/N: IO2408H20494031

why i cant get any response on cs in razergold? 

I had this problem as of the last two updates to synapse where synapse no longer pulls CPU and GPU data such as Temps and Speeds. Because of this my Hanbo AIO and PWM fans no longer adjust to the fan curves I have set. They still read the fan and pump speeds as well as liquid temps, but nothing else. I have already contacted support but was unsuccessful in getting a good answer. I have completely wiped and done a complete clean install of razer and all peripheral software, but that too has yielded no results. Hey all, Just purchased a Kishi v2 Pro and am pretty impressed so far, however, it won’t function as a controller and charge at the same time. If the charger is plugged into Kishi before the phone, the phone will charge but the controller doesn’t work and isn’t recognized. If you plug it in after the phone is in the cradle, the controller works fine but the pass thru charging doesn’t. USB is set to default (no data transfer) and I cannot modify it.  Any help appreciated, thanks!

In the keyboard selector I am forced to either go for US layout + Yellow switches or Orange switches + UK layout. I am mostly gaming so need linear (yellow) switches with UK layout, when are they coming?

It works normal when I shut down the Synapse program, but as soon as I open Synapse, all the Key stop working and volume dial only does scroll up and down function not volume control function. I did followed all the instructions on the other thread experiencing pretty same issue. But it still not working.I tried the other usb port,I removed and reinstall Razer Synapse program and driver with driver clean up tool.Restarted my computer couple time.Checked firmware is up to date. It’s still not working.Now what?

I´ve seen this issue in many threads and the same happens to me. Whenever i connect the headset with or without the dongle, the wireless mic doesn´t work, it only works with the 3.5 jack or wirlessly with the detachable mic. Hope y’all can help. <3

Hello, I have the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro bluetooth earbuds and my left earbud won’t play any audio. It shows the earbud on the app and the tap combinations work on it, but it just won’t play any audio. I have tried cleaning the outside wax or debris and no luck. Is the speaker just burnt or something or could there be a fix?

Dongle stopped working out of nowhere, no matter what USB port I plugged into my pc wouldn’t connect. Tried on multiple PC’s with no results. I’ve been using bluetooth but there is so much latency to game seriously. 

I just bought the keyboard, and from the first time I used it, I noticed that the color of the bottom RGB strip was different from the keyboard lighting.

I have had this keyboard since 2022 and no issues, however possible since Synapse v4 the RGB lights are off. Caps, works but the keys don’t light up. If I remove the USB cable and plug back in then all is good for 4 seconds and then they turn off again. Any ideas as to the problem ? PS. I have performed a device reset and no change.

hello, i’ve had this orochi v2 for a little over a year now. it first started doing this like 3 months ago and at first i didn’t mind but it only got worse and its basically unusable now. the dongle has always been connected directly to the motherboard and i tried deleting and re-instaling synapse but nothing worked. can someone please help me

Hi community! I am looking for a potential solution of emergency battery charge when traveling! Previous laptops has had a usb-c alternative charger port or main charger. I am wondering if there’s any known powerbanks or adapters i could leverage for the powercharger port in my Blade 14 (2025). appreciate thougths and help !

I’ve had these headphones for a while, and the battery has now deteriorated to a point where it only lasts 10 minutes at most. I’m pretty sure that I’m past the warranty on this thing, so I wanted to attempt to replace the battery manually, but I cannot find out where it even is. Has anyone done this and can help me with it?

just got my new BlackShark V2X headset today, but when I tried to get the 7.1 surround sound working, I couldn't get the activation code because the website keeps telling me "This product is already registered. If you haven't registered it, please contact Razer Support."

Hey guys by any chance does anyone here use a razer headset with their xbox if so does it work fine? i just got the hello kitty razer headset and for some reason im not getting any sound. when i plug it in directly to my xbox it lights up but no sound i checked all the settings. it has a usb end so i got a usb to headphone jack adapter to plug it into my controller when i do that no lights at all from the headset or sound compared to when its plugged in directly to the xbox it lights up at least. any ideas??

The cursor of Razer Basilisisk Essential remains flashing in the upper left corner or the lower right corner. I can't move it. No matter how I drag the mouse, the cursor still stays at the upper left corner or the lower right corner. The left and right keys and the scroll wheel are working properly. If you are running into issues where you are unable to move diagonally with the Tartarus d-pad-stick thing, the problem happens when you change the usage from the 4-way to 8 in Synapse. Not sure why it does this, and maybe Razer can get it figured out, but if your diagonal option doesn’t work, like trying to press W and A, or S and D, save your settings in the 4-way option and restart your computer. When your computer comes back on, it should be working normally. You can still change the buttons, like from WASD to the arrows, or whatever you want, but AS SOON AS YOU CHANGE IT FROM 4 TO 8 DIRECTION, even if you change it back, it will cease to work and you have to restart your computer.Hope this helps!
