Razer Support

I’ve looked up the information on the official Razer site, which seems to indicate there are two slots, one being empty.  However, YouTube videos showing the upgrade process on the Blade 14 show just a single slot.  If indeed there is an empty slot available, I would assume that the process would be slightly different, as I would not have to clone my current SSD onto the new one.  Right?

I am looking tog order or otherwise receive a replacement arm for my Razer Iskur v2 due to the foam starting to split and tear along side the lower-inner edge.Can someone direct me to where i can order chair parts?

Everytime I plug in the dongle I get the windows message “usb device not recognized”. I’ve tried doing everything that I have found online, but nothing seems to work. What should I do to fix this issue?

After 6 month the mouse wheel suddenly made a strange noise and  short vibration, then the wheel is not working properly.Cleaning with air wasn´t working. Seems like the wheel is not turning right and on every round a spot make a bump and the wheel click is activated.This is not acceptable for a mouse in that price sector.

Hi, I need help for my razer account. I was trying to buy top-ups for a game but it always stuck on requesting OTP to my number yet there's an error message contain "there was an unexpected error. please reload the page and try again". I've tried to reload the page over and over again but no to avail the error keeps persisting. and I can't process my top-up. hope you can help me.

Hi,I just bought Razer Barracuda X 2022 headset.I am more than satisfied  with product. Works with my gaming notebook, mobile phone and Samsung TV.I have just one remark. Volume by default is too low.My notebook volume must be at atleast 90%,  and on TV it is too silent for my taste. I both cases volume scroll at headset is at max.Is there solution for this, or would there be some firmware update so that volume could be maxed out for atleast 25%? With headsets I used before I could pushed them until I get pain in the ears :D.Best Regards,

the razer app isnt detecting it and i tried cleaning them, recharging them and hold the power button but it wont turn on nor i wont hear the promt 

I have Book 13 (2021) and screen is not displaying, only work with external monitor.  Need help on how to repair screen/display connector.  Is there a Razer service center to repair the screen and how much would it cost?  Highly appreciate any guidance.  Thx.

Seems like a lost cause, but besides cannibalising off of another keyboard, anywhere I can get a new volume wheel? Managed to drop mine on concrete moving house and broke it. Thanks!

I was logging into Axon to create images for the gamer room contest, but when I go to run them through the Upsclarer it says “Generating” with the working icon, but nothing comes back. I’ve followed other troubleshooting methods I found on the support site and Reddit, even reinstalling, but nothing seems to work.Was working fine over the weekend.   

Hi Razer Kiyo Pro  is suddenly not powering onI tried changing usb port and tried different pc and its still dead.I tried to uninstall software and install again but still no power.this webcam is just 2 years old, got it as replacement as I had problems with previous one. 

I just bought the Kraken V4 Pro and tried to enable the SYSTEM INFO and get a message, “Your Selected Home Screen Display was not applied successfully to the device.” I get the option to revert or retry. Retry does attempt to re-apply it but the pop-up comes back and the only thing I can do is revert.  Anyone else able to get this to work?  

I have the OG 144hz Raptor, but it dosent show up in synapse no matter what I do. Tried reset, changing usb-c cables, etc, nothing works (its out of warranty by this point). Any solutions?

My mom bought me a Deathadder V3 Mouse but i don't recall where she bought it from, all i know its from razer. I never knew Razer has a app and i needed to register my mouse. I don't have the box nor do i have the receipt to prove it was bought by my mom  since i threw it away. Like most people would, i saw there was a pp and downloaded but i dint think much of it. Maybe just to contact support but i really don't how else to add my mouse to my dashboard or whatever. I need help.
