It was working fine until the other day, the only difference I see is a light on my keyboard thats never been on is now. Instead of three or four i have five lights, for shift lock, number lock, ect. The fifth light is on, im not sure but i think i have the razor blackwidow v2 keyboard

So i recently ordered a new headset and went to change its audio settings in synapse, but it wasn’t showing up. I have checked both synapse 3 and 4 and it’s not showing up even after a restart. Any idea why?

Hello everyone, I've been experiencing a problem with my Razer Kraken V3 Pro headphones. So far, I've noticed this in two games, Battlefield 2042 and Minecraft. When I enter these games with THX Spatial enabled, all other sounds outside of the game, such as music or videos in the browser, or friends in Discord, start to sound different, like they're higher-pitched and unpleasant. The voices have an echo-like quality. Although the game's sounds remain normal and unchanged, all the background sounds start to alter. I've been struggling with this issue for a week now, and I can't find a solution. I haven't encountered this problem before. It only appeared on my new PC, but to be fair, I haven't played these games on my old one. I've downloaded different versions of Razer Synapse, changed various Windows 11 settings, but nothing seems to work. Help

Hey, My razor kiyo has started glitching and now will not work as it used to. i switched the usb plugs and still nothing, the ring light camera is on but my computer doesnt read it and razor app doesnt read the camera either. ive tried multiple “solutions” but nothing works. I dont have anything open for the camera to be on and then the light ring comes on but doesnt even read it. I would like to know whats up ive had this camera for around 6 months hoping it would last me longer. IF anyone has or knows about this situation please help me out. THANKS

Second time i bought viper mini and omg back to back it doesnt work and its not being detected. i tried stuff i found on reddit and google. This is how its listed in device manager - ‘hid-compliant mouse’I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and unplugging replugging and nothing works. im disappointed because i cant even use this mouse AGAIN because i cant modify my damn DPI. i had to give out my previous mouse as a gift and i have a feeling i wasted money on this one too if im not able to fix it. 

Dear Razer Support,I have lost my Razer turret keyboard and mouse dongle while on a trip.  I have found what I think is the relevant pairing utility guide on site but I haven’t been able to find which dongles I can use as a replacement to reprogram.  I would appreciate if you could provide me with this information. My keyboard serial number is PM1936F32600175 and my mouse serial number is PM193636H11100175. Thanks, Audrey 

Hi folks, I lost the wireless dongle for my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (bought 2021). How can I get a replacement? The support form asks for a SN, which I don’t have because the label it was printed on seems to be not UV resistant. It’s entirely blank by now.

Hi everyone!I’d like to use a DeathAdder V3 Pro with my M4 Mac Mini, but the computer doesn’t have a USB-A port. I see two options: either I buy an adapter and use the original cable with the DAV3Pro, or I get a USB-C to USB-C cable (I was thinking of an official Apple cable) and use the mouse that way. Which solution do you think is better? I couldn’t find a Razer USB-C to USB-C cable online.Thanks!

Is there going to be a left handed Naga wireless mouse coming out soon I love my wired one but am ready to cut the cord so to speak. I am a one handed gamer cause of a stroke and the left hand naga makes it easier to play a lot of my favorite games 

So I have been having this issue for almost 2 years now . My PC keep freezing for around 2,3 secs before becoming normal again . When freezing , I can’t use mouse , keyboard, RGB all stop on all Razer devices , even ones on Corsair in my case . Audio also stopped . Only Videos still running . This Issue happen no matter what I do even just on idle, surfing web or gaming . After becoming normal again , it will switch my audio source from my headset to my Leviathan V2, which is how I found out this issue happen when I afk from the PC and the pc was on idle at that time For 2 years , I have done countless things trying to fix this , like clean install windows , clean install synapse , Install each device 1 by 1 , buy new ram , turn power saver off in bios , clean windows and try a tons more fixes that every fix on Google must have been read by me  . I've recently made a build with a Tomahawk Mini-ITX, Hanbo 240mm and an Asus Strix z690i motherboard.I'm missing 4 Fans to complete the build on the Tomahawk with full airflow, and I have 2 Razer Kunai attached to the radiator on the top.I wanted to buy additional Kunais separately to keep the fans identical, but I don't see them listed on the website anymore? Are they only used for Hanbo and no longer supported or sold separately?

Hello,I've recently made a build with a Tomahawk Mini-ITX, Hanbo 240mm and an Asus Strix z690i motherboard.Due to the M2 Slots in the motherboard and general tall wall of plastic around the cooler, the only orientation where the CPU Cooler from the Hanbo fits is with the tubes to the right, but it completely covers 1 RAM Slot?Has anyone ran into this issue, is there a solution available?

Hello, I've recently made a build with a Tomahawk Mini-ITX, Hanbo 240mm and an Asus Strix z690i motherboard.The Tomahawk and Hanbo seem to both require a USB2 connector in the motherboard and need to be directly attached to it, however, my motherboard only has one USB2 Connector available. It comes with a Splitter, but connecting to the Splitter means the device is undetected in Synapse; it seems to only work if plugged directly.Any solution to connecting both the case and Hanbo on such a motherboard? Seems to be common for Mini-ITXs to only have one slot available.

Whenever I try to use my headset with the dongle, the dongle flashes a faint blue-ish green light and then promptly stops altogether. Windows tells me it isnt recognized. I tired to use the pairing utility and failed. Edit: Sometimes it will connect for a minute or two, and then promptly disconnect, telling me that it is no longer recognized.

Hello,My keyboard (Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL) stopped responding completely. I tried everything:- Reinstalled Synapse- Factory reset (ESC + Caps Lock + Space)- Uninstalled drivers via Device Manager- Tried different USB ports and another PC- Tried using another profile in SynapseNothing helped. The keyboard lights up, but no keys work. Sometimes the "C" light turns on by itself. I need help urgently – is there a firmware recovery or do I need to replace it?Thanks,Alon

Hello, my Razer Blackshark V2 X headset just arrived today. When I wanted to activate the 7.1 feature, it said that the code had already been activated. What can I do?

I just got the Barracuda X for my birthday 2 days ago, and whenever I use wireless mode, either with the dongle or Bluetooth, I get a faint static noise. Connecting it to my computer with the 3.5mm jack makes the static disappear. I can’t hear it when I'm watching a video or playing games, but when no audio is coming through the headphones I can hear it clearly. Turning the built-in volume slider down to 0 removes the static. I’ve already checked for firmware updates. I just have no idea what to do to fix them as I will most likely be keeping them for a while.

I'm facing an issue with my Viper V3 Pro. The wireless dongle is being detected by the PC, but the mouse itself isn’t working at all—there’s no response or light on the dongle, even though the PC recognizes it. I also tried connecting the mouse via the cable, but it still isn’t working or getting detected. I'm really concerned and need help resolving this.
