My left earpod is not charging. I have followed all the trouble shooting advice and attempted resetting with no luck. The left earpod will not charge.

Hi. Today, during normal operation (after three hours of being turned on), the RZ09-0483UEJ4 lost connection with the power supply. After a few minutes, the power supply started charging the battery again, and after a few more minutes, acrid smoke began to rise from the power supply. I immediately disconnected the power supply first from the laptop, and then unplugged it from the mains. The smoke stopped coming out of the power supply. The laptop works properly. The power supply model is RC-30-04840200. I tried reporting this issue via mysupport.razer.com but unfortunately pressing the CHAT button takes me to the top of the page and the window does not open. I have tried three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge).

Razer gold wallet disabled. How can i resolve that

Hi Guys,So here is the situation. I use my Basilisk V3 Pro on my PC and on my laptop, both of them have Razer Synapse 3 installed. I created 3 different profiles, with modified keys, macros and such. However anytime if I use my other device Razer Synapse just keeps warning me that the cloud informations are different from my local one. There would be no issue with this at all. I just keep in mind that for example my most recent settings are done on PC, so cloud data is the PC one, so if I’m using my laptop and the window pops up I just chose the Cloud option and download the newest settings.However when I do this, sometimes Synapse don’t even downloads these profiles, in fact creating a totally random profile, named “Quickprofile” or something like that, which is gettint extremely annoying at this point. So the question is how can I resolve this? How can I use these profiles on both machines without the need to sync everytime? Why can’t Synapse just sync the cloud data correctly? Or wh

GOOD AFTERNOON, I WOULD LIKE HELP WITH A PROBLEM I HAVE WITH MY CROMA X.IT WAS WORKING PERFECTLY BUT IT STOPPED WORKING AND NOW IT ONLY RECOGNIZES THE CROMA BUT THE GPU DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE DEVICE MANAGER.IT IS CONNECTED TO THUNDERBOLT 3 AND I HAVE ALREADY CHANGED THE CABLE FOR A NEW ONE BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. I TRIED IT ON ANOTHER LAPTOP AND IT DOES THE SAME THING.I ALSO CHANGED THE GPU FOR ANOTHER ONE AND IT STILL DOES THE SAME.

Hello, I am experiencing connection issues with my Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro mouse. In wireless mode, the mouse frequently disconnects and reconnects after 1-2-3 seconds. I have an issue with my Razer Kraken V4. The volume scroll wheel is way too sensitive.It increases the volume by 4 per increment and the scroll wheel often (but not always) does two increments between positions. So just going from one position to the next changes the volume by 8.This makes and kind of fine tuning impossible, making the scroll wheel largely unusable. Anyone knows what causes this and how to fix it?

I purchased a Kaira X and registered it, but i don't recieve an activation code. Even when asking a new one via the site with the serial number there is no code to be seen. 

Have a Blade 18 (2023) where the recovery sector got corrupted along with the file system itself. I have no idea how any of this happened but I know just prior to the OS dying on me, the system was throwing constant DirectX errors while trying to launch Monster Hunter World. I have tried recovering but the system sits in an endless boot loop. I AM able to get into the BIOS and have it run a live OS off of a USB drive. I am in desperate need of a Razer recovery image for my Blade 18 (2023) but I have been unable to get through as I do not have my receipt. I am here in an act of desperation that someone will be able to assist means get my laptop back up and running rather than just sitting as an expensive paper weight. Anyone able to help me get a copy of the Razer Blade 18 (2023) recovery image?

When im Moving around the game with Analog enabled, during the movement i cant use my Mouse is there a fix for this. Razer Huntsman V3 Keyboard

I play geometry dash, so i have to click pretty hard for proper accuracy, but i’ve noticed recently that when i click as hard as i usually do, my mouse will completely lose tracking. left and right click will still work, though sometimes a massive half second of input delay exists for brief moments, but i won’t be able to move my cursor at all. it seems that i have to shake the thing or tap the underside of it firmly onto my desk repeatedly to get it to track again. pls help me

Ive got a razer seiren x and have a constant issue where periodically there will be a static/buzzing interference. it comes through when im using discord and also app like OBS. i actually had the same issue a while back and razer sent me a new microphone, however ive never really used it because of the previous issues. ive tried troubleshooting different methods but cant seem to find a fix.

So I’m thinking of getting a razer mouse but I’d like to be able to configure and save a keybind/auto clicker macro on the onboard memory from my PC and then have it work instantly on other PCs without having to download synapse on them. Is this possible? If by any means yes, what’s the most budget friendly option that has multiple onboard profiles?

I have a 2 week old Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro 75% and I am getting very frustrated with it constantly going into sleep mode/power saving mode.  I have the Wireless  Power Saving turned off, but that has no affect.  Any hints?

Hello everyone!I’m trying to find a solution to an issue I’ve been having with my Razer Viper Ultimate.This is the second one I’m using, I had a good experience with the first one so I decided to get the same one again.With this new Viper Ultimate I’ve been experiencing my mouse “locking”/”freezing” and not being able to use it for around 10 seconds which is weird because the sensor seems to work just fine. This occurs sporadically and it’s been getting really annoying.I’ve been investigating and the possible solutions of updating the firmware (uninstalling device from Windows, etc.), using the Razer pairing software, repairing Synapse just didn’t work.Right now, when I’m using my mouse wirelessly it doesn’t even appear as a connected device on Razer Synapse, it just shows my Razer charge dock and my razer keyboard.I really hope you can help me find a solution! In the meantime I began to contact the Razer Official Support for the warranty to see what I can do.
