Hi all,   I'm trying to buy a package in hero reborn  with Razer Gold but I'm unable to do so as I encounter this "There was an unexpected error. Please reload the page and try again" issue at the 2-FA page when completing the payment.    I noticed a lot of people are experiencing the same issue too, any luck with your progress? I'd appreciate some help here :(   I tried using backup codes, but unfortunately I also need to go through the 2-FA page and its not working.

Hello,I've been having trouble with talking through Discord using this headset, I can hear who I'm talking completely fine but can't talk. I figured it was a Xbox settings problem so I doubled checked and it wasn't so the same with Discord, then I updated the headset thinking it was that and it wasn't. Id also like to mention that in Xbox party chat or in game chat it works completely fine. My friend had the same problem but then went on Xbox accessories app and turned of the headset and re connected it and that worked for him but not me . If you could please help that would be amazing or at least point me in the right direction to fixing this issue that would be amazing.

Hey everyone,My Barracuda X headphones suddenly stopped working today. Last night, everything was fine, but this morning, they turn on but won’t connect. I suspect the issue might be with the dongle rather than the headphones themselves.I’ve tried:Plugging the dongle directly into a USB-C port Changing USB ports Using the Razer Headset Pairing Utility, but it doesn’t detect the headphonesNothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?Thanks in advance!

I bought my razer Blacksharks a few months ago and it has got to have some sort of software bug with them. Whenever I open AMD adrenaline software and continue gaming my headset will randomly decide to turn all its volumes to the maximum level and literally scare the shit out of me. I have mainly noticed this in Rocket League and The Finals. They work fine from start up but if I decide to open the adrenaline software while in a game, the sound levels will start to bug out, randomly change volume to be really loud then go down to being really quiet and will repeat this at random intervals. Can anyone give me some help as to what can be causing this? I don't have any AMD audio settings enabled in adrenaline and everything is default. I can provide other settings if they are needed.

So I recently had an update that prompted Razer Axon to take over my wallpaper, causing it to make my animated wallpaper (I use Lively Wallpaper) to fade to black on a loop. Frustrated, I uninstalled Axon. My lighting system was working perfectly yesterday- but as of right now my razer keyboard, mouse, headphone stand- EVERYTHING has stopped lighting entirely. And I know that it still can because it cycles the default rainbow when I reboot until Synapse turns on. What gives? I updated Synapse and Chroma because somebody else said it fixed it for them, to absolutely no avail. I don’t want all the bells and whistles I just want my lighting back. What should I do?

Couple months ago my TAB started not registering, input, or registering multiple inputs, but I didn’t mind much, now it started on my E key and it is frustrating as hell, can’t play games or type properly, I cleaned my keyboard, reinstalled everything, but it still doesn’t work like it should

 I purchased PUBG Mobile codes and the transaction was a pending, and until now I have not received the product or refunded the money. Transactions in which I did not receive the product, and I should note that I cannot send at that time because it is not visible.

Some time ago i noticed that when i use “custom” EQ preset with Thx Spatial Audio the sound is different compared to “Game” for example even with the same settings (bass,tremble etc.).I use headset BlackShark V2 Pro (2020).Why is that ?

Hey, old thread was deleted for some reason but my RVMSE wont charge passed 0% in synapse.I’ve tried factory reset of both the mouse and reinstalling synapse completely, different cable, different usb ports, wall socket, leaving it plugged in for 2 hours now and it won’t budge passed 0%. Hoping to get some help with this please.. Running Synapse 4 with updated mouse + dongle firmware. Problem occurred in synapse 3 too.

Hi.I have several Razer products  and would like to launch a complaint and report a bug in the software.What email can I use to direct this, please.

I have no issue when using Synapse 3, but always have major input delay when using Synapse 4. It’s basically unusable. With Synapse 3 being shut down next year, I really need yall to fix this problem because forcing me to use Synapse 4 is basically telling me not to use Razer products ever again.

Hello, I have used my Kraken V3 Hypersense headset for a little more than 2 years, and I have since some weeks a problem with the a piece on my headset that is broken, is there a way to buy the broken piece or repair it? 

Hi!I’m trying to change the laptop fans and the cooling pad fans with pressing the cooling pad buttons. The hole idea was to switch two  profiles, the cooling pad and the bllade, at the same time. My thought was to create shortcuts for changing them, then create a macro and asign it to the buttom at the fan.THe problem is that when i create the shortcut, and go  out of the shortccut tab, they all disapear without saving. I tryied to give Synapse full permision  with the anitvirus, but didn’t solve it.  Any ideas?

Hi, I need help with the two-step authenticator, and I simply can't find any support from you on the website.I no longer have access to the number registered with the authenticator, nor to the backup codes, so my account is locked. I managed to recover the PINs, but I can't make the purchase.

Is Razer able to supply a replacement battery for this model, please, and if so at what cost? I am in the UK.
