Good afternoon. Yesterday I set up a Windows 11 install on a new PC. Relatively high spec (5080 + 9800x3d). I plugged in my Razer peripherals (Basilisk v3 + Black widow v3 + mic) which had worked flawlessly on my prior PC, and installed Synapse + Chroma. Both have issues. Chroma: Dynamic lighting effects are VERY delayed: up to 20 seconds. I can visually see the virtual keyboard on the chroma studio light up in response to key presses, then up to 20 seconds later my keyboard will light up accordingly. Synapse: Mouse DPI does not work when I use the DPI change button. Literally does not change anything. Clutch button does not do anything. I can’t configure the clutch button at all, ie change what DPI it will set the mouse to.The button to switch the mouse between standard and free-scrolling will initially work okay, but within a few minutes will become delayed for up to minutes.  Microphone seems to work great. What I have tried:Repairing in app Disabling custom lighting effects in wind

After installing SYNAPSE 4, Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed is disabled, although Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed are working and I listen to music through them      

Bough razer blackshark v2 pro (2023) and tried to connect to synapse, but, it didn’t work. Then i check audio and saw how my headset was connected as usb audio speakers. How can i solve this? I tried to connect dongle to another pc and there was same problem.

I just bought barracuda x without dongle so I bought a new dongle but it won't connect. Any solution or step how to pair it?

Headphone blackshark v2x product has already been registered

I noticed this issue show’s up a lot with the Razer Blade 14.  I had this laptop about a year and a half and it has been barely been used.  I have tried everything suggested in the multiple other people complaining about the same issue.  I called support and the only option they would give is to send it in and pay around $230 for you to just look at it.  Could someone please give me another option ,or if someone had the same issue, what they were informed was the issues in the end.  To say the least, I am extremely disappointed in Razor and this laptop.

I use my Razer Wolverine V3 Pro on a Xbox Series X, and it just died in the middle of a gaming session, and won’t turn back on.After 4 days, I tried again, it turned on just long enough for me to get into the Razer controller app up, showing 50% battery, then turns off again after 3 seconds.Definitely not a cable issue, as I’ve tested with various devices and the cable is working fine. Firmware is updated using a PC.Any suggestions on what else to try?

I went to the store and got a card. When I scratched it to get the code, part of the code came off. The store would not replace it so now 

I have had a huntsman v2 linear for a few years now and it has been fine aside from this key spamming issue. I’ve seen this is a recurring issue but I can’t find the firmware for the linear. I have tried the synapse install, cleaning the keys, testing on a different laptop, cleaning the usb, nothing seems to fix it. Is there anything I can still do?

 I have some problems with my viper v3 pro i just bought it 2 days ago and since i got it the left click is loose and i can feel the switch with a little pressure.Scroll wheel makes a weird noise when scrolling down and it feels like its stuck and also doesnt work sometimes when scrolling down.Right click has a high pitched sound after clicking and applying a little pressure.I just got it and i have been using razer products for years all of my equipments are razer and the most expensive is the new viper v3 pro but its broken since the day it came.Please help.Thanks!

How can I get back my badly scratched pin 

My viper v2 pro does not charge whatsoever. I have updated to synapse 4 and still the mouse is dead even though when I plug it. No light, no indication of charging or connecting and it’s just dead.

my viper mini’s right click aren’t working but the left click is working. I can’t play my games because the right click is not working, any suggestion that may help? thank you!

I bought the mouse around December-January and it will work perfectly fine one day but then the next day it completely stops working. The mouse connects when I plug the USB C cable into the dongle but doesn’t work. When i plug it directly into the mouse it doesn’t connect at all. I have updated it to the latest firmware, reinstalled its drivers, tested it on another PC, turned off  Razer Synapse, plugged it into different USB ports, and tried different cables. 

Evening everyone; My keyboard was working entirely fine up until a few hours ago. My “y” key has decided it does not want to work anymore (I’m having to paste the letter “y”.) I’ve tried all the fixes online e.g. Unplugging and performing a hard reset; removing all the drivers and restarting my PC but the issue just persists. I’ve put a request in to make a warranty claim but god only knows how long that will take. I’ve got no macros that are causing the issue and I can’t really find anthing else that may be causing this issue. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

Hi . I just bought a blackshark v2x and wanted to register it for getting 7.1 code but it says it has been registered before. What should I do ? I have bought it in china when I traveled there but I don’t remember the seller name or his shops name cause I was a traveler and I didn’t know it would cause me a problem to register my HeadsetAlso I can not contact Razer online Support , it doesn’t have any place to contact to them , In others topic they had same problem like me and one of the supports replied to them to PM him but there is no way to send them any PM. How can I contact to supports ?

Hello.Just recieved my kishi ultra.Why doesn't COD MOBILE recognize the ultra as a external controller.Warzone mobile,zen pinball and grid legends work great.I also have the ELO VAGABOND and COD MOBILE doe's recognize it.It appears a update is needed for the ultra to work with COD mobile.Other than that it seems to be a nice mobile controller.

I CANNOT REGISTER MY PRODUCT RAZER DEVICE BECAUSE THE SERIAL NUMBER IS ALREADY REGISTERED, CAN YOU HELP ME?

Specs: Blade 15 2022i7-12800H3080Ti32GB RAMProblem:When running games such as cs2  on low settings, it can reach up to 120 fps while standing still and alone, however when any high settings just that the max fps is lower and I can’t seem to fix the problem. I’ve tried turning settings on and off including g-sync and anti-aliasing on both the game and within the NVIDIA control panel, nothing works. When things happen (other player in view, utility thrown or just in water) frames drop down to ~40fps for at least 30 secs. Same happens on were working fine a few months ago but now suddenly have very poor performance; average gpu temp 79C.Some of my friends have lower specs on their laptops but still run faster than mine. Graphics drivers updated, however cpu drivers not, which brings me to the second question: intel gives me this warning: ”Installing this graphics driver from Intel will remove customizations from your computer manufacturer (OEM)” and I’m not sure whether to update or not

i have the razer blackshark  hyper speed v2 and connected it via the wired dongle and can’t hear but the dongle is green and headset is on im on xbox 

Good morning, I was playing quietly as usual, suddenly the t key stopped working and some keys stopped being the same color. Regarding the t key, I changed the switch and it still didn't work. Can anyone give me a solution?

Both my keyboard and my mouse’s RGB are flickering so badly that it's trying to give me a seizure when I unplug them both. Upgrading the software was a terrible decision and I wish I could revert because it broke my setup RGB and has made my keyboard and mouse’s inputs more glitchy than before to the point where my computer just does not accept my inputs. I was already having problems with my keyboard double pressing and not recognizing my inputs ever since I got the Blackwidow v3 but that too has gotten worse.
