Can anyone recommend optimal settings for Razer headsets to enhance audio quality during gaming?

Thhhis is a point of unusable and honestly horrible experiience. I am typing this with the experiece I have all the time and I am hhoping this can get fixed. II is up to date on FW and hoonestly horrible What are my options?

Hello, I have a very strange issue. Every time I reboot the system, it will switch to a second monitor. Monitor 1, isn't connected, but the system thinks it is. Therefore, the Brightness is greyout. How do I get rid of the second monitor, so that I have only one? Can someone help me with this. Thanks!

Hey, just got my new wolverine V3 TE today and so far it feels great. Only issue is that my app wont fully connect it and it just stays at 0% so i cant change the layout or deadzone settings. Does anyone have a good solution or idea? Ive tried restarting xbox and app, unplugging and replugging in the controller, i used my V1 TE and V2 Chroma and they connected just fine. Networks good too, restarted router twice.

Just purcheased a Blackwidow V3 Tenkeyless, and I cannot use the keyboard to wake up my PC from sleep / hibernation. My last USB keyboard had no issues with this. Also I have a Razer DeathAdder V2 connected and I can wake up my PC perfectly by clicking any mouse button. When the PC goes to sleep / hibernate, if I press any keyboard key immediately after going to sleep / hibernate, it wakes up. But if I wait more than a minute or two, I cannot use the keyboard to wake up anymore, just the mouse. I followed this steps but still not working. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Who do I complain to about my customer support experience? Horribly incompetent customer support agent wasting my time over a known Synapse software issue. This experience alone makes me want to sell all my razor products and go with a different company. Hardware is good, software sucks, and customer support is atrocious - not a winning combination…..

what do i do.

tldr; Replaced screen, laptop won’t post/boot. Can still boot with old screen and can hot swap new screen in while running and it works fine, but post/boot checks won't let my laptop start with new screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My Blade Advanced 2020 had an issue with horizontal lines on the bottom of the screen and mirroring the top of the screen. External displays worked fine. I decided to try and replace both the screen and the display ribbon cable. The cable was almost impossible to find, but I found one OEM from another working RZ09-0330, same exact model, I checked all the identifiers on the cable, and everything matches exactly. The screen was much easier to find, and I got a brand-new replacement model # B156HAN12.0 which matches exactly the model # that came in my laptop. I removed the charger and battery and did the replacement. Powered on the laptop, the backlight of the new screen lit up, but nothing. No post, no ability to get into BIOS, no beeps, no boot,

Since I've updated to the beta synapse 4, its keeps switching my audio from my sound bar to my headset. I can go and switch it in the sound settings but it reverts back every time i restart my pc. Is there any fix for this please?

Hello, I am dealing with the unfortunate situation of moving out of an apartment that I discovered had bed bugs. Ensuring that I do not take them with me to my next place is a challenging task. I’d like to kill any bugs or eggs possibly that have decided to make home in my laptop -- though unlikely, is possible. Bed Bugs die at 50 degrees celcius, the eggs at 60 degrees. My question is.. can the entire laptop be carefully heated to 60+ degrees without damaging. Perhaps, assuming I take the battery out. Thank you

I have a Razer deathadder elite mouse, tried Synapse 3 and 4, still no “mouse” window. What is problem? It is also not possible to register the mouse.

I just posted this on the Razer discord help but was told to contact razer support because my dongle is defective. My friend (i don't blame him) got a viper v2 pro, but didn't use it very much and sold it to me. The dongle never shows up when, plugged in but he didn't really like it so he never tried to fix, I thought there would be something online but there was nothing. He's replaced it with a Viper V3 but I couldn't find a fix for it either. How do you fix it I've tried everything.I've updated the mouse (tried updating the dongle but still didn't show up). I've unplugged all peripherals and used only my viper mini to try to update it but nothing works. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME, I payed too much for just a wired mouse.
