I’m upgrading from the 2021 Blade14 to the latest 2025 Blade 14 laptop. The new power adapter for the new Blade14 is rated at 200W. I have 2 power adapters from my 1st generation 2021 Blade 14s rated at 230W. Will I have any issueds using my old power adapters with the new blade? are they compatible? or will I fry the new laptop if I use thwm?

Deathadder v3 Pro is not connecting to dongle all of a sudden.  USB port works fine. Mouse works fine when connected to random charging cable.

Strange things happen to my Leviathan V2X. At first, every time I start the PC it does not connect to Synapse and the pc that I have to unplug and plug back the cable, and it will work fine if I do that. Then I tried to set it as default audio option on my pc, all of a sudden the computer just can not detect the speaker, while it shows connected to Synapse, it does not show in PC’s audio option and it does not function in PC mode, meanwhile the Bluetooth mode works just fine. I have tried to update the firmware, reconnect the cable and restart the computer, but they do not help. Does anyone encountered the same issue and know the solution? I will be very appreciated!

So i got my razer mouse last Xmas and had no problem with it, until this morning, i saw the cursor was lagging, then when i looked in synapse i saw that if i stopped using it for 2 seconds it turns off and even if i use it, it disconnects and reconnects even though it is fully charged. The problem persists even when wired. I tried to reinstall the firmware and synapse itself, but the problem was still here.I also tried on another computer, same problem, it keeps turning on and off. I tried to loo everywhere for a solution, only saw an user on this website had the same problem, but didn’t see any solution

Hi.My sons Barracuda X 2022 headset stopped giving sound in wireless mode.It sounds fine when connected to the PC wired, and everything works as it should.It powers on wireless, connects to everything, just no sound at all. Also when the mute button is on,  it doesn't power on.And if it's on and I mute it,  if I just push the power button it just power down.I've tried everything, even checked the firmware. I've found a post with similar symptoms,  but doesn't show a fix for this.Can someone help me figure this out?Thanks in advance.  P.S.: Sorry for my English, but I'm Portuguese. 

So, my Barracuda x 2022 headset isn`t turning on when the mic button is pressed and when it is not pressed, the headset tuns, connects to any device but there is no audio at all. Can anyone give me some help?EDIT: I checked and the mic is working, but i cant hear anything  

Razer BlackShark V2 X licensed by Sony, black, RZ0403241000 with black cables.                                                                     VS Standard version Razer Blackshark V2 X Black, RZ0403240100R which has green cables. Do they both come with the same accessories in the box? (Cables etc.) Does the Sony licensed version come with 7.1 surround like the standard Blackshark v2 x? Does the Sony licensed version come with the code to activate 7.1 surround? Or if I register the headset on the website will I receive the activation code?  These are my questions, as I use a headset on both the console and the PC, I'm not sure which one to buy.

O razer blackshark v2 x versão licenciada pela sony com cabos preto, e o versão padrão razer blackshark v2 x que possuí cabos verde. Eles dois vem com os mesmos acessórios na caixa? (Cabos etc) A versão licenciada da sony vem com o surround 7.1 igual ao do blackshark v2 x padrão? A versão licenciada vem com o codigo para ativar o surround 7.1? Ou se eu registrar no site o headset eu receberei o codigo de ativação?  Essas são minhas duvidas, é que eu uso headset tanto no console como no Pc, estou em duvida de qual comprar.

I can’t write my address at checkout since it includes non-english characters, I keep getting the error message “Please use English characters only”

My Tomahawk desktop has been dealing with issues for a while but this time it’s worse. It used to overheat but now it’s very extreme and my pc randomly turns off by itself or restarts itself while I play games. Cleaning the fans is very difficult, I used to use rubbing alcohol before but I’ve been using compressed air as well and ever since the random restarting happened. I would appreciate your help.

This keyboard isn’t under warranty anymore, and I believe it’s a hardware issue. I want to know how to fix the keyboard myself.I’ve tried other keyboards and the keys seems to work besides this keyboard. The lights still work, the key is just not detected when I press it. It’s just the x key.

I got a razer v4 headset less than a year ago and it never connects to Bluetooth and goes quiet and cuts out all the time is this covered under warranty for a replacement? 

Is it Possible to update the Wolverine Ultimate controller?, the rb and lb button sometimes clicks more than once in game when I press it once.

i tried resending the code, changing my hotmail to gmail, checking spam box and everything and didnt got the email for the code, only the completed register one. i need help i really dont know what to do to get it anymore

It says that Profiles and Macros will be deleted and stored locally does this mean we can make macros locally or that we will need to modify the program files to add macros? I am confused as to if I spent hundreds on something that can’t be used with the features I was promised on the box.

I lost my old phone number and now I can’t change the two-step verification.

No longer able to control volume through windows or my keyboard when using the paid THX Spatial app. Anyone else seeing this recently? I have tried all the usual steps including full removal and reinstall f synapse 3 and 4. 

I’ve accidentally chosen the wrong purchase date by one day off but I did add the proof of purchase. Can I still ask for a replacement?

I have had the blackshark V2 for years and now when I updated to synapse 4 it says that the THX spatial audio needs to be activated and is asking me for an activation code while my headset is already registered on the razer website.
