I have Huntsman mini analog yet i dont have the snap tap feature i bought this keyboard a bit ago and i dont wanna get another keyboard just to unlock one feature
Hello,I’m experiencing an issue with my DeathStalker V2 Pro keyboard. The RGB lighting turns off after a period of inactivity, which is expected, but the problem is that it doesn’t turn back on when I resume using the keyboard. Pressing keys does not bring the lighting back — only restarting the Razer Synapse software resolves the issue.Both the keyboard firmware and the USB dongle firmware are updated to the latest available versions. I’ve also verified that the lighting profile is properly configured in Razer Synapse, but the issue still persists. Could you please assist me with resolving this?
A friend sent me a Razer Kraken headset and the mic does not register for use in Discord, also the LED’s are not lighting up, I have installed the Razer software and the Viper mouse she also sent registers fine in there. I would appreciate help in getting the Kraken headset set up correctly so I am able to use it for voice communication, it registers that the mic is in use whenever I try to do anything with it.

Title. I attempted to reinstall Synapse 3 onto a different drive of my Windows PC, but when running the installer, it defaults to the C drive. I figured that this may be a problem with leftover files, so I followed the process for clean installing (e.g., disconnecting Razer devices, deleting the corresponding folders in Program Files / AppData, etc.) and tried again. However, it still defaults to the C drive, without an option to change it. Official support videos such as this one indicate that I should be able to change the location within the installer, but the newest version of the installer available (as of 11/20) does not let me do so. I understand I could use a symbolic link within the install location to point to the correct drive (in a fashion similar to moving iTunes backups), but this could cause problems for uninstalling later. Any fixes would be appreciated.

Hi i just bought the razer seiren mini and whenever i talk with my friends on discord it makes some kind of buzzing noise and it wont stop.
The soundbar lights up and turns on, but is not detected in my Synapse (v3), latest firmware install is not able to detect my leviathan. I tried multiple working USB-C - USB-A cables connecting to my PC, still nothing. I checked my pc drivers, my monitor output is heard, so I know it has to be solely an issue with my Leviathan.I tried searching for it in my device manager, it is also no longer there. All other device apps are fine, like my Razor Microphone and other products. Please help. I was thinking if someone can even help me set-up a mail for repair? It is still under warranty
What the title of the thread says. I’m genuinely infuriated. These lose files take up more than half of my M2 SSD.And the worst part is - they’re all locked and hidden with Window’s security feature, so I can’t even delete them. Once I select them - Widows says that they are all 0kb and empty. But WizTree shows how bad things actually are. They’re all exactly the same in size and contents: I’ve uninstalled all Razer utilities from my PC, but the folders, obviously, remained.Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove all that trash?

Hello,this is my item serial 762442C13501806I’m experiencing major connection issues with the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro. Here is everything I’ve tested:- The controller powers on when connected via USB-C, and also turns on wirelessly due to its internal battery.- The Razer logo lights up and cycles through colors, but the controller doesn’t connect or respond.- Pressing the Xbox button does nothing — it doesn’t light up or activate the controller.- It doesn’t connect to my Xbox Series X via USB-C or via the included 2.4GHz wireless dongle.- On PC, the dongle is detected, but the controller doesn’t pair.- I tried using the Razer Controller Setup app for Xbox/PC, but the controller is not recognized at all.- I’ve changed USB ports (front and back), used the original Xbox cable and other cables.- The controller receives power but sends no input and is not detected by any system.- It now turns on by itself without being plugged in, but still doesn’t connect or work in any way.I’ve followed a

when I scroll down it goes up and down and I have to click down on the wheel 7 times for it to work, I've had to use one of the side buttons as a scroll click function. I have tried blowing air and updating software as this website tells me still bot made any difference.

I bought the v2 pro from a retailer (noon) and i tried everything (repair/uninstall/modify) i sent a ticket to the support but i wanted to open a discussion since i found more phishy details. First of all the output device name was USB1.0 not Razer blackshark v2 pro as listed in the manual. The box was damaged a lil bit but it was sealed and looks like the seal wasn’t opened before. The sound is really flat and lacks details, I dont if thats the v2 pro sound or just mine.also in mic tests in yt i found the mic to be really clear unlike what i got which sound muffled.Sorry for the long details but am really desperate for help. Edit: Forgot to mention that I registered the product using the serial number and product number and I didn’t have any issues with that. Also what is Razer warranty policy for a situation like this. My razer kiyo pro was working just fine before I updated my bios. I see tons of forums saying people deleted the driver through device manager and just plugged it back in. Most people said they updated it and pressed “install updates through computer” then they got 2 options. “usb audio device” and the other “razer kiyo pro” where you can say if you want to install the driver updates through internet or files. They would then press “usb audio device" and it would detect. Mine has the same issue. Mic working, its showing in device manager and synapse but when i try to turn it on the light illuminates for like 1 second then it says “no computer detected” Im sure i have to wait for a response or otherwise spend yet another month dealing with “razer support”

I plug it in any PC or laptop and the sensor mouse lights and turns on. It can move the cursor and seems to be working--but then I can’t click anything and the PC or laptop stops working properly. Any other mouse works fine and I have tried this with several laptops and PCs. I really like the mouse but it keeps doing this and I cant use it anymore… I restart the PC or laptop, unplug and plug back the mouse, Synapse and drivers are updated. What else can I do?

This is my second Basilisk V3 mouse. I RMA’d the first one via Razer, but the new one is doing the exact same thing. Any sort of lift or quick side to side movement of the mouse causes it to erratically scroll which is extremely problematic in games. I do have a SteelSeries QcK Prism RGB Gaming Mouse Pad - 3XL Cloth, but using the Razer software I “calibrated” the surface. I have also tried on default.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Synapse software. I have used a “traditional” mousepad.I need help before I abandon Razer altogether!
I have 3 profiles on my Windows. Let’s name the profiles A, B and C.I’’ve installed the 7.1 Surround Sound software on Profile A. From the app, I can select which audio device I can use for the surround sound software. I can also disable/enable the software from task bar. and open the main window from there. When I switch over to Profile B, i can see the surround sound software but I’m unable to open the app and from the taskbar, I can only view my name. The same goes if switch to Profile C. Any idea how I can fix this? Profile A Profile B/C
Sooo i recently i bought the Razer Black Shark v2 X , and the 7,1 surround audio feels off hollow mix with muffeld and echoing , idk why ,tell me how to fix it because it´s making gaming impossible for certain games like Valorant and CSGO
So yesterday I was walking around with my headphones and randomly there was a loud pop noise that came out of nowhere then after that I couldnt hear or speak then I figured out how to get that back and working then after that. I go to test my microphone to see if it still works and sure enough the quality when to the floor and if I speak louder than a whisper then no one can hear me. I have already done the troubleshooting etc and nothing is working.
