Hi, I recently gotten a new phone with a new phone number and was trying to change my phone number for this account I have. I wasn't able to because it wants the old phone number to have a code or back up codes and I don't have neither of them. Can someone help with this problem 

When trying to register my headset I receive the message that the product has already been registered but I have not registered it, the serial number is (removed serial number).

i cant register my product says no model name or similar

purchased barracuda x 2022 already have 7.1 activation code, but software don’t want vbalidate it, what i should to do 

Hello. I am a Razer Blackshark V2 X user and I was using this device with 7.1 surround with the activation code. However, since I formatted my device, I had to reinstall the headphone driver and when I enter my activation code again, I get a warning that this code has been used. Is there a chance to get a different code for the same device? Or how can I solve this situation?

I want to setup a Raid 0 stripped setup on my new Razer Blade 16, i found a guide for gen 12 and older systems (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3947/~/how-to-set-up-raid-using-intel%C2%AE-rapid-storage-technology-on-the-razer-blade) but didn’t see anything on setup for gen 13th. Is it just a different drive I would need to get this setup with or would I need to do anything different?

I just received a Naga V2 Pro and the scroll wheel does not work at all. I’ve reinstalled Synapse and reset everything, but no luck. Changing scroll tension doesn’t do anything either. Its just really smooth. I’ve also tried using an air can to blow dirt out and no luck.

Hello, i just bought a Razer Kiyo past 2 days on Amazon. The problem is the camera don't work. I explain : - I tried like 4 or 5 different USB port - The camera install the wrong driver 1 in 2 times - And when she install the right one, the camera work for only about 5-10 minutes before disapear and don't work till i uninstall driver, restart computer, ect - By the way, when i try to go on my Razer Kiyo on Razer Synapse, i'm stuck with this message : "The actual parameters of the camera are different than the Razer Synapse ones. Which parameters do you want to keep ?" with 2 options : Camera and Synapse But when i click on one of these (no matter which one), nothing happen and i can't go further, i'm literraly stuck. For ending, when i try to open a support case and i put my product serial number, that tell me that my warranty is expired since i bought it past 2 days ??? For letting you know : - Already have updated my W10 and Graphics Cards drivers - Already do a clean reinstallati

I’ve been eyeing the Viper Wireless Mouse in Quartz with the charging dock for the past year now and I finally have enough money to get one. When I went to go buy it I noticed that NO ONE is selling it now. Why is that? I’m 100% willing to pay for it and have been for a while but I can’t find one to buy anywhere. I was playing Valorant and my Deathadder V3 Pro continously stopped working in the middle of the game. So i checked my battery status by holding the power/DPI button and the red light blinked. So connected the mouse to charging cable and suddenly Synapse showed mouse has been charged for 97% within minutes. Removed the mouse from charging and checked battery status again and green light blinked. Recently bought this issue. Please help

wonder if anyone knows why when i play games and talk to my friends using the built in mic, why the person im talking to can hear the sound from my pc in their headset?  obviously when i use my headset its not an issue but it would be nice to be able to use the laptop mic and not have the sounds from my game blasting through to my friends.many thanks

i havent been able to use my basilik v3 from 3 days ago now because every time i plug it in the usb ports (not usb hub) it disconnects by itlself and keep connecting and disconnecting, its not a synapse issue since it is not working in a pc that doesnt have synapse and i also tried uninstall and re install synapse in my main pc and the issue persist, i also update the firmware of the mouse and it keeps connecting and disconnecting can someone help me with this issue

i have reset the damn thing 20 times it has done nothing i have had it for a year and no problems and i went to the store and came back it was lit up but not working i did the caps space esc it has done nothing i spent good money on this and taken good care of it i don't know what to do has anyone had the same problem and fixed it ?

Ihave a  brand new  Razer Blackwidow v4  Pro. The spacebar is  inconsistent, sometimes  adding  onespace,  sometimes  adding two. This message is an example of unedited spacebar issues. You can see  for yourself where the spacebar  adds  one space or two. Or, asinthis sentence or the first, where  no spaces happen when  you press the key. Sometimes it adds  a space in  the middle  of a word.Given that this is t he most pressed key on  my keyboard, I need to get this fixed  ASAP.  There are apps that I use where a spacebardoes more than just put aspace in  a paragraph or sentence.

I have the Razer Seiren Elite microphone & have the problem that the sound is very uneven. At first everything is normal & after a few minutes my voice becomes choppy, extremely quiet or you can't hear me at all. It's a constant up and down
